8. The tactical knife and spade handle docking device of claim 7, wherein said interface housing is provided with an interface counterbore and said interface housing is connected to said interface inner core by a countersunk head screw positioned in said interface counterbore.

9. The tactical knife and spade handle docking device of claim 7, wherein said interface core is provided with a cutting slot for mating with said tenon structure.

10. The tactical knife and spade handle docking device of claim 1, wherein said interface body is provided with at least one weight-reducing hole.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cutters, in particular to a butt joint device of a tactical cutter and a spade handle.

Background

The tactical knife is a multi-purpose knife, completes the tactical task, and has a plurality of functions of field survival. In order to meet the requirement of multiple purposes, the tactical knife has a function of being connected with the multifunctional spade, the multifunctional spade is known to be divided into a plurality of types, but the multifunctional spade with the tenon structure has excellent performances so far, so the tactical knife needs to be connected with the tenon of the multifunctional spade on the basis of meeting the bayonet interface.

The embodiment of the invention provides a butt joint device of a tactical knife and a spade handle, which comprises: the connector comprises an interface body, wherein a handle connector is formed on one side of the interface body, a tenon structure is arranged on one side of the handle connector, the tenon structure is configured to be capable of being in fit connection with a clamping key of a tactical knife, a lower fixing plate is arranged on the other side of the handle connector, and the lower fixing plate is configured to be capable of being abutted against one side, away from the clamping key, of a handle of the tactical knife when the tenon structure is in fit connection with the clamping key of the tactical knife; a spade handle connecting channel is formed in the interface body and deviates from the interface body, a spade handle connecting port is formed on one side of the handle connecting port, a fixing structure is arranged in the spade handle connecting channel and is used for enabling the spade to be fixedly connected with the interface body after being inserted into the connecting channel.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. The tactical knife and spade handle docking device of the embodiment of the invention is suitable for docking the tail part of the knife handle (figure 7) and the end part of the spade handle (figure 8).

The tactical knife and shovel handle docking assembly of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1-3.

The butt joint device of the tactical knife and the spade handle comprises: the interface body, interface body one side is formed with handle of a knife connector 310, and handle of a knife connector 310 is used for inserting handle of a knife afterbody 100 of tactical knife.

A tenon structure 320 is disposed on one side of the handle connector 310, and the tenon structure 320 is configured to be engaged with the latch 120 of the tactical knife, so that the handle tail 100 is fixed to the connector body. Specifically, the two sides of the tenon structure 320 are respectively provided with a avoiding groove 321 and a clamping groove 322, the avoiding groove 321 can enable the tenon structure 320 to be smoothly inserted into the connecting groove 110 of the handle, and the clamping groove 322 can be matched with the clamping key 120 to realize fixation.

The other side of handle of a knife connector 310 is provided with lower fixed plate 330, and lower fixed plate 330 is configured to be able to deviate from card key 120 one side butt with the handle of a knife of tactical knife when tenon structure 320 is connected with the card key 120 cooperation of tactical knife, and lower fixed plate 330 can strengthen the firm in connection degree of handle of a knife afterbody 100 and interface body.

The lower fixing plate 330 may be an arc-shaped plate, which is more suitable for the arc-shaped structure of the shank tail 100. The tenon structure 320 and the lower fixing plate 330 establish the connection relationship between the shank tail 100 and the interface body at both sides of the shank tail 100, which can increase the degree of firmness.

A spade handle connecting channel 410 is formed in the interface body, and the connecting channel 410 is arranged along the axial direction of the interface body. The spade handle connecting channel 410 forms a spade handle connecting port 480 on a side of the interface body facing away from the handle connecting port 310, and the spade handle connecting port 480 forms an opening for inserting the spade handle into the spade handle connecting channel 410. A fixing structure is arranged in the shovel handle connecting channel 410 and used for enabling a shovel handle to be inserted into the connecting channel 410 and then fixedly connected with the interface body.

In the embodiment of the invention, one end of the interface body is connected with the handle tail part 100 through the tenon structure 320 and the lower fixing plate 330, and the other end is fixedly inserted into the shovel handle, so that the tactical knife and the shovel handle are connected into a whole. The structure of the prior tactical knife and spade handle is not required to be changed, the applicability is strong, and the disassembly and the assembly are convenient.

Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, the fixing structure includes a limiting spacer 420 and a rotation limiting assembly, the limiting spacer 420 is configured to limit the axial movement of the shovel shaft after the shovel shaft is inserted into the connecting channel 410 and axially rotated, so as to prevent the shovel shaft from being separated from the interface body. Rotatory spacing subassembly is used for carrying out axial rotation spacing back to the spade at spacing baffle 420 to the spade carrying out axial displacement spacing, avoids the spade to lose spacing baffle 420's constraint behind the reverse rotation, breaks away from the interface body.

It can be appreciated that when the shovel handle is inserted into the shovel handle connecting channel 410 from the shovel handle connecting port 480 and rotated in one direction, the handle end tenon 210 of the shovel handle is rotated to the side where the limit spacer 420 deviates from the shovel handle connecting port 480, the limit spacer 420 axially limits the shovel handle, so that the shovel handle cannot slide out of the connecting channel 410. At this point, the rotation limiting assembly limits the axial rotation of the shovel handle to prevent the handle-end tenon 210 from moving away from the side of the shovel handle connector 480 by the limiting partition 420. When the spade handle is required to be separated from the interface body, the limitation of the rotary limiting component on the spade handle is required to be removed, and the spade handle can be pulled out from the spade handle connecting channel 410 only after the rotary spade handle enables the handle-end tenon 210 to be separated from the limiting partition plate 420 and deviate from one side of the spade handle connecting port 480.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the rotation limiting assembly includes an interface striking pin 430, a striking pin plug 440, and a resilient return member 450.

