Technical Field

The present invention relates to a fishing rod with bamboo pattern formed on its appearance.

Background

Conventionally, it is known that a fishing rod is formed by winding a prepreg sheet in which a synthetic resin is impregnated into reinforcing fibers, and a plurality of rods made of such a material are joined by a draw-out type or a plug-in type. Various decorations are applied to the surface of a fishing rod by coating, vapor deposition, or the like, but it is known that a decoration simulating natural bamboo is applied to a crucian rod or the like. The natural bamboo pattern is characterized by color matching (color of a brown system in a state of making the natural bamboo dry) and a bamboo joint part thereof, and it is important to form the part like the natural bamboo.

For example, patent document 1 discloses a bamboo joint structure in which 2 adjacent ridges are formed on the outer peripheral surface of a rod material, and a synthetic resin layer is coated on the surface, thereby providing annular ribs between the ridges. Further, patent document 2 discloses a bamboo joint structure in which a pitch line is added to the outer peripheral surface of a rod material, a resin is packed in a predetermined range including the pitch line, the surface of the packed material is colored, and the pitch line is polished to be visually recognizable. Further, patent document 3 discloses a bamboo structure in which 2 protruding portions (rod tip side protruding portion, rod tail side protruding portion) are formed on the outer peripheral surface of a rod material so as to be inclined in the axial direction, and an annular recessed groove is formed between the two protruding portions. The protrusion and the annular recessed groove are formed along inclined surfaces inclined with respect to a vertical surface perpendicular to the axial center direction.

Disclosure of Invention

In general, when natural bamboos (wild bamboos) are observed, the bamboo joint portions are raised annularly with respect to the surface, and annular streaks are present in the raised portions, so that decoration having a shape similar to that of natural bamboos can be obtained according to the conventional bamboo joint structure. On the other hand, since bamboo is characterized by a bamboo joint portion, when a bamboo pattern is formed on the entire fishing rod, the shape and pattern (color, brightness, etc.) of the bamboo joint and the front and rear regions in the axial direction of the bamboo joint are considered, so that the bamboo pattern can be recognized more easily by the user.

However, it is known that an outer skin (sheath) is present on the outer surface of natural bamboo to cover the surface, and the sheath covering the outer periphery falls off as it grows when the bamboo shoot grows. Since the drop is caused by dropping on the slub portion while growing, there is observed a feature that the brightness on the base end side is low and the brightness on the tip end side is high before and after the slub where the sheath drops. Although this feature does not change before and after the slub when the time after the sheath falls becomes long, the difference in brightness is also a portion which gives a strong impression as a bamboo pattern.

Further, since the surface of the natural bamboo nodes is uneven and the top area appears bright in a ring shape, the raised portions representing the bamboo nodes can be also given an impression like a bamboo by studying the shape thereof.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fishing rod that gives the same impression as natural bamboo at a glance.

In order to achieve the above object, a fishing rod according to the present invention has a bamboo joint pattern of natural bamboo on a surface of a rod made of fiber-reinforced resin, the fishing rod comprising: a raised part raised in a ring shape on the surface of the rod; an annular groove formed on the raised part, wherein the bottom surface of the annular groove is bent into an R shape, and the width of the annular groove is 1-2 mm; and a plurality of longitudinal ribs formed in a predetermined region including a tip-side raised part formed by the annular groove and a predetermined region including a tail-side raised part formed by the annular groove, respectively, and the surface of the rod is colored with a brown system so that the brightness of the surface of the rod is equal to the brightness of the annular groove, the brightness of the surface of the rod is equal to the brightness of the predetermined region including the tip-side raised part, and the brightness of the surface of the rod is equal to the brightness of the predetermined region including the tail-side raised part.

In the fishing rod having the above configuration, a bamboo joint portion (a portion which particularly gives an impression when viewing the appearance) which is a characteristic of natural bamboo is configured to have: a raised portion raised in a ring shape; an annular groove formed on the raised part, wherein the bottom surface of the annular groove is bent into an R shape, and the width of the annular groove is 1-2 mm; and a plurality of longitudinal ribs formed in a predetermined region including a tip-side raised portion formed by the annular groove and a predetermined region including a tail-side raised portion formed by the annular groove, respectively. Since the annular groove formed in the ridge portion is not rib-shaped but has a constant groove width (1 to 2mm), the rib is exaggerated in appearance to facilitate grasping (easy visual recognition), and particularly, the bottom surface is formed in an R-shape to provide a sense of reality. Further, the rod is provided with a color of brown system as a whole as in natural bamboo (natural bamboo in a dry state), but since the luminance of the ring-shaped groove is formed in the region of the bamboo joint portion as described above, the luminance of the ring-shaped groove is formed in the region of the bamboo joint portion, the predetermined region including the tip-side raised portion, and the predetermined region including the tail-side raised portion, the luminance of the surface of the rod when the sheath falls off when the bamboo is actually grown can be different from each other, and thus, the impression of natural bamboo can be given to the user. In particular, since the predetermined region including the tip-side raised portion has high brightness, the tip-side raised portion side (longer side) is more easily visible than the tail-side raised portion side with respect to many longitudinal ribs, and thus the same impression as that received from the actual bamboo joint portion can be given.

