In the field of offshore wind power, a high-voltage switch cabinet is also a crucial ring and is used for switching on and off, controlling and protecting power generation, power transmission, power distribution, electric energy conversion and consumption in an offshore wind power system. Because the environment of the offshore wind power field is severe, the high-voltage switch cabinet adopts an inflatable cabinet structure. The gas-filled cabinet is short for indoor AC high-voltage gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear, and is a new generation of switchgear, the main switch can be a permanent magnet mechanism vacuum circuit breaker or a spring mechanism vacuum circuit breaker, and the primary electrified loop is sealed in a sulfur hexafluoride gas compartment, so that the gas-filled cabinet is compact and expandable, and is suitable for distribution automation. The inflatable cabinet has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible operation, safety, reliability and the like, and can provide satisfactory technical schemes for various application occasions (particularly places with severe environment) and different user requirements.

At present, an inflatable cabinet generally comprises an air chamber, an operation chamber, a cable chamber and an instrument chamber, sulfur hexafluoride gas is generally filled in the air chamber to serve as insulating gas, a circuit breaker and a disconnecting switch are installed in the air chamber, and a circuit breaker operation mechanism and a disconnecting switch operation mechanism are installed in the operation chamber. The offshore wind farm environment is abominable, mainly reflects in high salinity, high humidity and high temperature difference round the clock, can cause the corruption to electrical element, operating device part on the one hand, and on the other hand leads to the structure to take place to warp or misplace easily, all can influence the normal use of aerifing the cabinet. Under the environment with high salinity, high humidity and high day and night temperature difference, the air chamber has strict air tightness requirement, so the influence of severe environment is basically avoided; the cable accessories, instruments and other elements in the cable chamber and the instrument chamber can adopt products with high protection level so as to be suitable for severe environment; the protection level of the operation room can only reach IP4X generally, and the operation room is easily influenced by the environment, and the current common solution is to install a cabinet door which can be closed on the operation room. However, the door of the operation chamber still needs to be opened when the circuit breaker operation mechanism and the disconnecting switch operation mechanism need to be operated, and air with high salinity and high humidity still enters the operation chamber, so that the circuit breaker operation mechanism and the disconnecting switch operation mechanism still can be corroded in the past.

Therefore, how to further improve the existing inflatable cabinet to adapt to the severe environment of offshore wind power is a problem to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the application is to provide a leakproofness is good, convenient assembling, can adapt to the totally closed control chamber of adverse circumstances.

Another object of the present application is to provide a switchgear cabinet having the above-mentioned totally enclosed operating room.

In order to achieve the above purposes, the technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows: a totally-enclosed operating room comprises a box body, a circuit breaker operating mechanism and a disconnecting switch operating mechanism, wherein the circuit breaker operating mechanism and the disconnecting switch operating mechanism are arranged in the box body; the box body comprises a side plate frame and a front sealing plate, the side plate frame is suitable for being hermetically fixed on the front side of the air chamber, and the front sealing plate is hermetically sealed on the front side of the side plate frame; the circuit breaker operating mechanism and the disconnecting switch operating mechanism are both provided with a plurality of operating positions, the front sealing plate is provided with a plurality of operating holes corresponding to the operating positions, and the operating holes are internally provided with sealing shaft coupling assemblies;

the seal coupling assembly includes an operating member, a bore set, and a drive shaft; the driving shaft is rotatably arranged on the circuit breaker operating mechanism or the disconnecting switch operating mechanism, and the rotation of the driving shaft is suitable for realizing the functional actions of the circuit breaker operating mechanism and the disconnecting switch operating mechanism respectively; the perforation external member passes through the operation hole and is fixed on the front sealing plate in a sealing manner, the operation member is arranged in the perforation external member in a sealing manner and is rotationally arranged, and the operation member extends into the box body and is suitable for being linked with the driving shaft to rotate.

As an improvement, a front cover plate is further arranged on the front side of the front sealing plate, a mounting cavity is formed between the front sealing plate and the front cover plate, an interlocking assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity, the interlocking assembly is arranged between the circuit breaker operating mechanism and a plurality of operating positions on the disconnecting switch operating mechanism in a linkage mode, and the interlocking assembly is suitable for achieving interlocking among the operating positions. Firstly, the interlocking component has low precision requirement and strong corrosion resistance, and needs a cable chamber below the interlocking, so the interlocking component is not suitable for being arranged in a sealed box body and is not necessary to be arranged in the sealed box body; therefore, the scheme is provided with the front cover plate, the interlocking assembly is arranged in the installation cavity between the front cover plate and the front sealing plate, the interlocking assembly is protected, and the operating room is neater and more attractive in appearance.

