The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when the device is used, a user puts a hand on the first infrared sensor 26 by opening the cover plate 18, the first infrared sensor 26 transmits a detected signal to the PLC controller, the PLC controls the micro water pump 22 to work, disinfectant is pumped out of the disinfection cavity 23 and is sprayed onto the hand of the user through the atomizing nozzle 25 to disinfect the hand of the user, after the disinfection is finished, the user puts the hand on the second infrared sensor 34, the second infrared sensor 34 transmits a detected signal to the PLC controller, the PLC controller controls the heating wire 32 and the fan 33 to work to dry the hand of the user, after the preparation work is finished, the user inserts the own identity card into the identity card socket 14, then the face is aligned with the camera 13 to finish the identity recognition, then the entry procedure is finished by clicking the option on the liquid crystal display 12, then the two-dimensional code on the two-dimensional code scanning area 13 is scanned, the card is removed from the card outlet 15 to complete the check-in procedure.
