Background

With the development of economy, more and more high buildings are pulled out, and meanwhile, underground spaces of buildings are continuously developed and utilized. Therefore, the depth of the foundation pit to be excavated is also continuously increased during the construction process. In order to ensure the safety of the deep foundation pit, a maintenance structure needs to be constructed in the deep foundation pit. Traditional cast-in-place concrete pile and underground continuous wall enclosure structure are replaced by gradual steel pile maintenance due to high cost and long construction period. In the existing combined steel sheet pile construction technology, steel sheet piles need to be integrally formed in a factory before construction and then transported to a site for installation. The formed steel sheet pile is inconvenient to transport due to large length and volume, is low in strength and is easy to break in the using process.

Meanwhile, the steel sheet piles, the reinforcing parts and the connecting parts are connected through locking of the locking parts, stable pulling force can be provided during connection, the steel sheet piles can be detached very quickly during detachment, and the efficiency of engineering is improved.