The arrangement of the transparent window and the observation hole is convenient for knowing the working state of the inflatable cabinet, and accords with the design convention of the common inflatable cabinet.

As an improvement, the rear side of the observation hole is fixedly arranged on the shielding ring, and the shielding ring extends to the transparent window. Because there is certain clearance between preceding shrouding and the front shroud, seting up of observation hole can make the installation cavity leave very big breach, consequently sets up and shelters from the ring and seal this breach, avoids debris to get into the installation cavity, also makes the observation hole can improve visual effect through sheltering from the transparent window of ring direct alignment.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of this application lies in:

(1) firstly, the arrangement of the totally-enclosed operating chamber ensures that the circuit breaker operating mechanism and the disconnecting switch operating mechanism in the box body can be effectively protected, and the adverse effect on the circuit breaker operating mechanism and the disconnecting switch operating mechanism caused by severe environment is reduced.

(2) Secondly, the arrangement of the sealing coupling assembly can ensure the sealing performance of the box body and realize the normal operation of the circuit breaker operating mechanism and the isolating switch operating mechanism. And when operating circuit breaker operating device and isolator operating device, also need not to open the box, make circuit breaker operating device and isolator operating device be in closed isolation state all the time, avoided current sealed control room to need the loaded down with trivial details of briefly opening and the risk of getting into the air of high salinity, high humidity when the operation.

(3) In addition, since the circuit breaker operating mechanism and the disconnector operating mechanism are installed in the case, the driving shaft is naturally installed on the circuit breaker operating mechanism or the disconnector operating mechanism, and the operating member and the penetration assembly are installed on the front sealing plate. As shown in fig. 1 to 13, a totally enclosed operating room 100 of a preferred embodiment of the present application includes a case 1, and a circuit breaker operating mechanism 2 and a disconnector operating mechanism 3 provided in the case 1; the box body 1 comprises a side plate frame 11 and a front sealing plate 12, wherein the side plate frame 11 is suitable for being hermetically fixed at the front side of the air chamber 200 (in the embodiment, the back plate of the box body 1 is shared with the air chamber 200), and the front sealing plate 12 is hermetically sealed at the front side of the side plate frame 11; a plurality of operation positions are arranged on the circuit breaker operating mechanism 2 and the isolating switch operating mechanism 3, a plurality of operation holes 121 corresponding to the operation positions are formed in the front sealing plate 12, and a sealing coupling component 4 is arranged in each operation hole 121.

In this embodiment, the operation positions on the circuit breaker operating mechanism 2 include an opening and closing operation position 21 and an energy storage operation position 22, the operation element 41 on the opening and closing operation position 21 is an opening and closing knob, and the operation element 41 on the energy storage operation position 22 is an energy storage shaft sleeve; the operation positions on the disconnecting switch operation mechanism 3 comprise a grounding operation position 31, an opening operation position 32 and an indication operation position 33, wherein the operation piece 41 on the grounding operation position 31 is a grounding shaft sleeve, the operation piece 41 on the opening operation position 32 is an opening shaft sleeve, and the operation piece 41 on the indication operation position 33 is an indication plate. As shown in fig. 4 to 9, the sealing coupling assembly 4 on the switching-on/off operation position 21 and the sealing coupling assembly 4 on the energy storage operation position 22 are respectively shown, and each of the two sealing coupling assemblies 4 comprises an operation member 41, a perforation sleeve 42 and a driving shaft 43; the driving shaft 43 is rotatably arranged on the circuit breaker operating mechanism 2 or the disconnecting switch operating mechanism 3, and the driving shaft 43 is rotatably suitable for realizing the functional actions of the circuit breaker operating mechanism 2 and the disconnecting switch operating mechanism 3 respectively; the perforation sleeve 42 passes through the operation hole 121 and is hermetically fixed on the front sealing plate 12, the operation member 41 is hermetically and rotatably arranged in the perforation sleeve 42, and the operation member 41 extends into the box body 1 and is suitable for being linked with the rotation of the driving shaft 43.

