Further, the distance between the opposite sides of the two guide plates 46 is equal to the width of the feed opening at the bottom of the bin 31, and the distance between the opposite sides of the two side plates 210 is equal to the width of the block 72.

The implementation mode adopting the technical scheme specifically comprises the following steps: in use, as the sliding table 26 moves to the right under the action of the driving mechanism 2, the pressing plate 52 is gradually pressed downwards, because one end of the pressure plate 52 close to the bin 31 is hinged with the top end of the groove 51 at the corresponding position, the pressure plate 52 is turned downwards by taking the hinged point as a central axis to press the pressure plate against the first spring 57, thereby completing the extrusion of the air bag 53, and making the air inside the air bag 53 enter the L-shaped pipe 59 through the air hole 58, then enter the straight pipe 510, then the air jet at the bottom of the straight pipe 510 is used for blowing and sweeping the front surface of the metal template before painting so as to improve the painting quality, after the spraying is finished, the sliding table 26 is reset under the action of the driving mechanism 2 to carry out the processing of the next period, and as the sliding table 26 is gradually separated from the pressure plate 52, the pressure plate 52 is reset under the self-restoring force of the first spring 57, so that the inside of the air bag 53 is filled with air again, and the next purging operation is ensured.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

in the actual use process, firstly, the equipment is communicated with an external power supply, the metal template to be processed and the paint to be sprayed are respectively placed in the material box 31 and the paint box 41, then the motor 22 is started, the motor 22 drives the cam 23 to rotate, so that the connecting plate 25 is utilized to push the sliding table 26 to perform reciprocating movement in the horizontal direction on the top end surface of the base 1, the notch II 29 on the sliding table 26 is intermittently aligned with the blanking port at the bottom of the material box 31 to complete discharging, then, when the sliding table 26 loaded with the metal template to be processed moves to the right under the action of the driving mechanism 2 to be contacted with the blocking block 72, the blocking block 72 moves upwards and presses the spring II 74 to open the paint outlet 43 for paint spraying work by pressing the inclined surface at the bottom end of the blocking block 72, and simultaneously, the supporting plate 45 is driven to move along the vertical direction of the through groove 47, so as to realize upward bending forming treatment on two ends of the metal template close to the guide plate 46, when the slide table 26 moves to the area between the block 72 and the two side plates 210 on the second notch 29, the blocking piece 72 falls under the restoring force of the second spring 74 and blocks the paint outlet 43 on the paint box 41, and, when the slide table 26 is moved below the spray molding mechanism 4, the pressing plate 52 is gradually pressed downward, further, the pressing plate 52 presses the first spring 57 to complete the pressing of the air bag 53, the air in the air bag 53 is ejected from the air ejection port at the bottom of the straight tube 510 to complete the purging of the surface of the metal mold plate, and the paint excess on the surface of the metal mold plate after the spraying is completed flows from the recovery port 82 to the cavity 81 for recovery, after a predetermined amount of paint is collected, the paint in the cavity 81 is discharged for reuse by opening the control valve 85 of the paint discharge pipe 84, and the stencil subjected to the paint forming process is conveyed to the next process by the conveyor 6.
