Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a novel hydrogel electrostatic electret protective mask.

Background

The mask has a filtering effect on air entering a respiratory tract as a protective article, and different types of masks can filter dust, pollen, haze, bacteria, virus droplets and other particles to different degrees according to different filtering materials. The mask can be used for the basic protection requirement of daily life and also plays an important role in the protection process of various respiratory infectious diseases. In the epidemic prevention process of SARS epidemic outbreak in 2003, avian influenza epidemic outbreak in 2009 in 2004 and new coronary pneumonia epidemic in 2020 in China, wearing the mask becomes the simplest and most effective protective measure for effectively blocking virus transmission and protecting the life safety of people.

Researches find that in the new crown pneumonia epidemic situation of 2020, disposable medical surgical masks and N95 masks have a certain protection effect on new crown viruses, play an extremely important role in the epidemic prevention process of new crown pneumonia, and expose some defects of the two masks. The particle filtration efficiency of the medical surgical mask is only 30%, the nose bridge strip is thin and soft, the fitting degree and the tightness are poor, air leakage on two sides of the nose bridge is easily caused, and the protection effect is reduced. The particle filtration efficiency of the N95 mask reaches 95%, the protection effect is good, but because the tightness of the filter material is too strong and the air permeability is poor, oxygen deficiency can be caused after long-time wearing, and uncomfortable conditions such as dizziness, suffocation and the like occur. In addition, the sealing aluminum strip at the nasal bridge part has excessive hardness, so that the skin is damaged after long-term use, and the possibility of infection is increased due to the exposure of wounds.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention designs and develops a novel hydrogel electrostatic electret protective mask, and the invention aims to increase the air permeability and the comfort level on the basis of increasing the filtering protective performance by adopting a novel high-efficiency low-resistance electret electrostatic fiber composite material as a filter element.

The invention also aims to add the polymer hydrogel sealing strip on the outer edge of the mask, so that the mask is tightly attached to the face and is soft and conformal, the sealing property and the protection effect of the mask are further enhanced, the local extrusion is effectively buffered and reduced, and the pressure damage is avoided.

The third purpose of the invention is to connect the hangers through the connecting body, the included angles of the hangers can be flexibly adjusted, and then the proper stress mode of the ears can be flexibly selected, so that the wearing comfort of the mask is further improved, and the mask can better meet the requirements of users with different face shapes and ear shapes.

1. the invention adopts the novel polarization-standing electrostatic fiber composite material as the filtering material of the mask; the novel filter material comprises a melt-blown non-woven layer, an electret electrostatic layer and a negative oxygen ion layer from inside to outside in sequence; the invention mainly depends on the mechanical barrier functions of Brown diffusion, interception, inertial collision, gravity sedimentation and the like to filter larger particles in the air; the electrostatic fiber which is in polarization directly attracts charged particles in the air and captures the charged particles by electrostatic force or induces neutral particles in the air to generate polarity and capture the neutral particles, thereby filtering submicron particles in the air more effectively; the fiber structure is fluffy, three-dimensional and three-dimensional, the porosity is more than 60%, and the filtration efficiency is obviously improved under the condition of reducing air resistance. The filtering efficiency can reach more than 95 percent, and meanwhile, the concentration of the negative oxygen ions which are continuously released can reach 15000-25000 oxygen ions/cubic centimeter, so that the air permeability is improved, and the discomfort conditions such as suffocation and the like caused by wearing the mask for a long time are effectively improved. 2. in order to solve the problems that the mask is poor in sealing performance and the skin is damaged by the sealing aluminum strips, the high-molecular hydrogel sealing strips are designed on the outer edge of the mask, the sealing performance of the mask is improved through the unique and novel structural design, and the high-efficiency filtering capacity of the mask fabric is guaranteed; the design accords with the ergonomic curve design and can be perfectly attached to the face. The air leakage rate is reduced, particle pollutants are not easy to leak into a protective layer formed by the sealing rubber strip, the mask tightness during facial muscle movement is effectively improved, and the comfortable contact surface can not cause pressure damage to the skin even being worn for a long time;

The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention by referring to the description text.

As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present invention provides a novel hydrogel electrostatic electret protective mask, the main body of which comprises a mask body 110, a flexible 3D skeleton support portion, a flexible sealing strip 130, two hangers 140 and a connector 150; wherein, the mask body 110 comprises a melt-blown non-woven layer, an electret electrostatic layer and a negative oxygen ion layer from inside to outside in sequence, the center of the mask body 110 is arranged to be an overlapping structure to form a fold structure 111, a flexible 3D framework supporting part is arranged along the inner side of the mask body 110, the shape of the flexible 3D framework supporting part is adapted to the shape of the face of a user, the flexible 3D framework supporting part comprises a plurality of flexible first supporting parts 121, a plurality of flexible second supporting parts 122 and an extension part 123, the extension part 123 is arranged along the inner side of the mask body 110, the plurality of flexible first supporting parts 121 are transversely arranged along the inner side of the mask body 110, the plurality of flexible second supporting parts 122 are longitudinally arranged along the mask body 110, the shape of the flexible 3D skeletal support formed by the plurality of flexible first supports 121, the plurality of flexible second supports 122 and the outer extension 123 conforms to the shape of the user's face;

Examples

The mask surface material of the mask body 110 is a melt-blown non-woven layer, an electret electrostatic layer and a negative oxygen ion layer in sequence from inside to outside;

the melt-blown non-woven fabric is suitable for air filtration, the air filter material series is composed of PP/PET bi-component composite materials and has a three-dimensional net structure, the PET materials play a role of supporting a skeleton in the air filter material series, and the stiffness of the filter layer is provided, so that the material has lower resistance while the efficiency is ensured;

the electret electrostatic layer adsorbs small particles in air by utilizing static electricity, has the advantages of higher filtering efficiency, higher filtering precision, smaller resistance, larger dust holding capacity and longer service life, can effectively filter particles with one percent of the particle size of pollen and can capture particles with the diameter equivalent to one fourteen times of the diameter of one hair.

