1. A washing machine, wherein,

the washing machine has:

a housing;

a water tank supported by the housing;

a drum disposed in the water tank and rotatably provided;

a water discharge path for discharging water discharged from the water tank to the outside;

a filter casing provided in the middle of the drainage path; and

a filter body detachably accommodated in the filter housing and collecting foreign matter contained in the discharged water,

the filter body has a center portion extending in a longitudinal direction of the filter body and a plurality of side portions extending in a letter U shape with the center portion as a center.

2. The washing machine according to claim 1, wherein,

the filter body has a rib disposed along a longitudinal direction of the central portion, and the rib extends upward.

3. The washing machine according to claim 1 or 2,

the side portion includes a 1 st columnar member and a 2 nd columnar member,

the 1 st columnar member extends in the horizontal direction from the center portion,

the 2 nd columnar member extends upward from the top end of the 1 st columnar member,

a plurality of the 1 st columnar members and a plurality of the 2 nd columnar members are provided.

4. The washing machine according to claim 3, wherein,

the 1 st columnar member is inclined upward as it goes away from the center portion.

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to a washing machine having a filtering apparatus filtering water.

Background

Patent document 1 discloses a washing machine having a filter device for filtering washing water.

Fig. 7 is a sectional view of a filter device of a conventional washing machine disclosed in patent document 1. As shown in fig. 7, the filter device 100 has a filter housing 150 having a cylindrical shape and a filter body 151 accommodated inside the filter housing 150. The filter body 151 is provided with a dense filter unit 151a and a coarse filter unit 151b, which are formed by arranging small-area rectangular filter holes in parallel in a longitudinal and lateral direction. The filter device 100 collects foreign matters contained in the passing washing water in the dense filter unit 151a and the coarse filter unit 151 b.

However, the above-described conventional structure has the following problems: if foreign matter such as lint and hair is entangled in a small-area rectangular filter hole, it is difficult to remove the foreign matter.

The present disclosure provides a washing machine capable of easily removing foreign substances collected by a filtering device for filtering water.

The washing machine of the present disclosure has: a housing; a water tank supported by the housing; a drum disposed in the water tank and rotatably provided; a water discharge path for discharging water discharged from the water tank to the outside; a filter casing provided in the middle of the drainage path; and a filter body detachably housed in the filter case, and collecting foreign matter contained in the discharged water. The filter body has a center portion extending in a longitudinal direction of the filter body and a plurality of side portions extending in a letter U shape with the center portion as a center.

The washing machine of the present disclosure can easily remove foreign substances collected by the filtering device with respect to the filtering device filtering water.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, the embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings as appropriate.

(embodiment mode 1)

In embodiment 1, a drum-type washing machine will be described as an example of the washing machine.

Fig. 1 is an external perspective view of a washing machine according to embodiment 1.

As shown in fig. 1, the washing machine has: a main body 1 having a substantially box shape; a 1 st door body 3 openably and closably provided with respect to the main body 1; an operation part 4 arranged on the upper part of the 1 st door body 3; a display unit 5 disposed adjacent to the operation unit 4; and a detergent container 6 that can be opened and closed by a user by inserting a hand into the handle 40 recessed in the main body 1 so as to be pulled out. A part of water supply unit 25 described later is exposed to the upper surface of main body 1.

The user operates the operation unit 4 to turn on the power to the main body 1 and selects various washing programs such as washing, rinsing, and spin-drying. The display unit 5 displays the selection result, time information until the selected washing course is finished, various washing stroke progress statuses, washing end information, and the like.

Next, the inside of the washing machine will be explained.

Fig. 2 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view of the washing machine according to embodiment 1. Inside the body 1, a water tank 11 formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape is disposed with its center axis inclined downward from the front side toward the back side. The water tank 11 is supported to be free to swing with respect to the main body 1 while being supported to be vibration-isolated by a damper 15 disposed on the lower side of the main body 1 and a spring body 16 disposed on the upper side of the main body 1.