The poking tenon 430 for the interface is rotatably connected in the interface body through a poking tenon bolt 440, and the poking tenon 430 for the interface is positioned at one side of the limiting partition plate 420, which is far away from the shovel handle connecting port 480.

The interface tongue 430 is capable of rotating from a first state to a second state, the interface tongue 430 is configured to enable axial rotation of the shovel handle in a first direction and to prevent axial rotation of the shovel handle in a direction opposite to the first direction when in the first state;

one end of the interface poking tenon 430 is positioned outside the interface body, so that a user can conveniently poke the interface poking tenon 430.

The elastic reset piece 450 is connected with the interface poking tenon 430, and the elastic reset piece 450 is used for enabling the interface poking tenon 430 to reset from the second state to the first state under the natural condition.

After the shovel handle is inserted into the shovel handle connecting channel 410, the shovel handle is rotated towards the first direction, and the handle-end tenon 210 on the shovel handle stirs the interface poking tenon 430 to rotate towards the first direction and rotate from the first state to the second state. After the handle-end tenon 210 passes through the interface-use tenon 430, the interface-use tenon 430 rotates in the direction opposite to the first direction under the action of the elastic resetting piece 450, and is reset to the first state, and at this time, the interface-use tenon 430 blocks the handle-end tenon 210, so that the shovel handle cannot rotate in the direction opposite to the first direction. When the shovel handle needs to be rotated in the direction opposite to the first direction, the poking tenon 430 for the interface can be poked from one end outside the interface body, so that the shovel handle is rotated from the first state to the second state, and the limitation of the poking tenon 430 for the interface on the shovel handle is removed.

Further, a tenon mounting groove 500 is formed in the interface body, and the tenon mounting groove 500 penetrates through one side wall of the interface body in the wall thickness direction. The poking tenon bolt 440 is arranged in the poking tenon installation groove 500, and the interface poking tenon 430 is rotatably connected to the position of the poking tenon installation groove 500 through the poking tenon bolt 440, so that the interface poking tenon 430 can rotate in the installation groove.

The corner of the interface poking tenon 430 in the interface body is provided with a round angle 434 structure, one side of the interface poking tenon 430 in the round angle 434 is provided with a first limiting surface 431, and the other side of the interface poking tenon 430 in the round angle 434 is provided with a second limiting surface 433. The rounded corner 434 is configured to prevent the shank-end tenon 210 on the shovel handle from interfering with the rotation of the interface tongue 430.

When the interface poking tenon 430 is located at the first state, the first limiting face 431 is abutted against the side wall of the poking tenon installation groove 500, and under the action of the first limiting face 431 and the side wall of the poking tenon installation groove 500, the interface poking tenon 430 can not rotate in the opposite direction of the first direction in the first state, so that the second limiting face 433 prevents the shovel handle from axially rotating in the opposite direction of the first direction.

Further, the elastic restoring member 450 is an extension spring, one end of the extension spring is connected to the interface-use tenon 430, and the other end is connected to the interface body through a tension spring pin 470 arranged on the interface body. Specifically, the extension spring may be disposed in the tenon mounting groove 500, a circular hole 431 is reserved on the interface tenon 430, and the extension spring is connected to the interface tenon 430 through the circular hole 431.

Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 6, in one embodiment of the present invention, the interface body includes an interface housing 300 and an interface core 400. The interface housing 300 has a cylindrical structure, and both ends thereof are open. The interface inner core 400 has an opening at least one end, and the interface inner core 400 is detachably coupled in the interface housing 300. An opening at one end of the interface core 400 and an opening at one end of the interface housing 300 corresponding thereto together form a shovel handle connection port 480, and a shovel handle connection channel 410 is located in the interface core 400 and extends in the axial direction of the interface core 400. The tenon structure 320 and the lower fixing plate 330 are fixed to the interface housing 300, and the fixing structure is disposed on the interface core 400. It should be noted that the tenon mounting groove 500 is formed by the shovel shaft connecting channel 410 extending through the side walls of the interface housing 300 and the interface core 400 in a side direction, so that the interface tenon 430 can extend to the outside of the interface housing 300.

Further, the interface housing 300 is provided with an interface counter bore 350, and the interface housing 300 is connected with the interface inner core 400 through a counter bore screw 600 located at the interface counter bore 350, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient.

Further, the interface core 400 is provided with a cutting groove 460, and the cutting groove 460 is used for being inserted and matched with one end of the tenon structure 320 located inside the interface shell 300. When the cutting groove 460 is matched with the tenon structure 320 in an inserting manner, the connection stability of the interface core 400 and the interface shell 300 can be increased, and the interface core 400 and the interface shell 300 are prevented from rotating relatively.

Optionally, the interface body is provided with at least one lightening hole 340, and the lightening hole 340 may be disposed on the interface inner core 400 and/or the interface housing 300, so as to achieve the purpose of lightening the butt joint device of the tactical shovel.
