1. A cosmetic tape for imparting a cosmetic effect to an area exposed to the shoulder, the cosmetic tape comprising:

a winding portion that winds forward from a back surface side near the neck portion;

a hanging-down part hanging down from both left and right ends of the winding part to a shoulder-exposed region in a left-right approximately symmetrical shape;

an extension portion that is bent and extended from the vicinity of a lower end portion of the hanging portion to each of the left and right sides;

a belt member including an electrode provided in the extension portion and configured to apply an electric current for providing a cosmetic effect; and

a power supply unit that receives current from the electrode.

2. The cosmetic band of claim 1,

the electrodes are spaced apart at both left and right ends of the extension portion, and are arranged in a group.

3. The cosmetic band of claim 1,

the electrodes are configured such that 1 pole is disposed on each of the right and left extensions, and current is passed between the right and left electrodes.

4. The cosmetic tape according to any one of claims 1 to 3,

the band member has a width of at least 2cm as a whole, and is configured to be in contact with the skin of a user.

5. The cosmetic tape according to claims 1 to 4,

the power supply unit is disposed in the hanging-down unit.

6. The cosmetic band of claim 5,

the power supply units are disposed on the left and right hanging-down portions, respectively, and the weight ratio of the left and right sides is equal to each other, or the weight ratio of the lighter one is 50% or more of the heavier one.

7. The cosmetic tape according to claim 5 or 6,

the power supply unit is disposed only on the front side of the hanging-down unit, and has an overall length that is 30% or more of the overall length of the hanging-down unit.

8. The cosmetic tape according to any one of claims 1 to 7,

a balance area having a larger mass per unit length than the hanging-down portion is formed in the winding portion.

9. The cosmetic tape according to any one of claims 1 to 8,

at least one of the winding portion, the hanging portion, and the extension portion includes a heater.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a belt-like cosmetic band which brings a cosmetic effect to an area exposed to the shoulder.

Background

Conventionally, there is known a cosmetic apparatus which injects a pulse current to the skin via a planar electrode to contract muscles (EMS: electrical muscle stimulation) to promote the flow of lymph fluid and to perform nursing care such as fatigue recovery or muscle strengthening.

In addition, as a cosmetic device in a form of being hung on a neck, patent document 1 discloses a treatment guide unit for cervical vertebrae having a neck ring portion formed in a U-shape on a patient's neck. The present disclosure discloses a structure for low frequency therapy with a therapy lead opposite to the back cervical spine. Patent document 2 also discloses a training device that applies frequency stimulation to the vicinity of the cervical vertebrae in a shoulder-hanging manner. No electrical stimulation was applied to the underarm and chest.

Patent documents 3 and 4 disclose electric therapeutic apparatuses for electrically stimulating the underarm and the chest, but these prior arts are in the form of a tape attached to a predetermined portion, and are not configured to be hung on the neck.

Patent document 5 discloses a training machine for exercising muscles by stimulating the chest with electric current flowing from electrodes. The machine is used by hanging the cable on the neck and attaching the electrode to the chest.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In the above-mentioned prior art, although a method of hanging on the neck and a method of electrically stimulating the chest are disclosed, the above-mentioned prior arts have a drawback that the electrical stimulation cannot be performed on the shoulder exposed region in cited documents 1 and 2, and the above-mentioned documents 3 and 4 are supported by an adhesive tape, and therefore, the positional deviation is likely to occur, and the cable to the electrode is prevented.

Further, the cited document 5 is also a method of supporting by a tape, and is not a structure in which the cable is in contact with and supported by the neck portion. If the weight is supported by hanging the cable on the neck, the cable is in a string shape, and thus a burden is imposed on the skin.

The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic band for providing a cosmetic effect to an exposed shoulder region, which is less likely to cause variation in an appropriate portion and can support the region in a well-balanced manner.

Means for solving the problems

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the following cosmetic tape.

In embodiment 1, there is provided a cosmetic tape for imparting a cosmetic effect to an area exposed to the shoulder, the cosmetic tape including: a winding portion that winds forward from a back surface side near the neck portion; a hanging part hanging from both left and right ends of the winding part to the shoulder exposed region in a left-right approximately symmetrical shape; an extension portion that is bent and extended from the vicinity of a lower end portion of the hanging portion to each of the left and right sides; a belt member including an electrode provided in the extension portion and configured to apply an electric current for providing a cosmetic effect; and a power supply unit that supplies current from the electrode.