A rotating drum 10 having a cylindrical shape with a bottom is rotatably housed inside the water tank 11. The rotary drum 10 is provided with a plurality of water passage holes 14 on the outer peripheral portion thereof, so that the washing water in the water tank 11 can pass through the inside and outside of the rotary drum 10. A plurality of protrusions 13 are provided on the inner wall surface of the rotary drum 10. By rotating the rotary drum 10 at a low speed, the protrusions 13 perform the following stirring operation (tumbling operation): after the clothes are hung and lifted up, the clothes are dropped at an appropriate height. The washing machine of the present embodiment performs a stirring beating washing operation, a drying operation, and the like of laundry by a tumbling operation.

The inlet 7 is formed in the front surface of the main body 1, and faces the openings of the water tank 11 and the rotary drum 10. The 1 st door body 3 is openably and closably provided so as to cover the inlet 7. The user can take out and put in the laundry from the input port 7 in a state where the 1 st door 3 is opened. The annular seal 8 is disposed between the inlet 7 and the water tank 11. The ring-shaped sealing member 8 prevents laundry from being inserted into a gap between the inlet 7 and the tub 11 or washing water from leaking.

The motor 12 is attached to the back surface side of the water tub 11 and drives the rotary drum 10 in the water tub 11 to rotate in the forward and reverse directions.

The control unit 27 is disposed above the water tank 11 and has a control circuit formed of a printed circuit board. The control unit 27 controls a series of washing operations such as washing, rinsing, and spin-drying by controlling a motor and the like.

The detergent container 26 includes a detergent container 6, a water supply member 30, a water supply member 31, and a connection pipe member 32.

A water feeder 25 connected to a water tap is connected to the water supply means 30. The water supply member 31 is provided below the water supply member 30 and holds the detergent container 6 so as to be able to be drawn out.

One end of the connection pipe member 32 is connected to the water supply member 31, and the other end is connected to the water tank 11. As described above, the detergent container 6 can be pulled out from the main body 1, and fig. 2 shows a state where the detergent container 6 is pulled out from the main body 1 by a two-dot chain line.

A drain port 17 is provided in a lower portion of the rear surface side of the water tank 11, and one end of a drain pipe 19 is connected to the drain port 17. The other end of the drain pipe 19 is connected to the housing member 60. The drain pipe 19 guides the water discharged from the drain port 17 to the housing member 60. The filter member 50 is provided inside the case member 60. The housing member 60 is connected to the drain hose 35. The drain hose 35 discharges the water having passed through the case member 60 and the filter member 50 to the outside of the main body 1. Further, the housing member 60 is also referred to as a filter housing.

Further, the circulation pump 21 is attached to the casing member 60. Circulation path 22 is provided to connect circulation pump 21 to discharge port 23 provided in water tank 11.

A weir 36 is provided at a position higher than the position of the jet port 23 in the lower portion of the front surface of the water tank 11. One end of the overflow hose 37 is connected to the overflow 36. The overflow hose 37 is connected to the drain hose 35 via the case member 60.

The case member 60 is disposed inside the main body 1, but a filter member mounting portion 65 (see fig. 3A) described later is exposed to the outside. The filter member 50 is detachably accommodated in the filter member mounting portion 65. An end portion of the filter member 50, that is, the grip portion 51 is exposed to the outside (see fig. 1). The 2 nd door body 45 is disposed so as to cover the lower portion of the main body 1, the filter attachment portion 65, and the grip portion 51, and is openably and closably provided with respect to the main body 1. The user can detach the filter member 50 from the case member 60 and remove foreign matter 70 inside (see fig. 6A) in a state where the 2 nd door body 45 is opened.

Next, the case member 60 and the filter unit 52 will be described with reference to fig. 3A and 3B.

Fig. 3A is a perspective view of a housing member 60 of the washing machine of embodiment 1. Fig. 3B is a perspective view of the filter member 50 of the washing machine.

