Technical Field

The present invention relates to a lid body having a laminated structure of a transparent or translucent outer lid portion having a cylindrical top and an inner lid portion having a cylindrical top and disposed in close contact with the inner side of the outer lid portion, and a container provided with the lid body.

Background

Conventionally, as a container for containing contents such as cosmetic cream, a container is known which includes a bottomed cylindrical container body having an upward opening and a male screw provided on the outer periphery thereof, and a lid body for closing the downward opening of the container body.

In such a container, the following is proposed: the lid has a laminated structure (double-layer structure) including an inner lid and an outer lid, and the outer lid is formed of a transparent material, while a metal film (metal luster layer) is provided on the outer surface of the inner lid (see patent document 1). Thus, the metal luster layer of the inner cover is seen through the outer cover, thereby realizing a high-quality appearance.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem

However, by providing the metal luster layer on the outer surface of the inner lid as in the lid described above, the adhesion strength between the inner lid and the outer lid is reduced, and there is a possibility that the outer lid may be displaced from the inner lid to be lifted, or the outer lid may be detached from the inner lid due to a drop impact or the like. Even when the metal luster layer is not provided on the outer surface of the inner lid portion, the adhesion strength is lowered by the combination of the material constituting the inner lid portion and the material constituting the outer lid portion, and the lifting and/or dropping as described above may occur. In addition, when a projection (convex portion) and/or a groove (concave portion) for fitting are provided at a conspicuous position between the inner lid portion and the outer lid portion in order to prevent the tilting and/or the falling-off, the projection and/or the groove may be seen through from the outside of the outer lid portion, which may result in a reduction in design of appearance.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present specification, the "upper" side refers to the side of the lid body 20 located with respect to the container body 10, and the "lower" side refers to the opposite direction (the side of the container body 10 located with respect to the lid body 20).

As shown in fig. 1, the container 1 of the present embodiment includes a bottomed cylindrical container body 10 and a top cylindrical lid body 20 detachably attached to the container body 10. The lid 20 is detachably attached to the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10, and closes the mouth portion 11.

The container body 10 has: a cylindrical mouth portion 11 having an axis O as a center axis; a body 12 connected to a lower portion of the mouth 11; and a bottom portion 13 that closes the lower end portion of the main body portion 12. A storage space S for storing contents is formed inside the container body 10. The storage space S of the container body 10 may be directly filled with the contents, or a bottomed cylindrical inner container or the like in which the contents are stored in advance may be disposed in the storage space S so as to be replaceable.

The lid body 20 includes a transparent or translucent outer lid portion 30 and a cylindrical inner lid portion 40 closely disposed on the inner side of the outer lid portion 30 so as not to be relatively rotatable. Although the lid body 20 of the present embodiment has a three-layer structure in which the attachment portion 50 is fixedly held inside the inner lid portion 40, the present invention is not limited to this, and a two-layer structure formed only by the outer lid portion 30 and the inner lid portion 40 may be adopted, or a laminated structure having four or more layers may be adopted. The outer lid section 30, the inner lid section 40, and the mounting section 50 can be made of synthetic resin, but the material is not particularly limited.

The outer lid 30 may be transparent or translucent as a whole, or may be partially opaque. The outer lid 30 can be formed of a highly transparent resin such as polyester resin (PETG, PCTA, PCTG, PCT, etc.), SAN (styrene acrylonitrile copolymer), PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), ionomer, or the like. Further, although the inner lid portion 40 can be formed of a non-transparent material, it may be formed of a transparent or translucent material. The inner lid 40 is made of a resin having relatively high heat resistance, such as PC (polycarbonate).

The outer lid portion 30 has a cylindrical (in this example, cylindrical) outer peripheral wall 31 and an outer upper wall 32 connected to an upper end of the outer peripheral wall 31.

