Technical Field

The invention relates to a medical protective garment, in particular to a medical positive pressure ventilation protective garment.

Background

Infectious diseases are a common and frequently occurring disease, which is a group of diseases caused by various pathogens that can be transmitted from person to person or from person to animal. Some of these infections are very contagious, such as the new coronavirus pneumonia that is currently circulating. Patients infected with these diseases have a high fatality rate if they are not treated in time, and the health and normal social order of people are seriously harmed. The highest incidence of infection during an epidemic is that of medical personnel who are required to wear medical protective clothing against pathogens because of the close access to droplets, blood, body fluids and secretions from potentially infectious patients during their work. The currently commonly used medical protective clothing has poor functions of air permeability and water permeability, so that people feel very hot when wearing the protective clothing and often have sweat flowing down the back, thereby bringing great pain to medical staff; in addition, the protective clothing must be worn with a mask with good filtering function, and the mask increases the breathing resistance and increases the ventilation of dead space, so that the medical staff wearing the protective clothing can feel suffocated, thereby affecting the normal work of the medical staff. In order to solve the above problem, chinese patent application CN03258015.0 provides a solution: the positive pressure closed disposable medical protective clothing is one-piece clothing consisting of a head sleeve, an upper garment, trousers and shoe covers; wherein the face mask at the front part of the head cover is made of transparent material, and the center of the top part of the face mask is provided with an exhaust pipe internally provided with a one-way valve; a front covering with a zipper sewn in the inner part and a thread gluing stuck on the front covering is arranged from the waist part at the left front side of the jacket to the ear part at the left side of the head cover, a purified air input hole which is internally provided with a filter and can be connected with a portable purified air conveyor is arranged at the back waist part, and a hand adjusting tab capable of adjusting the tightness of the wrist is arranged outside the cuff; the outside of the trouser leg connected with the shoe cover is also provided with a foot adjusting loop which can adjust the tightness of the ankle. The positive pressure closed disposable medical protective clothing adopts a totally closed one-piece clothing, the back waist part of the clothing is provided with a purified air input hole which can be connected with a portable purified air conveyor, and the top part of the headgear is provided with an exhaust pipe internally provided with a one-way valve, so that the protective clothing can effectively block the spray, blood, body fluid or secretion of infectious disease patients, can ensure that medical staff can obtain sufficient fresh air in the closed protective clothing, and can timely exhaust waste gas and heat, thereby being particularly suitable for the medical staff in contact with the infectious disease patients to wear.

The positive pressure closed medical protective clothing is also called as medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing, can ensure that medical staff does not feel stuffy and suffocated when in use, and can fully isolate pathogens, thereby being a great progress. However, portable purified air transporters are electrical appliances and have a certain probability of failure in use. If the portable clean air delivery unit should cease operation due to a malfunction, medical personnel wearing such protective garments may be exposed to a choking hazard due to a loss of oxygen supply. Therefore, the medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing is used in the actual epidemic situation resisting work, and the potential safety hazard must be eliminated. However, no technical solution for solving the problem is available at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing which can ensure that medical staff is not sultry and suffocated and can fully isolate pathogens when in use, and can still ensure that the medical staff cannot suffocate due to oxygen deficiency after a purified air conveying mechanism stops working.

