However, the conventional sterilization device adopts a circular tube structure, has large wind resistance and exposed high-voltage electrodes, has certain dangerousness in non-equipment scene application, and is not suitable for being used in families and office places.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a plasma air sterilizer assembly, which has a flat structure, reduces an occupied space, and can effectively improve a sterilization effect in a recycling manner, thereby being convenient for use in homes and offices.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a plasma air sterilizer assembly which employs a planar elongated channel, has a small wind resistance, is easily sealed, has a ground isolation net added thereto, prevents a destructive electric shock risk caused by the insertion of a metal rod, and is safe and reliable.

The invention also aims to provide a plasma air sterilizer assembly, which adopts a sealed structure mode, a whole assembly is of a bubble-proof structure, and adopts a power supply mode of 24V safety voltage, so that the potential safety hazard of electric shock is avoided; meanwhile, the metal mesh can further shield positive ions and negative ions generated by the plasma component.

In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is as follows.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. As shown in fig. 1, the plasma air sterilizer assembly implemented by the present invention at least includes a fan assembly 2, a plasma generator 3, a plasma generator channel 4 and a grounded metal isolation net 1.

The fan assembly 2 is a roller type fan, air enters from the side face, generates an air beam which is uniform to a flat channel and outputs the air beam to the plasma generator channel 4, the plasma generator channel 4 is of a flat structure and is connected with the plasma generator 3, and the plasma generator 3 generates plasma to sterilize air.

As shown in fig. 2, the interior of the plasma generator tunnel 4 has three partition plates 41, and the inner wall of the plasma generator tunnel 4 is provided with a spacer 42, and the three partition plates 41 are supported by the spacer 42. The three isolation plates 41 separate the wind flow to form a laminar flow effect, which is convenient for plasma sterilization.

The grounding metal isolation net 1 is arranged at the outlet of the plasma generator channel 4, has an isolation effect, and is used for safety protection and preventing the danger that a damage object is inserted into a high-voltage area, and meanwhile, the grounding metal isolation net 1 also plays a role in shielding and filtering positive ions and negative ions possibly generated by the plasma generator channel 4. For this reason, the air inlet of the plasma generator channel 4 is also provided with a grounded metal separation net 1.

The edge of the grounding metal isolation net 1 is provided with a buckle 11, correspondingly, a buckle hole 43 is arranged on the frame of the plasma generator channel 4, and the buckle 11 is buckled into the buckle hole 43, so that the grounding metal isolation net 1 is installed and fixed.

Plasma generator 3 and fan subassembly 2 connect in the 24V power through power cord 5, and the 24V power provides power for plasma generator 3 and fan subassembly 2 to avoid the harm that the high pressure brought. The plasma generator 3 is an existing device capable of generating plasma, and the fan assembly 2 is an existing drum fan, which can be implemented by the prior art, and will not be described herein.

Fig. 3 shows a specific application form of the present invention, in which a flow guide port 6 is additionally added in addition to a grounded metal isolation net 1, a fan assembly 2, a plasma generator 3, a plasma generator channel 4 and a power line 5, and the flow guide port 6 enables sterilized air to flow in a specific direction, so that people can control the output direction of the sterilized air as required.

Fig. 4 shows another specific application form of the present invention, in which a bracket 7 is added to the present invention in fig. 3 for the convenience of installation. Specifically, besides the existing structure of the grounding metal isolation net 1, the fan assembly 2, the plasma generator 3, the plasma generator channel 4, the power line 5 and the flow guide port 6, a group of supports 7 is added, wherein the number of the supports 7 is two, one is fixed on the side of the plasma generator channel 4, and the other is fixed on the side of the plasma generator 3, so that the invention can be installed and fixed from two sides.

The two brackets 7 are provided with outwardly bent folded surfaces 71, and the folded surfaces 71 are used for arranging fixing screws 8 so as to fix the invention on the wall board or the roof.
