In the prior art, chinese patent CN103260376B discloses a stop member and an electrical component mounting and fixing device having the stop member, wherein the electrical component fixing device includes a fixing base and a fixing plate. The stopping piece slides along a track on the fixed seat. The stopper comprises an elastic piece, the elastic piece is used for positioning the stopper on the track of the fixed seat and also used for providing an elastic restoring force, and the elastic restoring force pushes the stopper to press the fixed plate along the sliding direction parallel to the stopper. The invention also provides an electrical component mounting and fixing device with the stop piece. The invention utilizes the elastic deformation action of an elastic piece arranged on a stop piece to fix the fixing plate for fixing the electrical element, has simple structure and ensures that the installation and the disassembly processes of the electrical element are simple and easy. However, the device mainly depends on the deformation generated by the supporting bar to complete the disassembly and assembly of the electric appliance element, and the elastic performance of the supporting bar is limited, so that the stroke of the retainer is limited, the disassembly and assembly of the electric appliance element are inconvenient, and certain limitation is realized; and the support bars can age with the increase of the use frequency and the time, so that the stop piece fails; in addition, the support bars and the positioning columns are easy to wear, so that the service life of the equipment is short.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an electric component fixing device, aiming at the technical problems of inconvenient operation, short service life, easy aging and failure and limitation of the existing electric component fixing device.

Therefore, the buckle does not depend on the deformation of the buckle, has longer stroke and is convenient for the quick assembly and disassembly of the electric parts; the problem of elastic failure caused by fastener aging is also solved; in addition, the electric component adopts the push-and-pull mode dismouting, has avoided the friction between buckle and the guide rail, has solved the problem of buckle wearing and tearing, has improved the life of buckle, and this device simple structure, convenient operation, swift.

Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 7, on the basis of the first embodiment, in this embodiment, a limiting groove 104 is disposed on one side of the second sliding groove, which is away from the first sliding groove, and a limiting protrusion 303 matched with the limiting groove is disposed on the buckle. The limiting groove and the limiting bump are matched to limit the buckle, so that the buckle is prevented from jumping out of the second sliding groove.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, on the basis of the first embodiment, in the present embodiment, an end of the buckle far away from the first sliding groove is provided with a recessed step 304, that is, the thickness of the end of the buckle is smaller than the overall thickness of the buckle, so as to facilitate the detachment and installation of the buckle. When the buckle is disassembled and assembled, the end part of the buckle needs to be pried upwards to separate the buckle from the second sliding groove; therefore, the end part of the buckle needs to have certain deformation capacity, and therefore the end part of the buckle is provided with an inwards concave step.