Fig. 2 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of only the outer lid section 30 and the inner lid section 40 of the lid body 20 of fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, a retaining projection 33 is provided at a lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall 31 of the outer lid portion 30. The retaining projection 33 has an inclined surface 34 inclined downward and inward (in the direction of the axis O) and extending to the lower end of the outer lid portion 30 (the lower end of the outer peripheral wall 31). The inclined surface 34 is not limited to the flat surface as in this example, and may be a curved surface. Further, the upper end of the flat surface is preferably smoothly continuous with the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall 31. The retaining protrusion 33 may be provided over the entire circumferential direction of the outer circumferential wall 31, or may be provided only in a part of the circumferential direction. In this example, the retaining protrusion 33 is provided only in a part of the circumferential direction, and the retaining protrusion 33 and a retaining recess 43 described later function as a rotation suppressing portion that suppresses rotation of the outer lid portion 30 with respect to the inner lid portion 40.

The inner lid portion 40 has a cylindrical (in this example, cylindrical) inner peripheral wall 41 and a top wall 42 connected to an upper end of the inner peripheral wall 41. A retaining concave portion 43 having a shape corresponding to the retaining convex portion 33 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral wall 41 of the inner lid portion 40. The retaining recess 43 has an inclined surface 44 inclined inward (in the direction of the axis O) toward the lower side and extending to the lower end of the inner lid portion 40 (the lower end of the inner peripheral wall 41). The shape of the retaining concave portion 43 matches the shape of the retaining convex portion 33, and the inclined surface 44 is disposed in close contact with the inclined surface 34 of the retaining convex portion 33.

The retaining protrusion 33 and the retaining recess 43 function as a separation suppressing portion that suppresses separation of the outer lid portion 30 and the inner lid portion 40. That is, the retaining protrusion 33 of the outer lid 30 is fitted into the retaining recess 43 of the inner lid 40 and snap-engaged therewith, thereby preventing the outer lid 30 and the inner lid 40 from being separated in the axial direction (direction along the axis O). By providing such a separation suppressing portion, the outer lid portion 30 can be prevented from being lifted and/or falling off from the inner lid portion 40.

The mounting portion 50 has a cylindrical (in this example, cylindrical) mounting peripheral wall 51 and a closing wall 52 connected to an upper end of the mounting peripheral wall 51. In this example, a space is formed between the closing wall 52 and the top wall 42 of the inner lid portion 40, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the closing wall 52 and the top wall 42 may be disposed in close contact.

An engaging protrusion 51a is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting peripheral wall 51, and the mounting portion 50 is engaged and held inside the inner lid portion 40 by engaging the engaging protrusion 51a with an engaged protrusion 41a provided on the inner peripheral surface of the inner peripheral wall 41 of the inner lid portion 40.

Further, an internal thread portion 51b is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the attachment peripheral wall 51. An external thread portion 11a is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10, and the lid body 20 is detachably attached to the container body 10 by engaging the internal thread portion 51b with the external thread portion 11 a.

A disc-shaped packing 60 is provided on the lower surface of the closing wall 52. As shown in fig. 1, the sealing property of the lid body 20 for closing the mouth portion 11 can be improved by sandwiching the packing 60 between the lower surface of the closing wall 52 and the upper end surface of the mouth portion 11.

As described above, in the container 1 and the lid body 20 according to the present embodiment, the separation preventing convex portion 33 and the separation preventing concave portion 43, which are the separation preventing portions, are provided, so that the outer lid portion 30 can be prevented from being lifted up and/or separated from the inner lid portion 40. Further, by adopting the structure in which the retaining protrusion 33 has the inclined surface 34 inclined inward toward the lower end of the outer lid portion 30 and extending to the lower end, the retaining protrusion 33 and the retaining recess 43 are less conspicuous even if they are seen through from the outside of the outer lid portion 30, and a reduction in design of the appearance can be suppressed.

In particular, in the case of insert molding (secondary injection molding) in which the inner lid portion 40 obtained by primary molding is used as an insert and the outer lid portion 30 is secondary molded with a resin different from that of the inner lid portion 40, since the resin constituting the inner lid portion 40 and the resin constituting the outer lid portion 30 are incompatible (or have low compatibility), there is a possibility that the inner lid portion 40 and the outer lid portion 30 do not adhere to each other and the appearance is deteriorated. In the present embodiment, by providing the retaining convex portion 33 and the retaining concave portion 43 as the separation suppressing portions, even when the resin constituting the inner lid portion 40 and the resin constituting the outer lid portion 30 are not compatible with each other, the adhesion strength is improved, and therefore the appearance can be improved.

