1. An intelligent thermo valve, characterized in that the intelligent thermo valve comprises:

a valve body (1);

the temperature sensor (2) is arranged on the valve body (1);

the controller (3) is arranged on the valve body (1) and is electrically connected with the temperature sensor (2); and

the heating module (4) is arranged in the valve body (1) and is electrically connected with the controller (3);

the temperature sensor (2) is used for acquiring the ambient temperature and sending the ambient temperature to the controller (3);

the controller (3) is used for controlling the heating module (4) to heat at a preset heating speed when the ambient temperature is lower than a first preset temperature, so that the ambient temperature is maintained at the first preset temperature, wherein the first preset temperature can keep the intelligent temperature control valve not to be frozen, the first preset temperature is lower than the maximum temperature allowed by equipment carried by the intelligent temperature control valve, and the preset heating speed is higher than the first heating speed and lower than the second heating speed.

2. The intelligent temperature control valve according to claim 1, further comprising a valve (5) and an actuating mechanism (6), wherein the actuating mechanism (6) is connected with the valve (5) and electrically connected with the controller (3);

the controller (3) is also used for controlling the action mechanism (6) to act according to a preset period so as to open the valve (5).

The intelligent temperature control valve according to claim 2, further comprising a communication module (7) provided to the valve body (1), wherein the communication module (7) is electrically connected to the controller (3) so that communication between the controller (3) and an external device is realized;

the controller (3) is also used for sending the ambient temperature to the external equipment through the communication module (7); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the controller (3) is also used for controlling the heating module (4) to heat according to a control instruction sent by the external equipment through the communication module (7); and/or controlling the action mechanism (6) to act so as to open or close the valve (5).

5. Smart thermostatted valve as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the communication module (7) comprises one or more of a WiFi module, a zwave module, a zigbee module, an nb-iot module or a bluetooth module.

6. The intelligent temperature control valve according to claim 2, wherein the action mechanism (6) comprises a stroke detection unit electrically connected with the controller (3);

the stroke detection unit is used for detecting the stroke of the action mechanism (6) and sending the stroke to the controller (3);

the controller (3) is also used for closing the action mechanism (6) when the stroke is larger than a preset stroke.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of valves, in particular to an intelligent temperature control valve.

Background

The valve is generally used for the loop control of a water pipe and an air pipe. Researches show that the valve in a cold area is very easy to freeze and cannot be controlled, the valve needs to be opened/closed in an emergency situation, time is delayed if the valve needs to be slowly heated and melted, and pipelines can be damaged or safety accidents can be caused if the valve needs to be rapidly heated at a high temperature, such as an oil tank truck running in the cold area, and explosion accidents can be caused by high-temperature heating.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent temperature control valve.

The embodiment of the invention provides an intelligent temperature control valve, which comprises:

a valve body;

the temperature sensor is arranged on the valve body;

the controller is arranged on the valve body and is electrically connected with the temperature sensor; and

the heating module is arranged in the valve body and is electrically connected with the controller;

the temperature sensor is used for acquiring the ambient temperature and sending the ambient temperature to the controller;

the controller is used for controlling the heating module to heat at a preset heating speed when the ambient temperature is lower than a first preset temperature, so that the ambient temperature is maintained at the first preset temperature, wherein the first preset temperature can keep the intelligent temperature control valve not to be frozen, the first preset temperature is lower than the maximum temperature allowed by equipment carried by the intelligent temperature control valve, and the preset heating speed is higher than the first heating speed and lower than a second heating speed.

Optionally, the intelligent temperature control valve further comprises a valve and an actuating mechanism, and the actuating mechanism is connected with the valve and electrically connected with the controller;

the controller is also used for controlling the action mechanism to act according to a preset period so as to open the valve.

Optionally, the intelligent temperature control valve further comprises a communication module, which is arranged on the valve body and electrically connected with the controller, so that the controller and an external device can communicate with each other;

the controller is further used for sending the ambient temperature to the external device through the communication module; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the controller is also used for controlling the heating module to heat according to a control instruction sent by the external equipment through the communication module; and/or controlling the action mechanism to act so as to open or close the valve.

Optionally, the heating module comprises a self-protection device electrically connected with the controller;

the self-protection device is used for closing the heating function of the heating module when the ambient temperature is higher than a second preset temperature, and the second preset temperature is higher than the first preset temperature.

Optionally, the communication module comprises one or more of a WiFi module, a zwave module, a zigbee module, an nb-iot module, or a bluetooth module.