In embodiment 2, the configuration may be such that: the electrodes are arranged in a pair at the left and right ends of the extension portion.

In embodiment 3, the configuration may be such that: the electrodes are disposed with 1 pole at the extension parts of the left and right sides, and the electricity is conducted between the electrodes on the left and right sides.

In embodiment 4, the following configuration may be adopted: the belt member has a width of at least 2cm as a whole, and one side thereof is in contact with the skin of the user.

In embodiment 5, the following configuration may be adopted: the power supply unit is disposed in the hanging portion.

In embodiment 6, the configuration may be such that: the power supply units are respectively arranged at the left and right hanging parts, and the mass ratio of the left and right sides is equal, or the mass ratio of the lighter one is more than 50% of the mass ratio of the heavier one.

In embodiment 7, the following configuration may be adopted: the power supply unit is disposed only on the front side of the hanging-down unit, over 30% or more of the total length of the hanging-down unit.

In embodiment 8, the following configuration may be adopted: a balance area having a larger mass per unit length than the hanging part is formed in the winding part.

In embodiment 9, the following configuration may be adopted: at least one of the winding portion, the hanging portion, and the extension portion is provided with a heater.

Effects of the invention

The present invention has the following effects according to the above configuration.

That is, the wound portion, the hanging portion, the extension portion, and the belt having a constant width support the electrode and the power supply portion, thereby providing a beauty band that is not easily displaced and easily positioned while distributing a weight over a large area. Further, since the extension portions are provided on the left and right sides from the drooping portion, the electrodes can be arranged at a sufficient interval in the underarm direction.

In particular, the electrodes are arranged in a pair at the left and right ends of the extension portion, respectively, so that the distance can be secured.

Further, the electrodes are arranged with 1 pole in each of the extension portions on the left and right sides, and the electrodes on the left and right sides are energized, so that electrical stimulation can be performed in a wider range.

When the power supply unit is provided in the hanging portion, the power supply unit having a relatively large weight is supported by the entire belt member, and the burden on the user can be further reduced. Further, by being disposed in a dispersed manner on the left and right sides of the hanging part, a cosmetic band which is well balanced in the left and right directions, which is not easily displaced, and which has a small burden can be provided.

In particular, by disposing the power supply portion at a predetermined or more total length with respect to the total length of the suspended portion, the load can be further dispersed, the friction becomes large, the variation is less likely to occur, and the rigidity of the suspended portion can be improved.

By forming a balance region having a mass per unit length larger than that of the hanging portion in the winding portion, for example, in a portion to be a weight formed as a thick portion, the balance between the front and rear portions is good and the position is not easily displaced.

By providing a heater at least one of the winding portion, the hanging portion, and the extension portion, an effect in cooperation with electrical stimulation can be provided, and the heater can be used for heat preservation of the neck portion and the like.

Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to examples shown in the drawings. In addition, the embodiments are not limited to the following. Fig. 1 is a back surface of a cosmetic band according to the present invention, and fig. 2 is a view showing the same surface. The respective figures show a state in which the cosmetic band extends toward a plane.

The beauty band 1 of the present invention is a band-shaped beauty band 1 for giving a beauty effect to a shoulder-exposed area of a user. Here, the shouldered region refers to the chest, particularly the chest, the upper part of the breast, and the vicinity of the underarm, the muscles are particularly targeted for the pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, and serratus anterior, and the lymph nodes are particularly targeted for the vicinity of the axillary lymph nodes, the right lymph trunk, the right subclavian lymph trunk, and the left subclavian lymph trunk.

The cosmetic band 1 of the present invention includes: a winding section 10 that winds forward from the back side near the neck; drooping parts 11, 11 vertically extending from the left and right ends of the winding part 10 to the shoulder exposed region in a left-right approximately symmetrical shape; and extension portions 12, 12 extending from the vicinity of the lower end portion of the hanging portion 11 to the left and right sides.

The winding portion 10 is formed in a substantially semicircular shape along the circumference of the neck portion, and is wound so as to be slightly lowered backward from the neck portion to the back portion as shown in the perspective view of fig. 3 showing the use state of the cosmetic band. As shown in the figure, the beauty band 1 of the present invention is wide enough to adhere to the body in a planar manner. Therefore, the weight is not a burden, and the friction is large, so that the front, back, left and right shift is not easy.

In the present invention, the winding portion 10 is defined as a curved portion along the circumference of the neck portion.