According to the fishing rod of the present invention, a fishing rod that gives the same impression as a fishing rod made of natural bamboo can be obtained at a glance.

Detailed Description

Next, the structure of the fishing rod according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

Fig. 1 to 3 are views showing a first embodiment of a fishing rod 1 according to the present invention, fig. 1 is a view showing an example of a fishing rod (the first rod side), fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a mark portion formed on the rod surface of the fishing rod shown in fig. 1, fig. 3(a) is a side view of a bamboo joint portion, (b) is a cross-sectional view, and (c) is an enlarged cross-sectional view of an annular groove.

The fishing rod 1 of the present embodiment is configured as a crucian fishing rod, and has a structure in which a plurality of fishing rods are joined in a drawable manner. A grip handle 3 is provided on the first rod 1A, and a plurality of bamboo joints (patterns) 20 identical to natural bamboo are formed on each rod at certain intervals.

Each rod is made of so-called FRP produced by a known method such as winding a prepreg sheet in which a synthetic resin is impregnated into reinforcing fibers around a core tube, heating and curing the prepreg sheet, and removing the core. Next, the first rod 1A will be exemplified as the rod, and 1 bamboo joint pattern 20 formed on the surface thereof will be described.

The surface of the first rod 1A formed as described above is formed with a ridge 21 raised in a ring shape. The ridge is a part forming a bamboo joint pattern, and can be formed on the surface of the formed first rod, such as paint and resin. Preferably, the bulge portion 21 has a large rod side shape at the head section and a small rod side shape at the tip section, and may have a length L in the axial direction of about 40 to 80mm and a height H of about 0.2 to 1.5 mm. At this time, it is preferable that the bulge portion 21 is formed in a shape gradually bulging from the trailing side and the tip side, and an annular groove 25 is formed in the central portion thereof.

The annular groove 25 is formed such that the bottom surface 25a thereof is curved in an R-shape, and the groove width W can be formed to be 1 to 2 mm. Here, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom surface 25a of the annular groove 25 is formed in a curved shape in order to give a sense of reality in visual recognition. In fact, when the annular groove formed in the raised portion has a rectangular cross section (a groove shape in which the bottom surface is flat and the side wall of the groove is also substantially perpendicular to the bottom surface), discomfort (an unnatural groove pattern) is generated in visual recognition, and by bending the bottom surface in an R shape, the discomfort can be eliminated. In addition, when the groove width W is too thin and is rib-shaped or conversely too wide, an impression different from an actual bamboo joint is given, but when the groove width W is formed within a range of 1 to 2mm, an impression similar to an actual bamboo joint can be given.

As shown in fig. 3 c, the groove width W is defined by the distance between the maximum swelling positions P1 and P2 on the tip side (referred to as tip side swelling portion 21a) and the tail side (referred to as tail side swelling portion 21b) of the swelling portion 21 because the annular groove 25 is formed. At this time, it is preferable that the groove width of the annular groove 25 is wide on the first rod having a large diameter, and the groove width of the annular groove 25 is narrowed as the rod is slightly transited from the middle rod having a small diameter, whereby the fishing rod as a whole can give the same appearance impression as natural bamboo.

The annular groove 25 having a curved bottom surface can be formed, for example, by the following method.

After forming the ridge part 21 on the surface of the rod 1A by paint, resin, etc., the annular groove 25 is formed by cutting, etc. in a way that the groove width is 1-2 mm. Even if the groove formed by this cutting process has a rectangular cross-sectional shape, when the surface of the ridge portion is coated with a coating (coating of a high-brightness brown color) 26a, an annular groove having an R-shaped bottom surface is formed by the surface tension of the coating (see fig. 3 (b)). Alternatively, a ring-shaped member having a circular (semicircular) cross section and being divisible is disposed on the surface of the rod 1A (or a base layer may be formed), and after the coating material or resin constituting the ridge portion is filled and cured in this state, the ring-shaped member is removed to form the ring-shaped groove 25.