The housing inflow path 61 is formed on the upper surface side of the housing member 60, and is connected to the drain pipe 19. The casing inflow passage 61 allows water flowing in from the drain pipe 19 to fall down to the filter unit 52. The drain valve 18 is mounted on the valve mounting portion 64. When the drain valve 18 is in the open state, the water in the case member 60 flows into the case drain passage 62. The casing discharge path 62 is connected to the drain hose 35 and discharges the water flowing in through the drain hose 35. The circulation pump 21 is attached to the circulation pump connection portion 63. An overflow hose 37 is connected to the overflow path connecting portion 66. The overflow hose 37 communicates with an overflow port 36 provided in the water tank 11. The filter mounting portion 65 has a thread on the inner side.

Next, the filter member 50 will be described with reference to fig. 3B.

The filter member 50 mainly includes a grip portion 51 and a filter portion 52. The grip portion 51 is provided rotatably with respect to the filter portion 52. The filter 52 is provided on the back surface side of the grip 51, and the filter 52 is housed in the case member 60.

A side surface of the grip portion 51 is provided with a screw thread corresponding to the filter attachment portion 65. The filter unit 52 and the grip 51 together form a bayonet structure. When the grip portion 51 is rotated clockwise with respect to the housing member 60, the grip portion 51 and the filter attachment portion 65 are screwed together. The filter member 50 is locked to the case member 60 and cannot be removed by the screw engagement of the grip portion 51 and the filter member attachment portion 65. When the grip 51 is rotated counterclockwise with respect to the housing member 60, the lock is released and the filter member 50 can be pulled out.

Next, the filter unit 52 will be described with reference to fig. 4A, 4B, 4C, and 4D.

Fig. 4A is a side view of a filter part of a washing machine according to embodiment 1, fig. 4B is a plan view of the filter part of the washing machine, fig. 4C is a sectional view B-B of fig. 4B, and fig. 4D is a sectional view a-a of fig. 4B.

The base 57 is provided on the back surface of the grip 51. The central portion 55 is provided to extend from the base portion 57. The center portion 55 is formed in a plate shape such that a tip end in the longitudinal direction is inclined upward.

The 1 st cylinder 53 is formed to be centered on the center portion 55 and extend from the center portion 55 along the left and right. The 1 st cylinder 53 is gently inclined upward from the center portion 55 to the other end.

The 2 nd column 54 is disposed at the left and right end portions of the 1 st column 53 so as to extend upward. The 2 nd cylinder 54 is integrated with the 1 st cylinder 53 to form a japanese kana コ character (letter U) shape. Further, "japanese kana コ word (letter U)" includes not only a case where it is a japanese kana コ word (letter U) at all but also a case where it is a japanese kana コ word (approximate letter U). A plurality of 1 st columns 53 and 2 nd columns 54 constituting a japanese kana コ character (U character) are arranged at predetermined intervals and arranged over the entire longitudinal direction of the center portion 55. Thus, the central portion 55, the 1 st column 53, and the 2 nd column 54 constitute a rib-like structure as a whole. As described above, the 1 st column 53 extends in the horizontal direction (left-right direction) from the center portion 55. The 1 st column 53 may be inclined upward (in the vertical direction) with increasing distance from the center portion 55. The 2 nd cylinder 54 extends upward from the top end of the 1 st cylinder 53.

The rib 56 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the center portion 55 and is located on the center line of the center portion 55. The rib 56 extends upward. The ribs 56 have a function of rectifying the inflow water and a function of securing the strength of the filter unit 52.

Next, the operation and action of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 5, 6A, and 6B.

Fig. 5 is a schematic view illustrating the flow of the washing water in a state that the filter member is mounted to the housing member of the washing machine. Fig. 6A is a schematic view of the case where foreign substances are collected in the filter part of the washing machine. Fig. 6B is a schematic view of a case where foreign materials are removed from the filter part of the washing machine.