Here, for example, when it is desired to increase the adhesion strength between the inner lid section and the outer lid section, which have an outer surface on which a metal luster layer coated with an acrylic resin is formed after aluminum vapor deposition, without providing the separation preventing convex sections 33 and the separation preventing concave sections 43 as the separation preventing sections, the following method is conceivable: before insert molding in which the outer lid portion is molded with the inner lid portion as an insert, the metal luster layer on the outer surface of the inner lid portion is subjected to surface treatment (flame treatment or the like) to improve the adhesion strength. However, when the surface treatment is performed on the metal luster layer on the outer surface of the inner lid portion in this manner, there is a possibility that the inner lid portion is deformed improperly by heat. In contrast, in the container 1 and the lid body 20 according to the present embodiment, the separation preventing convex portion 33 and the separation preventing concave portion 43 are provided as the separation preventing portions, so that the outer lid portion 30 can be prevented from being lifted and/or separated from the inner lid portion 40 without performing the surface treatment as described above. Therefore, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the appearance without generating an improper deformation due to the surface treatment as described above.

Thus, according to the container 1 and the lid body 20 of the present embodiment, the close contact strength between the inner lid portion 40 and the outer lid portion 30 can be improved, and the reduction in design of the external appearance can be suppressed.

A rotation suppressing portion for suppressing relative rotation about the axis O is provided between the outer lid portion 30 and the inner lid portion 40. By providing the rotation suppressing portion, a circumferential displacement (relative rotation is not possible) between the outer lid portion 30 and the inner lid portion 40 is also suppressed, and therefore, separation of the outer lid portion 30 and the inner lid portion 40 can be more reliably suppressed. In this example, the retaining protrusion 33 and the retaining recess 43 are provided only in a part of the circumferential direction, and the retaining protrusion 33 and the retaining recess 43 are also engaged in the circumferential direction, and therefore function as a rotation suppressing portion that suppresses rotation of the outer lid portion 30 with respect to the inner lid portion 40.

The rotation suppressing unit is not limited to this example, and may have a configuration shown in fig. 3 to 7, for example.

In the example shown in fig. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the outer peripheral surface of the inner lid portion 40 is formed in a polygonal shape in a plan view. The right half of the cross-sectional view of fig. 3 (a) shows the outer lid 30 and the inner lid 40 that constitute the lid body 20, and the left half of the cross-sectional view of fig. 3 (a) and the bottom view of fig. 3 (b) show only the outer lid 30 with the inner lid 40 omitted.

In this example, the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral wall 41 of the inner lid portion 40 is formed into a regular hexadecimal shape in a plan view, and correspondingly, the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall 31 of the outer lid portion 30 is also formed into a regular hexadecimal shape in a plan view. The outer peripheral surface of the inner lid portion 40 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer lid portion 30, which are polygonal in plan view as described above, are engaged with each other in the circumferential direction, and therefore function as a rotation inhibiting portion. In the example shown in fig. 3 a and 3 b, among sixteen surfaces (forming a regular hexadecagon shape) formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall 31, a surface 31a provided with the retaining protrusion 33 and a surface 31b (flat surface) not provided with the retaining protrusion 33 are alternately arranged.

In the example shown in fig. 4 (a) and 4 (b), knurling 41b that repeats irregularities in the circumferential direction is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the inner circumferential wall 41 of the inner lid portion 40, and knurling 31c is also provided on the inner circumferential surface of the outer circumferential wall 31 of the corresponding outer lid portion 30. The knurls 41b and 31c of the inner and outer covers 40 and 30 are engaged with each other in the circumferential direction, and function as rotation suppressing portions. In this example, the retaining protrusion 33 of the outer lid 30 and the retaining recess 43 of the inner lid 40 are provided over the entire circumference.

