Technical Field

The invention relates to a valve manufacturing technology, in particular to a proportional pressure reducing valve with an integrated pressure stabilizing function, and belongs to the technical field of hydraulic equipment manufacturing.

Background

The proportional pressure reducing valve belongs to the series of hydraulic control valves and is suitable for machine tools, plastic machines, hydraulic test units and other equipment. The main application is as follows: the function of reducing pressure is achieved by adopting throttling energy consumption, so that high-pressure liquid in high-pressure and ultrahigh-pressure equipment and a high-pressure pipeline is reduced to low pressure required by a load through the valve and then discharged, and the pressure of a high-pressure system is uniformly reduced.

In the prior art, a pilot type proportional reversing valve without main valve element displacement feedback has a pilot valve of a proportional pressure reducing valve structure, and the current is controlled by the given proportional pressure reducing valve, so that the output pressure of the proportional pressure reducing valve is changed along with the magnitude of the control current, and the continuous displacement control of the main valve element is realized; the oil inlet of the proportional pressure reducing valve is led in through the guide port of the main valve and can be communicated with the port P of the main valve according to the arrangement, and an oil source can also be additionally arranged for independent control.

The application condition of the proportional reversing valve is complex, and the main valve P port and the pilot port are accompanied by the conditions of high pressure, large flow, high-frequency pressure fluctuation, pressure step change and the like; because the proportional pressure reducing valve is used as a pilot valve, the output pressure of the proportional pressure reducing valve is generally very low, if the pressure of an oil inlet of the proportional pressure reducing valve is accompanied by the conditions of high pressure, large flow, high-frequency pressure fluctuation, pressure step change and the like, the output pressure of the proportional pressure reducing valve is inevitably fluctuated, the displacement of a main valve core is fluctuated, and the working performance of the proportional reversing valve is influenced.

Therefore, a proportional pressure reducing valve which can ensure stable and reliable output pressure is needed in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a novel proportional pressure reducing valve integrating a pressure stabilizing function, which solves the technical problems of vibration and easiness in damage of the proportional pressure reducing valve in the prior art due to frequent fluctuation of external pressure by integrating a pressure stabilizing mechanism at an oil inlet.

The proportional pressure reducing valve integrated with the pressure stabilizing function of the embodiment of the invention comprises: a valve body and a pressure reducing valve core; an oil inlet pipe communicated with the pressure reducing valve core is arranged on the valve body, and a pressure stabilizing device is arranged on the oil inlet pipe;

the oil inlet pipe is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, and a pressure stabilizing channel is formed between the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet; the voltage stabilizer includes: the pressure stabilizing device comprises a spring, a pressure regulating cavity and a valve core for opening or closing the pressure stabilizing channel; the valve core is arranged in the pressure stabilizing channel in a left-right sliding mode, and the spring presses the valve core so that the right end of the valve core is located in the closed pressure regulating cavity;

the valve core is of a cylindrical structure, and a pressure regulating channel for communicating the pressure regulating cavity with the liquid inlet is arranged in the valve core;

the spool moves to the left against the restoring force of the spring to close or partially close the surge tank.

The proportional pressure reducing valve with the integrated pressure stabilizing function further comprises an oil return cavity; the valve body also comprises an oil return pipe; the spring is positioned in the oil return cavity, and the oil return cavity is communicated with the oil return pipe;

the oil return cavity is provided with an oil return port, and the left end of the valve core is a sealing end for sealing the oil return port; the valve core slides towards the left side, so that the sealing end opens the oil return port, and the liquid inlet is communicated with the oil return pipe through the oil return port.

The proportional pressure reducing valve with the pressure stabilizing function is integrated, wherein one end of the spring is installed in the oil return cavity, and the other end of the spring is provided with the positioning plate; a positioning groove is arranged at the center of the positioning plate; the valve core is provided with a positioning ball, and the valve core is contacted with the positioning groove through the positioning ball.

Detailed Description

The proportional pressure reducing valve with the integrated pressure stabilizing function can be made of the following materials, and is not limited to the following materials, for example: common components such as a pressure reducing valve, a proportional valve, an electric control valve and the like.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an appearance structure of a proportional pressure reducing valve integrated with a pressure stabilizing function according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIGS. 2 and 3 are schematic cross-sectional views A-A of the container in an open state; and with reference to figures 4 to 6.

The proportional pressure reducing valve integrated with the pressure stabilizing function of the embodiment of the invention comprises: a valve body 92 and a pressure reducing valve spool 91; an oil inlet pipe 10 communicated with the pressure reducing valve core is arranged on the valve body 92, and a pressure stabilizing device is arranged on the oil inlet pipe 10; the pressure stabilizer of the present embodiment is used to adjust the incoming hydraulic oil in advance so that the range of the hydraulic oil pressure of the hydraulic oil input to the pressure reducing valve element is maintained within a fixed numerical range.

The oil inlet pipe 10 is provided with a liquid inlet 1 and a liquid outlet 2, and a pressure stabilizing channel is arranged between the liquid inlet 1 and the liquid outlet 2; it is obvious that the regulator means are arranged on the regulator channel.