When the water in the water tank 11 is discharged, the drain valve 18 is in an open state. Then, the washing water in the water tank 11 flows into the housing inflow passage 61 through the drain pipe 19, and reaches the filter unit 52 attached to the inside of the housing member 60. The washing water passes through the filter unit 52 as indicated by arrow B in fig. 5, and is discharged to the outside through the casing discharge path 62 and the drain hose 35.

On the other hand, when the circulation pump is used, the drain valve 18 is in a closed state. When the circulation pump 21 is operated, water is sucked from the circulation pump connection portion 63 by the operation of the circulation pump 21 and sent to the filter portion 52. The supplied washing water passes through the filter unit 52 and is then supplied again to the water tank 11 through the circulation pump connection unit 63 as indicated by arrow C in fig. 5. In this way, by filtering the washing water in the filter unit 52 and then circulating the washing water, the amount of water used can be suppressed and the washing performance can be improved.

In this way, the foreign matter 70 contained in the washing water is collected by the filter unit 52 both in the case of draining and in the case of using the circulation pump. Specifically, the washing water falling from above the distal end portion of the center portion 55 is discharged to the outside through the gap between the 2 nd column 54 and the adjacent 2 nd column 54 or the gap between the 1 st column 53 and the adjacent 1 st column 53 while moving to the right. Foreign matter 70 such as lint and hair is wound around the 2 nd cylinder 54 or the 1 st cylinder 53 while passing through the gap between the adjacent 2 nd cylinder 54 and the 2 nd cylinder 54 or the gap between the adjacent 1 st cylinder 53 and the 1 st cylinder 53. Since the foreign matter 70 may cause mold and odor when left standing, it is necessary to clean the filter unit 52 if a certain amount of the foreign matter 70 is accumulated in the filter unit 52.

Next, a cleaning method of the filter member 50 and an operation of the filter member 50 will be described with reference to fig. 6A and 6B.

First, the user opens the 2 nd door body 45 and takes out the filter member 50. As described above, by rotating the grip 51 in the predetermined direction to unlock the grip 51 and pulling the grip 51 in front of the grip, the filter member 50 can be detached from the housing member 60. Further, with respect to the filter member 50 which is detached, it can be locked by being inserted into the filter member mounting portion 65 and rotated in a direction opposite to the aforementioned predetermined direction.

Then, the foreign matter 70 collected in the 2 nd cylinder 54 or the 1 st cylinder 53 is wiped upward by a commodity such as a nail, a fingertip, or a toothbrush. Since the 2 nd cylinder 54 and the 1 st cylinder 53 are continuously formed, the user can easily collect the foreign matter 70 only by tracing and sweeping upward, and can remove the foreign matter 70 from the end of the 2 nd cylinder 54.

In the case where the foreign matter 70 cannot be completely removed only by the upward tracing push, the water flow may be applied from the back of the 1 st cylinder 53. Since the foreign matter 70 is moved along the 2 nd cylinder 54 by applying the water flow from the back surface of the 1 st cylinder 53, the fine foreign matter 70 which cannot be removed only by the tracing and the sweeping can be removed.

In addition, when the foreign matter 70 is wound around the center portion 55, it is difficult to remove the foreign matter 70 only by upward tracing and pushing. However, since the rib 56 is formed in the center portion 55, the foreign matter 70 can be prevented from being collected so as to be wound around the center portion 55. For example, even if the foreign matter 70 is wound around the center portion 55, the foreign matter 70 can be cut and removed with scissors since a gap is formed between the center portion 55 and the rib 56.

In the present embodiment, by providing the 1 st column 53 at the bottom of the filter unit 52, the foreign matter 70 can be collected also at the bottom. In addition, since the water flow passes through the bottom portion via the gap between the adjacent 1 st column 53 and the 1 st column 53, the drainage flow rate can be secured.

The water flow flowing into the filter unit 52 is divided to the left and right without the rib 56, and discharged from the gap between the adjacent 2 nd and 2 nd cylinders 54, 53 and 1 st cylinders 53. This can suppress the generation of a vortex in the center portion 55, and can reduce the resistance of water received from the filter.