The electret electrostatic layer is formed by selecting imported polypropylene fiber, carrying out needling processing on the polypropylene fiber and then carrying out corona discharge, so that the polypropylene fiber is charged to form an electrostatic field, fine dust is charged, and the dust is adsorbed on the fiber through the mutual attraction of opposite charges, thereby achieving the purpose of higher filtering efficiency and precision; the electret electrostatic layer has the following advantages:

(1) high filtration efficiency: dust is filtered by means of electrostatic adsorption to filter suspended particles in the air;

(2) low filtration resistance: the needling process has fluffy and three-dimensional structure and high porosity, and greatly reduces the filtration resistance;

(3) the dust holding capacity is large: fluffy, a large number of three-dimensional pinholes and high porosity are all favorable for dust holding of the mask.

The electret electrostatic detection layer adopts special fibers and is subjected to a series of physical and chemical treatments, so that the contact area of dust and the fibers is increased, the filtering area can be increased, and the physical interception and gravity settling filtering efficiency is improved; and the specific surface area is increased, the surface charge of the fiber is improved, and the electrostatic adsorption efficiency is increased.

The negative oxygen ion layer is used as the inner layer material of the mask, and has the functions of releasing negative oxygen ion far infrared rays of air for a long time and sterilizing and removing mites with high efficiency and broad spectrum; the concentration of the negative oxygen ions is 15000-; the far infrared emissivity is more than 90%, and the far infrared material also has the effects of activating cells, increasing immunity, improving human microcirculation and the like; the broad-spectrum efficient antibacterial material is added, the disinfection and mite removal rate is over 99.99 percent, and the multifunctional antibacterial mite-killing agent has the functions of purifying air, removing peculiar smell and the like, and simultaneously has good touch, fastness and comfortable air permeability.

According to the invention, the flexible 3D framework supporting part is arranged in the mask and is used for supporting and fixing mask materials, and a large-capacity space is formed between the mask and the facial skin, so that the mouth and the nose are ensured to have enough breathing cavities; the traditional mask can be loosened due to the movement of the face of a person in the wearing process, particularly, the mask is tightly attached to the mouth and the nose during air suction, the air tightness cannot be guaranteed, and meanwhile, the comfort is also influenced, and the design can make up for the defect; the width of the invisible framework consists of two transverse silica gel strips and three longitudinal silica gel strips, and the width and the thickness of the invisible framework are 0.2 cm; the 3D invisible framework is integrally arc-shaped, is bent towards the side of a user, is matched with the shapes of two sides of the nose of the user, can be attached to the nose and the lower jaw of the user, can prevent air from entering the mask from gaps at the attaching positions of the mask body and the nose and the lower jaw of the user, enables the mask body to be attached to the face of the user more tightly, and improves the air tightness of the mask; the raw materials are selected from special silica gel materials, and the silica gel has good physical properties such as air permeability, pressure resistance and rebound resilience.

preferably, in this embodiment, the hydrogel sealing strip has an overall width of 1cm, and 0.5cm inside and outside the mask, respectively, with a negligible thickness.

The hydrogel is a novel functional polymer material with a three-dimensional network structure formed by crosslinking hydrophilic molecules or polymers through covalent bonds, hydrogen bonds or van der waals force and the like; the polymer material swells and dissolves in water to form high-viscosity gel, and the gel is in a semisolid state in a steady state and shows viscoelasticity. The hydrogel has the characteristics of high water content, quick swelling, softness, adjustable-size porous structure, rubber-like viscosity, excellent biocompatibility and the like, and is widely used in the biomedical fields of contact lenses, tissue engineering, diagnostics, drug controlled release and the like.

The properties of hydrogels depend to a large extent on the unit structure of the material prepared and the network structure formed after its interaction. The polymer network imparts solid-like mechanical properties to the hydrogel, while the aqueous phase is capable of rapid diffusion, imparting liquid-like transport properties to the hydrogel.

The traditional hydrogel has the problems of non-uniform network structure, lack of energy dissipation mechanism and the like, so that the mechanical properties of the traditional hydrogel are poor, and the application of the traditional hydrogel in practical production and living is limited. The invention adopts the high-strength and high-toughness double-network hydrogel, and the unique energy dissipation mechanism of the double-network hydrogel obviously improves the mechanical property of the hydrogel.

The chitosan physical network (crystalline network or chain entanglement network) in the double-network hydrogel is damaged in the process of gel stretching deformation, so that energy is dissipated, and the effect of reinforcing and toughening gel is achieved through oriented design. Meanwhile, the breakage and reconstruction of some reversible non-covalent bonds not only endow the hydrogel with high strength, but also enable the hydrogel to have certain recoverability and self-repairing characteristics.

The polymer hydrogel also has the characteristic of low allergy probability, so the polymer hydrogel is particularly suitable to be used as a novel material for protecting and treating head and face pressure injury, and has the characteristics of excellent biocompatibility, excellent toughness, strong tensile property, comfort, softness, skin-friendly fit and the like.
