The traditional Chinese medicine composition and the liquid medicine disclosed by the invention have the following raw material effects:

silkworm excrement: 15 parts of musk, 0.2 part of pilose antler, 5 parts of turtle shell, 7 parts of saffron, 1 part of leech, 3 parts of scorpio, 2 parts of centipede, 30 parts of earthworm and 5 parts of sea snake gall.

The use method of the invention comprises the following steps: when the health stick is used for beating the body part, the time and the weight of the body part need to be kept, and the beating cannot be too heavy or too light according to the human body bearing rule.