As described above, the drum type washing machine of the present embodiment includes: a main body part 1; a water tank 11 supported by the main body 1; a rotary drum 10 disposed in the water tank 11 and rotatably provided; a drain pipe 19 and a drain hose 35 for discharging water discharged from the water tank 11 to the outside; a housing member 60 provided in the middle of the drain pipe 19 and the drain hose 35; and a filter member 50 detachably housed in the case member 60 and collecting foreign matter 70 contained in the discharged water. The filter member 50 has a center portion 55 extending in the longitudinal direction of the filter member 50 and a plurality of side portions extending in a U-letter shape with the center portion 55 as the center.

Thus, the foreign matter 70 collected by the filter member 50 can be removed from the side portion only by pushing it upward. Therefore, the filter device for filtering water can be easily cleaned, and thus the cleaning performance of the filter device can be improved.

Further, the filter member 50 may have a rib 56 disposed along the longitudinal direction of the center portion 55, and the rib 56 may extend upward.

This can suppress the generation of a vortex in the center portion 55, and can reduce the resistance of water received from the filter. Therefore, the speed of the water flow in the filter member 50 can be suppressed from decreasing.

In addition, the side portion includes the 1 st columnar member 53 and the 2 nd columnar member 54. The 1 st columnar member 53 extends in the horizontal direction from the center portion 55. The 2 nd columnar member 54 extends upward from the top end of the 1 st columnar member 53. Further, a plurality of 1 st columnar members 53 and 2 nd columnar members 54 are provided.

Thus, the foreign matter 70 collected by the filter member 50 can be removed from the end of the 2 nd columnar member 54 only by pushing it upward.

In addition, the 1 st column 53 is inclined upward as it is farther from the center portion 55.

Accordingly, the foreign matter 70 accumulated on the center portion side is pulled in the left-right direction along the 1 st columnar member 53, and the foreign matter 70 is easily pulled along the inclination. As a result, foreign matter is easily transferred smoothly from the 1 st columnar member 53 to the 2 nd columnar member 54. Therefore, with respect to the foreign matter 70 collected by the filter member 50, it is possible to more easily remove from the end of the 2 nd columnar member 54 only by pushing it upward.

In the description of the present embodiment, the terms indicating the direction such as "horizontal direction" and "vertical direction" are used, but the terms include not only the case where the direction is completely "horizontal" and "vertical" but also the case where the direction is substantially horizontal and "substantially vertical".

(other embodiments)

As described above, embodiment 1 has been described as an example of the technique disclosed in the present application. However, the technique in the present disclosure is not limited to this, and can be applied to embodiments in which changes, substitutions, additions, omissions, and the like are made.

Therefore, other embodiments are exemplified below.

In the present embodiment, a drum-type washing machine is used for the description. However, the washing machine of the present invention is not limited to the drum type washing machine, and may be a pulsator type washing machine, and may be a double-deck type washing machine.

In the present embodiment, the 1 st column 53 and the 2 nd column 54 are explained as the side portions. The side portion may extend in a U-shape around the center portion, and therefore, the side portion is not limited to a cylinder, and may be a prism or a plate. That is, the 1 st column 53 and the 2 nd column 54 may be columnar members.

In the present embodiment, the 2 nd column 54 and the 1 st column 53 have been described as having a shape of japanese kana コ (U-letter). However, the shape of the 2 nd cylinder 54 and the 1 st cylinder 53 is not limited to the letter U shape (japanese kana コ), and may be a letter U shape with rounded corners or a semicircular shape. The left and right 1 st columns 53 are not limited to being formed so that the left and right are aligned, and may be arranged so as to be shifted from each other. The length of each 2 nd cylinder 54 may be constant or different.

As described above, the washing machine according to the present invention can easily remove foreign substances collected by the filter device with respect to the filter device for filtering water, and thus can be applied to a drum type washing machine, a pulsator type washing machine, a dual type washing machine, and the like.