In the example shown in fig. 5 a and 5 b, a pearskin-like irregularity (wrinkle) is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral wall 41 of the inner lid portion 40, and a pearskin-like irregularity is also provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall 31 of the corresponding outer lid portion 30. Thus, the peaked irregularities of the inner lid portion 40 and the outer lid portion 30 are engaged with each other in the circumferential direction, and function as a rotation suppressing portion. In this example, the retaining protrusion 33 of the outer lid portion 30 and the retaining recess 43 of the inner lid portion 40 are provided in a part of the circumferential direction, and are arranged at four positions in the circumferential direction with an interval therebetween. In this example, pearskin-like irregularities are provided on the entire outer surface of the inner lid 40 and the entire inner surface of the outer lid 30.

In the example shown in fig. 6 (a) and 6 (b), a convex portion protruding radially outward is provided on a part of the outer circumferential surface of the inner circumferential wall 41 of the inner lid portion 40 in the circumferential direction, and a concave portion 31d is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the outer circumferential wall 31 of the corresponding outer lid portion 30. The convex portion of the inner lid portion 40 and the concave portion 31d of the outer lid portion 30 are engaged with each other in the circumferential direction, and function as a rotation suppressing portion. The protrusions of this example are provided at the lower end of the inner peripheral wall 41, and the protrusions are provided at two circumferential positions facing each other with the axis O therebetween, but the number of the protrusions and the arrangement thereof can be changed as appropriate. Further, a concave portion may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral wall 41, and a convex portion may be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall 31. In this example, the retaining protrusion 33 of the outer lid portion 30 and the retaining recess 43 of the inner lid portion 40 are provided in a part of the circumferential direction, and are arranged at four positions in the circumferential direction with an interval therebetween, the four positions being different from the circumferential position of the recess 31d and the protrusion constituting the rotation suppressing portion.

In the example shown in fig. 7 (a) and 7 (b), the outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral wall 41 of the inner lid portion 40 is formed in an elliptical shape in plan view, and correspondingly, the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall 31 of the outer lid portion 30 is also formed in an elliptical shape in plan view. The outer peripheral surface of the inner lid portion 40 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer lid portion 30, which are oval in plan view in this manner, are engaged with each other in the circumferential direction, and therefore function as a rotation inhibiting portion. In this example, the retaining protrusion 33 of the outer lid 30 and the retaining recess 43 of the inner lid 40 are provided over the entire circumference.

Here, the lid body 20 can be formed, for example, by disposing the inner lid portion 40, which is molded in advance by injection molding or the like, as an insert in a mold, integrally molding (insert molding) the outer lid portion 30 and the outer side of the inner lid portion 40 in a close contact state by injection molding or the like, and then attaching the attachment portion 50, which is separately molded by injection molding or the like with respect to the outer lid portion 30 and the inner lid portion 40, to the inner side of the inner lid portion 40, but the method of forming the lid body 20 is not limited to this. In this case, if necessary, the step of providing the metal luster layer on the outer surface of the inner lid portion 40 can be performed before the outer lid portion 30 is molded on the outer side of the inner lid portion 40. As the step of providing the metal luster layer, for example, a hot stamping method or a vacuum deposition method can be employed. By providing the metal luster layer on the outer surface of the inner lid portion 40, the metal luster layer can be seen through from the outside of the outer lid portion 30, and therefore the appearance of the lid body 20 can be more enhanced in quality. In the case where the metal luster layer is provided on the outer surface of the inner lid portion 40, the outer lid portion 30 and the inner lid portion 40 are less likely to be in close contact with each other, but in the present embodiment, the separation of the outer lid portion 30 and the inner lid portion 40 can be suppressed by providing the separation suppressing portions (the retaining convex portion 33 and the retaining concave portion 43).

Although the present invention has been described above based on the illustrated examples, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be appropriately modified within the scope of the claims. For example, the engagement between the mouth portion 11 of the container body 10 and the lid body 20 is not limited to the screw engagement, and an outward projection may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 11 and an inward projection may be provided on the inner peripheral surface of the lid body 20, and the outward projection and the inward projection may be detachably engaged by snap engagement.