The perforation kit 42 comprises a T-shaped threaded sleeve 421 and a compression nut 422, the T-shaped threaded sleeve 421 comprises a sealing ring 4211 and a threaded pipe 4212, the T-shaped threaded sleeve 421 is suitable for penetrating through the operation hole 121, the rear end of the sealing ring 4211 is suitable for abutting against the front side face of the front sealing plate 12, an end sealing ring 423 is arranged between the sealing ring 4211 and the front sealing plate 12, the operation part 41 is rotatably arranged on the inner side of the threaded pipe 4212, a radial sealing ring 424 is arranged between the operation part 41 and the threaded pipe 4212, the compression nut 422 is in threaded connection with the outer side of the threaded pipe 4212, and the compression nut 422 is suitable for abutting against the rear side face of the front sealing. In this embodiment, a first sealing groove 4213 is formed in the rear side of the sealing ring 4211, and the end sealing ring 423 is installed in the first sealing groove 4213; a second seal groove 4214 is formed outside the operating element 41, and the radial seal ring 424 is installed in the second seal groove 4214. For convenient assembly, operation incisions 425 are formed in the peripheral sides of the T-shaped threaded sleeve 421 and the compression nut 422, and the operation incisions 425 facilitate the use of a wrench to rotate or fix the T-shaped threaded sleeve 421 and the compression nut 422.

In order to compensate machining and assembly errors and offset and deformation caused by use, a slider interlocking mechanism is arranged between the operating element 41 and the driving shaft 43, the slider interlocking mechanism comprises a front linkage position 411 arranged at the rear end of the operating element 41, a rear linkage position 431 arranged at the front end of the driving shaft 43 and an intermediate disc 44 arranged between the front linkage position 411 and the rear linkage position 431, two sides of the intermediate disc 44 are respectively provided with an intermediate linkage position 441 which are perpendicular to each other, and the intermediate linkage positions 441 at the two sides are respectively connected with the front linkage position 411 and the rear linkage position 431 in a sliding manner. The slide block interlocking mechanism is essentially a slide block coupling, and can make two shafts which are not on the same axis or have larger folding angle or larger axial movement at the same angular speed to continuously rotate at the same angular speed by utilizing the structural characteristics of the slide block interlocking mechanism, and reliably transmit torque and movement. The linkage position is a groove or a bump, and the following specific setting of the linkage position is exemplified: as shown in fig. 6, the front linkage position 411 of the sealed coupling component 4 on the opening and closing operation position 21 is a convex block, the two middle linkage positions 441 are both grooves, and the rear linkage position 431 is a groove; the front linkage position 411 of the sealed coupling component 4 of the energy storage operation position 22 is a convex block, the middle linkage position 441 on the front side is a concave groove, the middle linkage position 441 on the rear side is a convex block, and the rear linkage position 431 is a convex block. As shown in fig. 9, for reliable installation of the intermediate disk 44, a limiting sleeve 45 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the driving shaft 43, the inner diameters of the limiting sleeve 45 are slightly larger than the outer diameter of the intermediate disk 44, and the intermediate disk 44 is positioned in the limiting sleeve 45; as shown in fig. 8, the T-shaped thread insert 421 may also be used to limit the intermediate disk 44, and at this time, the inner diameter of the T-shaped thread insert 421 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the intermediate disk 44, and the intermediate disk 44 is located in the T-shaped thread insert 421.

Further, the front side of the front closing plate 12 is further provided with a front cover plate 13, an installation cavity 14 is formed between the front closing plate 12 and the front cover plate 13, an interlocking component 5 is arranged in the installation cavity 14, the interlocking component 5 is arranged between a plurality of operation positions on the circuit breaker operation mechanism 2 and the disconnecting switch operation mechanism 3 in a linkage mode, and the interlocking component 5 is suitable for achieving interlocking between the plurality of operation positions. It should be noted that the specific structure and operation principle of the interlocking component 5 are the prior art, and therefore are not specifically described in the present embodiment, but this does not prevent the specific structure and operation principle from becoming the technical features implicit in the present application. Furthermore, the interlocking component 5 can also extend into the box body 1 or out of the box body 1 for further interlocking.