Optionally, the actuating mechanism includes a stroke detection unit electrically connected to the controller;

the stroke detection unit is used for detecting the stroke of the action mechanism and sending the stroke to the controller;

the controller is also used for closing the action mechanism when the stroke is larger than the preset stroke.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent temperature control valve has a temperature sensing function by arranging the temperature sensor, and when the ambient temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the intelligent temperature control valve automatically and slowly heats and keeps warm, so that the smooth rotation of the valve is maintained.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent temperature control valve, which may include a valve body 1, a temperature sensor 2, a controller 3, and a heating module 4, where the temperature sensor 2 and the controller 3 are both disposed in the valve body 1, and for example, the temperature sensor 2 and the controller 3 may be disposed in the valve body 1, or may be disposed outside the valve body 1. In this embodiment, the controller 3 is electrically connected to the temperature sensor 2, and the temperature sensor 2 is configured to acquire an ambient temperature and send the ambient temperature to the controller 3. The heating module 4 is provided in the valve body 1, and the heating module 4 is electrically connected to the controller 3.

In the present embodiment, the controller 3 is configured to control the heating module 4 to perform heating at a preset heating speed to maintain the ambient temperature at the first preset temperature when the ambient temperature is less than the first preset temperature. The first preset temperature can keep the intelligent temperature control valve from freezing, and is smaller than the maximum temperature allowed by equipment carried by the intelligent temperature control valve. Like this, the equipment that intelligence temperature-sensing valve carried just can not suffer destruction because of high temperature, and the equipment that intelligence temperature-sensing valve carried can be the pipeline, and this pipeline can be for the pipeline of tank wagon, sets the first maximum temperature that is less than the tank wagon and allows with first preset temperature setting, and heating module 4 heats and can not lead to ambient temperature to surpass the maximum temperature that the tank wagon allows, thus the tank wagon can not cause the explosion accident because of heating module 4 heats. Further, the predetermined heating rate of this embodiment is greater than first heating rate to be less than second heating rate, heating rate can not be too little, also can not be too big, and heating rate too little can lead to long overlength during the heating, and heating rate too big can lead to the heating fast and cause the pipeline to destroy, and then causes the incident.

According to the intelligent temperature control valve provided by the embodiment of the invention, the temperature sensor 2 is arranged, so that the intelligent temperature control valve has a temperature sensing function, when the ambient temperature is lower than the preset temperature, the intelligent temperature control valve is automatically and slowly heated and insulated, and the smooth rotation of the valve 5 is maintained.

The temperature sensor 2 of this embodiment may be a digital temperature sensor, or may also be an analog temperature sensor, and specifically, the type of the temperature sensor 2 may be selected according to the requirement.

The controller 3 of this embodiment may be a single chip microcomputer, or may be another type of controller.

The heating module 4 may be an existing heater or heating device.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 again, the intelligent temperature control valve of the present embodiment may further include a valve 5 and an actuating mechanism 6, wherein the actuating mechanism 6 is connected to the valve 5, and the actuating mechanism 6 is electrically connected to the controller 3. The inventor researches and discovers that the valve which is not operated for a long time can be aged and rusted slowly, so that the valve can not rotate, and for the reason, the controller 3 of the embodiment is also used for controlling the action mechanism 6 to act according to a preset period so as to open the valve 5, so that the valve 5 is guaranteed not to be aged and lose smoothness. The size of the preset period can be set according to needs, and for example, the preset period can be 24 hours.

The actuating mechanism 6 of the present embodiment may be a mechanism that drives the valve 5 to rotate, which is commonly used.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 again, the intelligent temperature control valve of the present embodiment may further include a communication module 7, where the communication module 7 is disposed on the valve body 1, and the communication module 7 is electrically connected to the controller 3, so that communication between the controller 3 and an external device is achieved.

In some embodiments, the controller 3 is further configured to send the ambient temperature to an external device through the communication module 7, so that a manager can grasp the situation of the environment where the intelligent thermostatic valve is located, and plan management measures according to the situation. It should be understood that the controller 3 can also send other local data (such as the humidity of the environment in which the intelligent thermostat is located) to the external device through the communication module 7.

In some embodiments, the controller 3 is further configured to control the heating module 4 to heat and/or control the action mechanism 6 to act to open or close the valve 5 according to a control command sent by an external device through the communication module 7, so as to implement remote control of the intelligent thermostatic valve.

Alternatively, the heating module 4 may comprise a self-protection device, which is electrically connected to the controller 3. In this embodiment, the self-protection device is configured to close the heating function of the heating module 4 when the ambient temperature is greater than a second preset temperature, where the second preset temperature is greater than the first preset temperature. In this way, execution of potentially dangerous instructions (such as requiring heating to a high temperature value, etc.) can be inhibited.

The communication module 7 of the present embodiment may include one or more of a WiFi module, a zwave module, a zigbee module, an nb-iot module, or a bluetooth module. Of course, the communication module 7 is not limited to the above-mentioned ones, and may be other.

Further, the actuating mechanism 6 of the present embodiment may include a stroke detection unit, and the stroke detection unit is electrically connected to the controller 3. In the present embodiment, the stroke detection unit is configured to detect the stroke of the actuator 6 and send the stroke to the controller 3. The controller 3 is also used for closing the actuating mechanism 6 when the stroke is larger than the preset stroke, so that overtravel driving is forbidden, and the power mechanism of the intelligent temperature control valve is prevented from being damaged. Wherein, the stroke detection unit can be a stroke switch.
