Technical Field

Background

The auxiliary ladder for building, such as the well ladder, is the essential instrument of building construction, and when using, the well ladder is fixed on corresponding building vertically to the safety is used.

In the related art, the tic-tac-toe ladder is fixed in a way that angle steel with a certain length is provided, one end of the angle steel is matched with a self-tapping bolt and is nailed on a purline of a wall surface, and the other end of the angle steel is connected with the tic-tac-toe ladder by adopting a welding method, so that the tic-tac-toe ladder is fixed on the purline; however, the fixed way of the # -shaped ladder is inconvenient for the fixing and turnover of the # -shaped ladder.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a fixing assembly for an auxiliary ladder of a building, which is convenient for fixing and transferring a # -shaped ladder.

The invention also provides a fixing method of the building auxiliary ladder.

According to a first aspect of the invention, the fixing assembly for the construction auxiliary ladder is used for connecting the construction auxiliary ladder and a construction purline, and comprises:

a connector having a first connection portion and a second connection portion;

the locking external member is detachably connected to the first connecting part, and a first sleeve cavity capable of being sleeved on the auxiliary building ladder is formed between the locking external member and the first connecting part;

and the abutting part is fixedly connected to the second connecting part and provided with an abutting part, and the abutting part can abut against one side of the building purline far away from the building auxiliary ladder.

A fixing assembly 100 for a construction auxiliary ladder according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, for connecting between the construction auxiliary ladder and a construction purlin 200, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the fixing assembly 100 includes a connecting member 110, a locking sleeve 130, and an abutment member 120, the connecting member 110 having a first connecting portion 111 and a second connecting portion 112; the locking sleeve member 130 is detachably connected to the first connecting portion 111, and a first sleeve cavity capable of being sleeved on the auxiliary building ladder is formed between the locking sleeve member 130 and the first connecting portion 111; the abutting piece 120 is fixedly connected to the second connecting portion 112, the abutting piece 120 is provided with an abutting portion 122, and the abutting portion 122 can abut against one side, away from the building auxiliary ladder, of the building purlin 200.

When the auxiliary building ladder, namely the tic-tac-toe ladder 300, is fixed, the tic-tac-toe ladder 300 is leaned against the wall surface, namely one side of the building purline 200, and at the moment, the tic-tac-toe ladder 300 is fastened against the building purline 200 by the fixing assembly 100. It will be appreciated that, with reference to fig. 2 and 3, the construction purlins 200 are horizontally disposed steel members and the stairlift 300 has vertically disposed vertical members 310; therefore, when the fixed assembly 100 fixes the # -shaped ladder 300, the abutting pieces 120 are horizontally hooked on the building purlines 200, the building purlines 200 are embedded at the inner sides of the groove parts, and the second connecting parts 112 are positioned at the upper sides of the building purlines 200, so that the building purlines 200 are stably hooked; the first connecting part 111 leans against the vertical member 310 of the tic-tac-toe ladder 300 and locks the second connecting part 112 on the vertical member 310 of the tic-tac-toe ladder 300 through the locking sleeve 130; as can be seen, the fixing assembly 100 is not easy to vertically slide by adopting the above connection manner, and the vertical member 310 of the tic-tac-toe ladder 300 is used for stabilizing the tic-tac-toe ladder 300.

In some embodiments, the connecting member 110 is an L-shaped steel having a certain length, and is horizontally connected between the building purline 200 and the cross ladder 300, the first connecting portion 111 is one end of the connecting member 110 and is connected to the cross ladder 300 through the locking sleeve 130, and the second connecting portion 112 is the other end of the connecting member 110 and is hooked on the building purline 200 by the abutment member 120; meanwhile, when the connecting piece 110 is horizontally arranged, the connecting piece 110 is provided with a vertical side plate and a horizontal side plate, the vertical side plate is vertically close to the vertical member 310 of the tic-tac-toe ladder 300, and the connecting piece 110 is conveniently fixed on the vertical member 310 of the tic-tac-toe ladder 300 through the locking sleeve member 130; the lateral side plates can be horizontally leaned against the upper surface of the building purlin 200, so that the abutting pieces 120 can be stably hooked on the building purlin 200.

In some embodiments, the locking sleeve 130 is a U-shaped member, and the locking sleeve 130 has a first end and a second end, both of which are detachably connected to the vertical side plates of the first connecting portion 111; specifically, when the first connecting portion 111 leans against the vertical member 310 of the ladder 300, the locking sleeve 130 is sleeved on the vertical member 310, and the first end portion and the second end portion are fixedly connected to the first connecting portion 111, so that the first connecting portion 111 is connected with the vertical member 310, the connecting piece 110 is connected with the vertical member 310, and at the moment, the abutting piece 120 is stably hooked on the building purlin 200.

In some embodiments, the connection between the locking sleeve 130 and the first connection portion 111 is further achieved, the side wall of the first end portion is provided with threads, the side wall of the second end portion is also provided with threads, and the first end portion and the second end portion are both connected with the nut 131 in a threaded manner; meanwhile, the first connecting portion 111 is provided with three or more mounting holes 113 at intervals along the length direction of the connecting member 110, and the mounting holes 113 are movably penetrated through the first end portion and the second end portion. Specifically, the first end portion and the second end portion are movably disposed in one of the mounting holes 113, and the bent portion of the locking sleeve 130 abuts against the vertical member 310 of the ladder 300, and at this time, the two nuts 131 are screwed to the first end portion and the second end portion, so that the locking sleeve 130 on the connecting member 110 is tightly sleeved on the vertical member 310, and the connecting member 110 and the vertical member 310 are connected.

It can be understood that, the distance between the building purlin 200 and the vertical member 310 changes, and the position where the vertical member 310 abuts against the first connecting portion 111 changes, at this time, the constructor adjusts the position of the locking sleeve 130 along the length direction of the connecting member 110, that is, the first end and the second end of the locking sleeve 130 are connected to the two corresponding mounting holes 113, so that the locking sleeve 130 can be stably sleeved on the vertical member 310, and therefore, the fixing assembly 100 in this embodiment has better applicability, and the shaft ladder 300 is more convenient to fix.

In some embodiments, the limiting member 140 is substantially in a zigzag shape, the limiting member 140 sequentially has a first limiting section 141, a second limiting section 142 and a third limiting section 143 along the length direction thereof, the first limiting section 141 is horizontally disposed and detachably connected to the horizontal side plate of the second connecting portion 112 through a bolt 144, the second limiting section 142 is vertically welded to the end portion of the first limiting section 141 close to the abutting member 120 and is disposed opposite to the opening of the abutting member 120, so that the second limiting member 140 limits the building purlin 200 in the abutting member 120, thereby realizing stable sleeve joint of the abutting member 120 and the building purlin 200; meanwhile, the third limiting section 143 is horizontally disposed between the abutting piece 120 and the second limiting section 142, that is, one end of the third limiting section 143 is welded to the lower end of the second limiting section 142, and the other end of the third limiting section 143 horizontally extends to the lower side of the building purline 200, so that the third limiting section 143 further limits the building purline 200 from sliding off the abutting piece 120, and the connecting piece 110 is stably sleeved with the building purline 200.