As supplementary setting, still fixedly in the installation cavity 14 be provided with circuit breaker panel 6 and isolator panel 7, interlock subassembly 5 sets up in circuit breaker panel 6 and isolator panel 7 rear, has seted up first breach 131 and second breach 132 on the apron 13, and circuit breaker panel 6 aims at first breach 131 and hugs closely the apron 13 rear side, and isolator panel 7 aims at second breach 132 and hugs closely the apron 13 rear side. The front sealing plate 12 is provided with a transparent window 122, and the front cover plate 13 is provided with an observation hole 133 aligned with the transparent window 122. The rear side of the observation hole 133 is fixedly disposed on the shielding ring 15, and the shielding ring 15 extends to the transparent window 122. The embodiment has two transparent windows 122, the transparent window 122 of top aims at the energy storage sign and opens and shuts the indicator panel, and the transparent window 122 of below aims at the barometer, and the corresponding three observation hole 133 and the shading ring 15 that aim at the energy storage sign, open and shut indicator panel and barometer respectively that have set up.

As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the case 1 has a further detailed structure as follows:

the side plate frame 11 comprises an upper side plate 111, a lower side plate 112, a left side plate 113 and a right side plate 114, wherein the upper side plate 111, the lower side plate 112, the left side plate 113 and the right side plate 114 are welded in sequence to form a rectangular frame; the upper side plate 111 is bent downwards to form an upper sealing plate 1111, the lower side plate 112 is bent upwards to form a lower sealing plate 1121, the left side plate 113 is bent rightwards to form a left sealing plate 1131, the right side plate 114 is bent leftwards to form a right sealing plate 1141, the upper sealing plate 1111, the lower sealing plate 1121, the left sealing plate 1131 and the right sealing plate 1141 are sequentially butted to form a rectangular mounting ring 115, the front sealing plate 12 is suitable for being fixedly arranged on the rectangular mounting ring 115 through a fastener 17, and a rectangular sealing gasket 16 is arranged between the front sealing plate 12 and the rectangular mounting ring 115. The side plate frame 11 is formed by bending and welding a plate, and has the advantages of convenience in processing, reliable structure, good sealing property and low cost; and the rectangular mounting ring 115 that forms of bending cooperates with the rectangular sealing gasket 16, can guarantee the leakproofness between curb plate frame 11 and the preceding shrouding 12, and fastener 17 can pass preceding shrouding 12 and rectangular sealing gasket 16 in proper order and fix, has simple to operate's advantage.

The front closing plate 12 is bent backward at both sides to form positioning plates 123, and the positioning plates 123 at both sides are adapted to be tightly attached to both sides of the side plate frame 11. The positioning plate 123 enables the front sealing plate 12 to be accurately mounted on the side plate frame 11, and the positioning plate 123 can increase the wrapping performance of the front sealing plate 12, so as to further increase the sealing performance of the box body 1.

The front cover plate 13 is formed with a support plate 134 bent backward in the circumferential direction, and the rear end of the support plate 134 abuts against the front closure plate 12, so that a mounting cavity 14 is formed between the front closure plate 12 and the front cover plate 13. The structure of the support plate 134 of the front cover plate 13 can be formed only by bending a plate material, and is convenient to process and assemble.

An upper wire outlet hole 116 is formed at the upper end of the side plate frame 11, a lower wire outlet hole 117 is formed at the lower end of the side plate frame 11, and a wire penetrating sleeve 118 is hermetically arranged in the upper wire outlet hole 116 and the lower wire outlet hole 117. The upper part of the box body 1 is suitable for installing an instrument room, and the upper wire outlet hole 116 is used for connecting the instrument room through secondary wire laying; the lower part of the box body 1 is suitable for installing a cable chamber, and the lower outlet hole 117 is used for connecting the cable chamber through secondary paying-off. In addition, the threading sleeve 118 can completely wrap the secondary paying-off, so that the sealing performance of the box body 1 is ensured.

As shown in fig. 13, there is shown a switchgear comprising a gas chamber 200, and a totally enclosed operating chamber 100; a breaker 201 and a disconnecting switch 202 are arranged in the gas chamber 200, the totally-enclosed operating chamber 100 is fixedly arranged on the front side of the gas chamber 200, the breaker operating mechanism 2 is suitable for penetrating through the gas chamber 200 and driving the breaker 201 to act, and the disconnecting switch operating mechanism 3 is suitable for penetrating through the gas chamber 200 and driving the disconnecting switch 202 to act.