The inner circumference of the wound portion had a diameter of 15cm, and the width gradually increased from about 2cm on the back side to 3cm at the connecting portion with the hanging-down portion. The diameter of the band to be attached with beauty treatment is most preferably 10cm to 20cm, particularly 13cm to 18cm, and the width is preferably 2cm or more and 6cm or less in consideration of friction and mounting feeling.

The winding portion 10 is preferably made of a silicon material which has flexibility and does not become cold even when in contact with the skin. The part of the cosmetic band 1 of the present invention not specifically described is made of a silicon material.

The hanging-down part 11 is substantially linear, and hangs down from the vicinity of the shoulder to the shoulder exposed region, and a power supply part 20 is attached to the middle. The power supply unit 20 is provided with a rechargeable battery therein, and is configured to be charged from the USB terminal and supply electric power necessary for electrical stimulation and the like. In this case, it is considered that the weight is distributed so as to be substantially uniform by arranging the secondary batteries on the left and right sides.

The surface of the power supply unit 20 is provided with operation switches 201, 202, and 203, which can turn on/off the power supply, raise the level, lower the level, and the like. In addition, the EMS and the lymph drainage mode are switched, and the heater is turned on or off.

The operation switches on the left side are set as a power button 201 at the center and a ring button 202 that is detected in four directions to surround the power button, and the operation switches on the right side are set as a ring button 203. The power button 201 can be turned on and off very easily, and can perform the turning-off operation without error even when an emergency stop is desired. The annular arrangement is designed to be easy to handle and to make it less prone to error even if the user cannot visually confirm it directly when wearing the device.

The power supply unit 20 is encapsulated with ABS resin, has increased rigidity, and is integrally embedded in the drooping portion 11 made of silicon. Therefore, it can be water-resistant and can be washed with water.

In addition, the power supply unit 20 may be detachable and may be removed for charging.

The power supply unit 20 includes a power supply such as a rechargeable battery and a circuit board, and therefore has a relatively large weight. Therefore, in the present invention, it is disposed in the hanging-down part 11 to realize weight dispersion and reduce the burden on the user. Meanwhile, the total length of the power supply part 20 is about 7cm with respect to about 13cm of the total length of the hanging-down part 11, accounting for 54% of the total length.

This ratio is preferably 30% or more, and preferably 40% or more, and thus the power supply unit 20 is configured to apply a constant weight to the shoulder exposed region of the user over a wide range. Therefore, the attachment of the drooping portion 11 to the skin is improved, and the load is dispersed, so that a comfortable attachment feeling can be obtained.

The hanging part 11 has a large individual difference according to users and can be set appropriately according to the subject person, but is preferably in the range of approximately 12cm to 17 cm. For example, the silicon in this portion may be configured to have elasticity and be easily adjusted.

The mass ratio of the left and right sides of the beauty belt 1 is preferably equal, or the mass ratio of the lighter one is 50% or more of the heavier one. If one of them is heavy, not only is the heavy shoulder portion burdened when worn, but the heavy shoulder portion is also easily displaced, and therefore, it is preferable to arrange it in such a manner that the mass is as uniform as possible.

In the present invention, the hanging portion 11 is defined as a portion where the curvature changes linearly from the curved portion of the winding portion 10 to the upper end of the hanging straight portion which is bent laterally by the extension portion 12 and thus the upper end of which the curvature changes.

The width of the hanging part is 3cm as in the connection part of the winding part 10, but is preferably 2cm to 8cm in consideration of friction and mounting feeling, and may be different from the winding part 10. For example, the width may be made larger than the winding portion 10 in order to increase the contact area between the hanging portion and the skin and prevent displacement.

The extension portions 12, 12 are formed by bending and extending in the left and right directions with the lower end portion of the hanging-down portion 11 as the base end. A pair of electrodes 120 and 121 are provided on the rear surface side of the extension portion 12.

In the present invention, the reason why the extension portions 12, 12 are bent from the side of the hanging-down portion 11 is that when the extension portions 12, 12 are hung directly below the front surface of the hanging-down portion 11, one electrode is sufficiently arranged laterally from that position in order to exert a cosmetic effect, and therefore the cosmetic effect is excellent.

If the opening of the winding portion 10 is enlarged in order to dispose the electrode at this position, or if the electrode is formed of a cable or a bifurcated electrode as shown in patent document 5, the electrode is easily wound around the neck portion, so that the positioning effect is reduced, and the mounting feeling of the beauty band is deteriorated.