In order to achieve the aim, the medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing provided by the invention is one-piece clothing consisting of a head sleeve, an upper garment and trousers; wherein at least the front face mask of the head cover is made of transparent material to ensure the visual needs of medical staff; the top of the head sleeve is provided with an exhaust port internally provided with a one-way valve; a front cover with a zipper and adhesive is sewed from the crotch of the trousers to the top of the head cover; especially, the back waist part of the jacket is provided with an air inlet with a one-way valve, the waist part is provided with a belt, the belt is hung with an air blower with an air filter, the air outlet of the air blower is tightly connected with the air inlet on the garment, the belt is also hung with a battery for supplying power to the air blower, and the air blower and the air inlet are connected with each other through a wire with a plug to form the purified air conveying mechanism. When the purified air conveying mechanism is started, the clean air is slowly blown into the protective clothing, and then is exhausted out of the protective clothing through the upper half body, the head and the face of the medical staff and the exhaust port at the upper part of the top of the head. Thus, medical staff can not feel sultriness and suffocated, and the isolation of pathogens is more sufficient. However, the portable purified air delivery mechanism is an electrical appliance and has a chance of failure during use. If the portable clean air delivery mechanism should cease functioning due to a malfunction, medical personnel wearing such protective garments may be exposed to a choking hazard due to a loss of oxygen supply. The medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing provided by the invention cannot be used, because the one-way valve is arranged in the air inlet arranged at the back waist part of the coat, only air is allowed to enter the protective clothing, and the air is not allowed to flow backwards. This one-way valve has two functions: one is that the air in the protective clothing is prevented from being exhausted from the air inlet immediately after the purified air conveying mechanism stops working, the air filled in the protective clothing is temporarily kept, and medical staff can have certain oxygen supply in a short time in the process that the air in the protective clothing is slowly exhausted from the lower part of the protective clothing to the outside of the protective clothing from the air outlet with the one-way valve on the top of the head through the head and the face; the other function is that the user of the protective clothing grasps the fabric of the middle part of the chest of the protective clothing by hands and continuously performs the actions of forward pulling and backward pressing, negative pressure is formed in the protective clothing during pulling, air can enter the protective clothing through the blower with the filter and the clothing air inlet, and the internal air can only be discharged to the outside of the protective clothing from the air outlet above the head and the face during pressing. The safety guarantee is provided for medical staff to deal with the fault that the purified air conveying mechanism stops working. In order to facilitate the breathing movement of the protective clothing by the person using the medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing, the left side and the right side of the chest midline of the protective clothing are respectively nailed with a belt loop, so that the belt loops can be grasped by two hands more conveniently and more powerfully when the protective clothing breathes.

If two openings of the trousers are respectively provided with a complete shoe cover which is connected with the trousers in a sealing way to form a whole, the sealing performance of the medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing is better.

If a placket with a zipper and adhesive is sewed in the inner seam is arranged at the ear part from the lower part of the front crotch of the trousers to the left side of the head sleeve, the medical staff can conveniently and independently complete the putting on and taking off of the protective clothing.

If a front cover with a zipper and adhesive is arranged from the lower part of the crotch of the trousers to the rear top of the head cover, the front of the protective clothing closest to the patient is changed into a closed whole body although the medical staff needs to be assisted when putting on and taking off the protective clothing, and the isolation of pollution is more reliable.

