1. A dispensing device for granular or powdery material, comprising a dispensing channel (2a) having a longitudinal axis (X), an inlet opening (21) and an outlet opening (22), characterized in that it comprises suction means arranged to retain on command at least one portion of granular or powdery material inside said dispensing channel (2a) so as to form an accumulation blocking said dispensing channel (2a) and preventing the flow of material.

2. Dispensing device according to claim 1, wherein said suction means are placed in communication with said dispensing channel (2a) to attract and hold at least a portion of the granular or powdery material close to or in contact with the inner surface of said dispensing channel (2a) to form an accumulation blocking said dispensing channel (2 a).

3. Dispensing device according to claim 2, comprising one or more suction openings (23) formed through the wall of the dispensing channel (2a) and arranged in communication with the suction means.

4. Device according to claim 3, comprising a filter (20) interposed between each suction opening (23) and the dispensing channel (2 a).

5. The device according to claim 4, wherein the filter (20) defines at least a portion of the wall of the distribution channel (2 a).

6. Dispensing device according to claim 4, wherein the filter (20) has a tubular shape and is inserted into the dispensing channel (2 a).

7. Device according to claim 6, comprising an annular chamber (25) concentric with said filter (20) and placed in communication with said suction means.

8. Device according to claim 1, comprising blowing means placed in communication with said distribution channel (2a) and arranged to generate a pressure greater than or equal in absolute value to the negative pressure generated by said suction means in said distribution channel (2 a).

9. Device according to claim 8, comprising one or more blow openings (24) formed through a wall of the distribution channel (2 a).

10. A dispensing rod for granular or powdery material, characterized in that it comprises two or more dispensing devices (2) according to at least one of the preceding claims, arranged side by side along an alignment direction (Z), wherein the outlet openings (22) are side by side and face in the same direction to define a deposition front of predetermined length.

11. Dispensing lever according to claim 10, wherein the outlet openings (22) are arranged on the same dispensing plane.

12. A method for dispensing particulate or powder material in a controlled manner, comprising the steps of:

-feeding said material to a distribution channel (2 a);

to stop dispensing, at least a portion of the material is sucked and held in contact with the walls of the dispensing channel (2a) by negative pressure;

to resume dispensing, the material is released from the wall of the dispensing channel (2 a).

13. Method according to claim 12, wherein the step of releasing the material from the wall of the dispensing channel (2a) is performed by eliminating the negative pressure for stopping dispensing.

14. Method according to claim 12, wherein the step of releasing the material from the wall of the dispensing channel (2a) is performed by supplying a pressure to the dispensing channel (2a) which is greater than or equal in absolute value to the negative pressure for stopping dispensing.

15. Method according to one of claims 12 to 14, wherein the material is dispensed by two or more dispensing channels (2a) side by side along an alignment direction (Z), each of which is provided with an outlet opening (22), wherein the outlet openings (22) are side by side and face in the same direction.

16. Machine for the dry decoration of ceramic slabs or tiles, characterized in that it comprises:

a support element (10) provided with a plurality of cavities (11) of predetermined shape;

at least one dispensing device (2) according to one of the preceding claims, arranged to deposit a predetermined amount of powdered material within one or more predetermined cavities (11);

-an unloading device (30) arranged to move the cavity (11) from a loading position, in which it receives powder material from the dispensing device (2), to an unloading position, in which it unloads powder material.

17. Machine according to claim 16, comprising two or more dispensers (2) arranged to form a dispensing lever according to claim 10 or 11.

18. A machine according to claim 16 or 17, wherein the unloading device (30) is configured to move the cavity (11) between a loading position, in which it faces upwards to receive the powdered material from the dispensing device (2) or from the dispensing rod, and an unloading position, in which it faces at least partially downwards to unload the powdered material substantially by gravity.

19. A machine according to claim 16 or 17, wherein the support element (10) comprises a flexible belt on which the cavities (11) are formed.

20. A machine according to claim 19, wherein the unloading device (30) comprises at least one rotating roller (31) around which the support element (10) is at least partially wound, which causes the support element (10) to rotate to gradually move the cavities (11) from the loading position to the unloading position.

21. A machine according to claim 16 or 17, wherein said dispensing device (20) comprises one or more dispensers, each of which is arranged to dispense powder material in one or more preselected cavities (11).

22. Machine according to claim 16 or 17, comprising a deposition plane (50) placed below the unloading position of the cavity (11) to receive the powder material unloaded by the cavity (11).