Next, a large number of longitudinal ribs 27 are formed on the raised portion 20 in the state where the annular groove 25 is formed as described above. The longitudinal ribs 27 are formed on the actual natural bamboo, and can provide a more realistic feeling to the bamboo joint pattern. The longitudinal ribs 27 are formed in a predetermined region including the tip-side raised portion 21a and a predetermined region including the tail-side raised portion 21b, and may be formed by, for example, covering the region of the annular groove 25 in advance, applying a coating (coating of a tea color having a lower brightness than the coating 26 a) 26b from the surface thereof, abutting a fiber such as gauze, a sponge, or the like against the surface, and sliding the surface in the axial direction, or by impregnating the fiber, the sponge, or the like with a coating of a longitudinal rib color and sliding the coating in the axial direction.

At this time, the raised shape of the raised portion 21 may give an impression like the actual longitudinal ribs of natural bamboo by forming the longitudinal ribs 27a with a dense color at each position near the top of the raised portion.

Then, a predetermined region including the tip-side raised portion 21a is covered, and a predetermined region including the tail-side raised portion 21b is coated with a coating (coating of a brown color having a lower brightness than the coating 26 b) 26 c.

Therefore, the surface of the bamboo joint part of the rod can be attached with the color of the brown system with the brightness of the annular groove 25, the specified area containing the tip side raised part 21a and the specified area containing the tail side raised part 21 b. That is, since the predetermined region including the tail-side raised part 21b is darkest, the longitudinal rib 27 formed as described above is less visible than the tip-side raised part 21a, and thus, an impression can be given to the state similar to the longitudinal rib when the actual natural bamboo grows and the sheath turns over on the bamboo joint part.

In the above-described configuration, the formation of the bamboo joint pattern 20 is facilitated by forming the tip-side raised portion 21a and the tail-side raised portion 21b to have substantially the same height, but the tail-side raised portion 21b may be formed to have a higher height.

The annular groove 25 formed in the ridge portion 21 is preferably inclined within a range of 5 to 15 degrees, preferably 7 to 8 degrees, with respect to a plane P perpendicular to the axial center X of the rod 1A (an inclination angle α shown in fig. 1), and particularly, a region inclined at substantially 180 degrees with respect to the axial center X is preferably a tip side, and a region opposed to substantially 180 degrees is preferably a tail side. Thus, the impression of the bamboo joint pattern of natural bamboo can be given. At this time, the annular groove 25 may be formed in the orthogonal plane P, but is preferably inclined with respect to the orthogonal plane P because it tends to give an artificial impression.

The above-mentioned bamboo joint pattern 20 gives the same appearance impression as that of a fishing rod made of actual natural bamboo, because of the difference in brightness of the ridges 21, the annular grooves 25, the longitudinal ribs 27, 27a formed on the rod and the colors (colors of brown system) in each region. When the bamboo joint pattern is actually formed in the above-described manner, the state shown in the photograph of fig. 5 can be formed, and thus a structure giving an impression like a rod made of natural bamboo can be formed on the bamboo joint portion.

In addition, a plurality of the above-mentioned bamboo joint patterns 20 are formed on 1 rod at regular intervals in the axial direction. At this time, as shown in fig. 1, the inclination directions of the annular grooves 25 of the adjacent bamboo joint patterns are formed in the direction crossing each other, so that the impression of a fishing rod (rod) made of natural bamboo can be given.

Fig. 4 is a view showing embodiment 2 of the present invention.

As in this embodiment, by attaching the branch pattern 30 to the tip side raised part 21a in advance by black coating or the like, a state in which the branches are dropped can be expressed, and further, a more natural impression of bamboo can be given (see the photograph of fig. 6). Such a branch pattern 30 can be formed by, for example, coating a black paint or the like on the surface of the substrate.

The coating method and the coating material used in forming the bamboo joint pattern are not limited. Examples of the coating material include epoxy resin based coating materials, urethane resin based coating materials, and acrylic resin based coating materials containing pigments, and they can be applied to the rod surface by brush coating, via coating, air jet coating (spray coating), and the like. In addition, the bamboo joint pattern may be formed directly on the surface of the rod material or after coating the base layer. And the number of layers and the thickness of the coating film layer forming the bamboo joint pattern are not limited.

It is preferable that the surface of the rod on which the bamboo joint pattern 20 and the trace pattern 30 are formed is previously coated with a protective layer by a transparent resin. By coating such a protective layer in advance, unevenness on the surface can be eliminated, and a smooth surface state can be finished.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is characterized in that bamboo joint patterns have the same shape as a grain pattern obtained from a natural bamboo material, and the other structures are not limited thereto. For example, the size and shape of the ridge portion 21 may be appropriately changed, or the curved shape of the bottom surface of the annular groove 25 may be appropriately changed. In the above-described embodiments, the description has been given by exemplifying the fishing rod (crucian fishing rod), but the present invention can also be applied to a rod holder that is used together with a crucian fishing rod, or a tubular body such as a bow.