Detailed Description

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1, the medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing provided by the invention is a one-piece protective clothing composed of a head cover (1), a coat (2) and trousers (3): wherein the face mask (4) at the front part of the head cover (1) is made of transparent material, so that the requirement of medical staff on the object can be ensured when the medical staff works, and the top of the head cover (1) is provided with an exhaust port (5) with a one-way valve. A placket (6) which is internally sewed with a zipper and stuck with viscose is arranged from the lower part of the front crotch of the trousers (3) to the ear part at the left side of the head cover (1), thereby facilitating the medical staff to independently complete the putting on and taking off of the protective clothing. Particularly, the air inlet (7) arranged at the back waist part of the coat (2) is provided with a one-way valve, the waist part of the coat (2) is provided with a belt (8), the belt (8) is hung with an air blower (9) provided with a filter, the exhaust port of the air blower (9) is tightly connected with the air inlet (7) at the back waist part, the belt (8) is also hung with a battery (10) for supplying power to the air blower (9), the two are mutually connected through an electric wire (11) with a plug to form a purified air conveying mechanism, when a medical worker wears the protective clothing to pull the zipper up completely, the protective clothing becomes a closed conjoined body, and the threat of the splash, the blood, the body fluid and the secretion of the patient with the infectious disease is effectively blocked; the purified air delivery mechanism is activated to continuously deliver clean air into the protective garment, which passes over the upper body of the medical staff, over the head, including the mouth and nose, and finally out of the protective garment through an exhaust port (5) above the top of the head. Therefore, the medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing can not be stuffy and suffocated when being worn, and has better protective effect. As shown in fig. 2, the medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing provided by the invention is a one-piece protective clothing composed of a head cover (1), a coat (2) and trousers (3): wherein the face mask (4) at the front part of the head cover (1) is made of transparent material, so that the requirement of medical staff on the object can be ensured when the medical staff works, and the top of the head cover (1) is provided with an exhaust port (5) with a one-way valve. A placket (6) which is internally sewed with a zipper and stuck with viscose is arranged from the lower part of the front crotch of the trousers (3) to the ear part at the left side of the head cover (1), thereby facilitating the medical staff to independently complete the putting on and taking off of the protective clothing. The air inlet (7) arranged at the back waist part of the jacket (2) is provided with a one-way valve, the waist part of the jacket (2) is provided with a belt (8), the belt (8) is hung with an air blower (9) provided with a filter, the exhaust port of the air blower (9) is tightly connected with the air inlet (7) at the back waist part, the belt (8) is also hung with a battery (10) for supplying power to the air blower (9), the air blower and the belt are mutually connected through an electric wire (11) with a plug to form a purified air conveying mechanism, and particularly, a belt loop (12) is respectively nailed at the left side and the right side near the chest center line of the jacket (2) of the protective clothing. When medical staff wear the protective clothing and pull the zipper up completely, the protective clothing becomes a closed conjoined body, and the threat of the droplets, blood, body fluid and secretion of the patients with infectious diseases is effectively blocked; the purified air delivery mechanism is activated to continuously deliver clean air into the protective garment, which passes over the upper body of the medical staff, over the head, including the mouth and nose, and finally out of the protective garment through an exhaust port (5) above the top of the head. Therefore, the medical positive pressure ventilation protective clothing can not be stuffy and suffocated when being worn, and has better protective effect. When the protective clothing breathes, air provides oxygen needed by a user through the mouth and the nose and is filtered clean gas. Thus, no suffocation occurs and there is no risk of infection. The safety guarantee is provided for medical staff to deal with the fault that the purified air conveying mechanism stops working.

Example 3

As shown in fig. 3: the invention provides a medical positive pressure ventilation protective garment, which is a one-piece protective garment consisting of a head cover (1), a coat (2) and trousers (3): wherein the face mask (4) at the front part of the head cover (1) is made of transparent material, so that the requirement of medical staff on the object can be ensured when the medical staff works, and the top of the head cover (1) is provided with an exhaust port (5) with a one-way valve. The air inlet (7) arranged at the back waist part of the jacket (2) is provided with a one-way valve, the waist part of the jacket (2) is provided with a waistband (8), the waistband (8) is hung with an air blower (9) provided with a filter, an exhaust port of the air blower (9) is tightly connected with the air inlet (7) at the back waist part, the waistband (8) is also hung with a battery (10) for supplying power to the air blower (9), the two air blowers are mutually connected through an electric wire (11) with a plug to form a purified air conveying mechanism, particularly, two trouser mouths at the lower side of the trousers (3) are respectively provided with a complete shoe cover (13) which is hermetically connected with the trousers into a whole, a lappet (14) with a zipper and adhesive is arranged at the back of the protective clothing, and the lappet (14) is upwards arranged from the lower part of the back end of the trousers (3) to the back top of the headgear (1). Thus, although medical staff must assist when putting on or taking off the clothes, the front of the protective clothing closest to the patient is changed into a closed whole, and the trouser opening at the lower side of the trousers (3) is closed by the complete shoe cover (13), so that the pollution isolation of the protective clothing is more reliable.
