Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of cable processing, and particularly relates to a splicing cable.

Background

The existing chemical fiber rope is formed by twisting a plurality of chemical fiber monofilaments and multifilaments into rope yarns, then twisting the rope yarns into rope strands, and then twisting the rope strands into the rope, so that the rope is single in product, low in strength index, poor in corrosion resistance and incapable of being freely spliced according to the use length, and therefore the rope can not be used for the requirements of matched products of ships and maritime workers in China. An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a splicing type cable, which can splice cable sections according to different requirements and is more convenient to use.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a technical solution as follows:

a splicing type cable comprises a first cable section and a second cable section, wherein one end of the first cable section is connected with one end of the second cable section through a connecting component; the connecting assembly comprises a connecting plate connected to the end part of the first cable section, an embedding hole is formed in the connecting plate, a sliding groove is formed in the connecting plate, the sliding groove is communicated with the embedding hole, and the width of the communication position is smaller than the diameter of the embedding hole; one end of the second cable section is provided with a connecting rod, a free end part of the connecting rod is integrally formed with an embedded block, the embedded block is embedded in the embedded hole, a first screw hole is formed in the embedded block, a second screw hole is formed in the embedded hole, the first screw hole is aligned with the second screw hole, and a screw rod is connected with the first screw hole and the second screw hole in an inner threaded mode.

Preferably, the connecting plate is provided with a connecting hole, and one end of the first cable section is woven to penetrate through the connecting hole.

Preferably, the connecting rod is provided with clamping grooves at intervals, and the end parts of the second cable sections are embedded in the clamping grooves.

The splicing type mooring rope provided by the invention can splice the mooring rope sections according to different requirements, and is more convenient to use.

Examples

The invention provides a splicing type cable, which is shown in fig. 1 to 3 and comprises a first cable segment 100 and a second cable segment 200, wherein one end of the first cable segment 100 and one end of the second cable segment 200 are connected through a connecting component 300.

The connecting assembly 300 includes a connecting plate 310 connected to an end of the first cable segment 100, the connecting plate 310 has a fitting hole 311, the connecting plate 310 has a sliding groove 313, the sliding groove 313 is communicated with the fitting hole 311, and a width of a communication position is smaller than a diameter of the fitting hole 311;

a connecting rod 320 is arranged at one end of the second cable 200, an engaging block 321 is integrally formed at the free end of the connecting rod 320, the engaging block 321 is engaged in the engaging hole 311, a first screw hole 322 is formed in the engaging block 321, a second screw hole 312 is formed in the engaging hole 311, the first screw hole 322 is aligned with the second screw hole 312, and a screw 330 is connected to the first screw hole 322 and the second screw hole 312 in a threaded manner.

The connection plate 310 is formed with a connection hole 314, and one end of the first cable segment 100 is woven through the connection hole 314.

The connecting rod 320 is provided with clamping grooves 323 at intervals, and the ends of the second cable 200 are embedded in the clamping grooves 323.