The voltage stabilizer includes: a spring 5, a pressure regulating cavity 6 and a valve core 4 for opening or closing the pressure regulating channel; the valve core 4 is arranged in the pressure stabilizing channel in a left-right sliding mode, and the spring 5 presses the valve core 4 to enable the right end of the valve core 4 to be located in the closed pressure regulating cavity 6; that is, one of the end portions of the spool 4 is used to seal the pressure-regulating chamber 6, and the spool 4 is operated in accordance with the pressure in the pressure-regulating chamber 6.

The valve core 4 is of a cylindrical structure, and a pressure regulating channel 40 for communicating the pressure regulating cavity 6 with the liquid inlet 1 is arranged in the valve core 4; therefore, the oil pressure in the pressure regulating cavity 6 is always the same as the oil pressure in the liquid inlet 1.

The spool 4 moves leftward against the restoring force of the spring to close or partially close the surge tank passage.

In the in-service use, like figure 3, the oil pressure is too high in the pressure regulating chamber 6, then promotes the valve core and slides to the left side to turn down the cross-section of steady voltage passageway, and then continue to move in order to thoroughly close liquid outlet 2, thereby play the effect of automatically regulated oil pressure.

In the proportional pressure reducing valve with the integrated pressure stabilizing function of the embodiment, the pressure stabilizing device further comprises an oil return cavity; the valve body also comprises an oil return pipe 3; the spring 5 is positioned in the oil return cavity, and the oil return cavity is communicated with the oil return pipe 3; the oil pressure in the oil return pipe 3 is default to be zero, and high-pressure oil can be discharged to reduce the oil pressure and avoid the continuous increase of the oil pressure.

The oil return cavity is provided with an oil return port, and the left end of the valve core 4 is a sealing end 41 for sealing the oil return port; the valve core 4 slides to the left side, so that the sealing end 41 opens the oil return opening, and the liquid inlet 1 is communicated with the oil return pipe 3 through the oil return opening.

Like figure 5, after the oil pressure in inlet 1 lastingly increased, the oil pressure in pressure regulating chamber 6 also increased in step to further promote the valve core to remove to the left side, and then open the oil return opening, thereby high oil pressure in the pouring inlet 1 avoids the oil pressure to lastingly increase.

The proportional pressure reducing valve with the pressure stabilizing function is integrated, wherein one end of the spring is installed in the oil return cavity, and the other end of the spring is provided with the positioning plate 50; a positioning groove is arranged at the center of the positioning plate; the valve core is provided with a positioning ball 410, and the valve core is contacted with the positioning groove through the positioning ball 410.

Generally, the liquid inlet 1 corresponds to the left side of the valve core 4, and the liquid outlet 2 corresponds to the right side of the valve core 4. Of course, the whole structure can be reversely arranged according to the actual situation, and the left and the right are only relative position relations.

In addition, the pressure regulating cavity 6 is positioned on the right side of the valve core 4, and the oil return cavity is positioned on the left side of the valve core 4.

Furthermore, in order to conveniently adjust and check the conditions and the maintenance requirements of liquid in the pressure regulating cavity and the oil return cavity, the oil return cavity and the pressure regulating cavity 6 both adopt a detachable sealing structure.

The proportional pressure reducing valve with the pressure stabilizing function according to the embodiment of the present invention, wherein a plurality of annular oil grooves are disposed on the sealing end 41, and the sealing end 41 closes the oil return opening through the plurality of annular oil grooves. The annular oil groove is used for reducing the sliding resistance, and the outer diameter of the sealing end 41 is used for sealing the oil return opening.

As shown in fig. 6, in the proportional pressure reducing valve with integrated pressure stabilizing function of the present embodiment, a pressure regulating hole 400 is formed on a side surface of the valve core 4; one end of the pressure regulating channel 40 is communicated with the pressure regulating hole 400, and the other end is communicated with the pressure regulating cavity 6.

The proportional pressure reducing valve with the pressure stabilizing function of the present embodiment is characterized in that the right end of the valve core 4 is an open-close end 42; the liquid outlet 2 corresponds to the opening and closing end 42; the diameter of the open-close end 42 is larger than the diameter of the middle part of the valve core 4 so as to seal the liquid outlet 2.

The valve element 4 slides to the left to gradually close the liquid outlet 2 by the opening/closing end 42.

The proportional pressure reducing valve with the pressure stabilizing function of the embodiment is characterized in that a proportional electromagnet 90 is further arranged in the valve body; the proportional electromagnet 90 is connected to the pressure reducing valve spool 91.

According to the proportional pressure reducing valve integrated with the pressure stabilizing function, the oil inlet is integrated with a structure with the pressure stabilizing function; when pressure oil fluctuating outside flows into an oil inlet pipe of the proportional pressure reducing valve, pressure needs to be stabilized through a pressure stabilizing functional structure, so that the pressure in front of a pressure reducing valve core of the proportional pressure reducing valve is limited within a certain pressure range, the pressure reducing valve core of the proportional pressure reducing valve cannot be influenced by the pressure oil fluctuating outside, and therefore the output pressure of the proportional pressure reducing valve can be effectively guaranteed to be stable and reliable.

It should be noted that the voltage stabilizing function of the invention can also be integrated on other valve structures with voltage stabilizing and reducing requirements, and has the advantages of cost, small occupied installation space, compact structure and promotion on the working performance of the main valve core.