Therefore, the extension portions 12 and 12 are bent to the left and right to extend, and the electrodes are disposed at the optimum positions, and the structure is also the optimum structure in which the variation is not easily generated. Meanwhile, in order to stably extend the extension portions 12 and 12 in the lateral direction, the winding portion 10 and the hanging-down portion 11 in the present invention need to have a sufficient width and maintain rigidity, and the power supply portion 20 needs to have a weight to reinforce the hanging-down portion 11.

In the present embodiment, the electrodes 120, 121 are disk-shaped with a diameter of about 3cm, but may be arbitrarily changed. For example, it may be generally rectangular, about 3cm to 5cm wide. The material may be metal, conductive rubber, conductive silicon, or other conductive material.

The pair of electrodes are energized by power supply from the power supply unit 20 and frequency control. The electrodes 120, 121 apply electrical muscle stimulation, referred to as EMS, which applies a current of a predetermined frequency. As is well known, EMS has a role of inducing muscle contraction to perform muscle movement and relieve tension by applying electrical stimulation to the skin at a frequency of several Hz to several kHz.

In addition to electrical stimulation of pectoralis major muscles, which contributes to breast enlargement, EMS can be used for drainage therapy in lymph nodes, thereby improving lymphatic flow and activating metabolism.

The extension 12 is about 13cm long from the bending portion, and electrodes 120 and 121 are arranged near both ends thereof to secure a necessary distance. The extension 12 has a silicon material on its surface and a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) around its back electrode.

The length of the extension 12 is preferably in the range of 11cm to 16 cm.

As described above, in addition to the embodiment in which the pair of electrodes 120 and 121 are disposed on the left and right extension sections 12 and 12, respectively, one electrode may be disposed on each of the left and right extension sections, and current may be passed between the left and right electrodes.

In this case, since current can be passed between the left and right electrodes, electrical stimulation can be applied over a wide range of the chest to exert the drainage effect. In this case, one power supply unit may be disposed on either the left side or the right side. It may be configured in such a manner that the battery is on the left side and the control circuit is on the right side.

In the present invention, the number of electrodes in the extension portion is arbitrary. For example, three poles may be configured to energize the anode from the center anode to the left and right. By providing the extension portion, the electrode can be arranged in a long distance range in the left-right direction, and various electrode structures can be realized.

In this embodiment, a heater is further built in the electrodes 120 and 121. Lymph nodes are heated by the heater, and lymph and blood circulation are effectively promoted. In particular, since the electrodes are made of metal, they have excellent heat transfer characteristics, and thus, even a heater with low output and low power consumption can sufficiently exhibit the effects.

The portion in which the heater is built is not limited to the extension portion 12, and may be the winding portion 10 or the hanging portion 11. Particularly around the neck, is susceptible to cooling, so the provision of a heater in the wrap 10 may help preserve heat and promote blood circulation.

In the present invention, the extension portion 12 is defined as a portion from which the curvature changes to the left and right ends in order to bend from the drooping portion 11 to the side direction, and the curvature changes.

The extension 12 is 5cm wider than the winding portion 10 and the hanging-down portion 11 in order to secure the installation area of the electrodes 120 and 121. The range of 3cm to 7cm is most preferred since the extension 12 is preferably of a width such that it is sandwiched between the armpits.

Further, the winding portion 10 may form a balance area having a larger mass per unit length than the hanging portion 11. Since the power supply unit 20, the electrodes 120 and 121, and the like are arranged on the front side of the beauty band 1, the mass is shifted to the front side as a whole, and a burden is easily applied to the back side of the neck. Therefore, it is preferable to provide a balance area to increase the mass of the back surface side as in the present invention to achieve front-rear balance.

In the present embodiment, the balance area is realized by forming the thick-walled portion 100 with an increased thickness of the winding portion 10. As shown in fig. 4, a portion slightly below the rear of the back side at the center of the winding portion 100 is a thick portion 100. Since this portion is thick, strain in the centripetal direction and the centrifugal direction of the semicircle is less likely to occur, and thus displacement of the hanging-down portion 11 can be prevented.

Since the main purpose of the balance region is to achieve the front-rear weight balance, it is possible to form the thick-walled portion 100, to increase the width of the wound portion 10, to provide a weight or the like so that the mass per unit length becomes larger than that of the hanging-down portion, or to combine them.
