An umbrella support stand as claimed in claim 1, in which the first hanger bar comprises a first sub-hanger bar, a second sub-hanger bar and a second clamping means; when the second clamping device is in a clamping state, the first hanging bar and the second hanging bar are clamped and fixed together by the second clamping device; when the second clamping device is in the non-clamping state, the first suspension bar can move relative to the second suspension bar.

Background

The umbrella is a daily article in life of people, and can be used for shielding wind and rain and blocking sunlight. People usually hold the umbrella by hands, which brings much inconvenience in use. For example, when both hands are holding things, it is difficult to free the hands to hold the umbrella. In addition, the long-time umbrella opening can cause arm ache.

Detailed Description

Figure 1 shows a schematic view of a first embodiment of an umbrella support frame of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 1, the umbrella support stand of the present embodiment includes: a first hanging rod 1, a second hanging rod 2, a back bracket 3 and an umbrella clamping device 4. The first hanging rod 1 and the second hanging rod 2 used for being hung on the shoulders of a human body are arranged in parallel at a certain distance, the first hanging rod 1 and the second hanging rod 2 are both in a hook shape, and the cross sections of the first hanging rod 1 and the second hanging rod 2 are rectangular.

As can also be seen from fig. 1, the back support 3 comprises a first strut 31, the left end 311 of the first strut 31 being fixed to the rear end 112 of the first suspension bar 1, and the right end 312 of the first strut 31 being fixed to the rear end 212 of the second suspension bar 2; the first strut 31 is a bar-shaped rod having a rectangular cross section. The first leg 31 may also be a leg of other shapes, for example, an arc-shaped leg.

As can also be seen in fig. 1, the umbrella holder device 4 comprises a connecting rod 41 and an umbrella holder 42, the umbrella holder 42 being fixed to the front end 111 of the first hanging rod 1 by the connecting rod 41. As can be easily seen from fig. 1, the first suspension bar 1, the second suspension bar 2 and the first branch 31 together form an opening 7 for the neck of a human body to extend into.

As can be seen from fig. 1, the umbrella supporting bracket further comprises a fixing band 5 and a fixing band 6, wherein one end of the fixing band 5 is connected with the left end 311 of the first rod 31 through a connecting buckle 51, and one end of the fixing band 6 is connected with the right end 312 of the first rod 31 through a connecting buckle 53.

In the present embodiment, the coupling 52 is provided at the distal end 111 of the first hanging bar 1, and the coupling 54 is provided at the distal end 211 of the second hanging bar 2. When the umbrella supporting bracket needs to be arranged on a human body, the umbrella supporting bracket can be fixed on the human body through the fixing belt 5 and the fixing belt 6. The use or manner of securing of the securing straps is common general knowledge; in fact, it is known that the fastening can be carried out with only one fastening strap.

Figure 2 shows a schematic view of a second embodiment of an umbrella support frame of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 2, the umbrella support stand of this embodiment is similar to that of the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, except that the back support 3 is of a different construction. In this embodiment, the back support 3 comprises a first support rod 31 and a second support rod 32, wherein the upper end of the second support rod 32 is connected with the first support rod 31, one end of the fixing strap 5 is connected with the second support rod 32 of the back support 3 through a connecting buckle 51, and one end of the fixing strap 6 is connected with the second support rod 32 of the back support 3 through a connecting buckle 53. The back support 3 with the structure has a larger contact area with the back of a human body, and is beneficial to improving the stability of the back support.

Alternatively, a third strut may be added to the back support of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, that is, the back support 3 further includes a third strut, wherein the upper end of the third strut is connected to the first strut 31, and the second strut 32 is spaced from the third strut. Therefore, the contact area of the back support and the back of the human body can be further enlarged, and the stability of the back support is improved.

Figure 3 shows a schematic view of a third embodiment of an umbrella support frame of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 3, the umbrella support frame of this embodiment is similar to that of the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, except that the first struts 31 of the back frame 3 are of different construction. In this embodiment, the first supporting rod 31 is a telescopic supporting rod, and the first supporting rod 31 includes a first branch rod 301, a second branch rod 302 and a clamping device 44, wherein a part of the first branch rod 301 can extend into the second branch rod 302, so that the distance between two ends of the first supporting rod 31 can be adjusted, that is, the width of the opening 7 formed by the first hanging rod 1, the second hanging rod 2 and the first supporting rod 31 is changed to adapt to the neck of different people to extend into the opening 7.

In the present embodiment, the clamping means 44 is constituted by a bolt and a wing nut; when the clamping device 44 is in the clamping state, the first branch rod 301 and the second branch rod 302 are clamped and fixed together by the clamping device 44; when the clamping device 44 is in the non-clamping state, the first branch bar 301 can be moved relative to the second branch bar 302, which movement makes it possible to adjust the distance between the two ends of the first branch bar 31.

Figure 4 shows a schematic view of a fourth embodiment of an umbrella support stand according to the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 4, the umbrella support stand of this embodiment is very similar to that of the third embodiment shown in fig. 3, except that the first support rod 31 is different. In the present embodiment, the first strut 31 comprises a first branch strut 301, a second branch strut 302 and the clamping device 45; when the clamping device 45 is in the clamping state, the first branch rod 301 and the second branch rod 302 are clamped and fixed together by the clamping device 45; when the clamping device 45 is in the non-clamping state, the first branch strut 301 can be rotated by a certain angle relative to the second branch strut 302, i.e. in this embodiment, the distance between the two ends of the first strut 31 can be adjusted by rotating the first branch strut 301 by a certain angle relative to the second branch strut 302. This also achieves the purpose of adjusting the width of the opening 7 to accommodate the neck of different persons reaching into the opening 7.

Figure 5 shows a schematic view of a fifth embodiment of an umbrella support stand of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 5, the umbrella support stand of this embodiment is similar to the umbrella support stand of the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, except that the first hanging rod 1 and the second hanging rod 2 have different structures. In this embodiment, the first cloth rail 1 comprises a first sub-rail 101, a second sub-rail 102 and a clamping device 103; when the clamping device 103 is in a clamping state, the first hanging bar 101 and the second hanging bar 102 are clamped and fixed together by the clamping device 103; when the clamping device 103 is in the non-clamping state, the first cloth rail 101 can be moved relative to the second cloth rail 102, which movement changes the distance between the two ends of the first cloth rail, i.e. the distance between the two ends of the first cloth rail can be adjusted or changed by this movement.

In this embodiment, the second hanging rod 2 comprises a third hanging rod 201, a fourth hanging rod 202 and a clamping device 203, and as with the first hanging rod 1, the third hanging rod 201 can also move relative to the fourth hanging rod 202, and the movement changes the distance between the two ends of the second hanging rod 2, i.e. the distance between the two ends of the second hanging rod can also be adjusted or changed by the movement.

As can be easily seen from fig. 5, the adjustment or change of the distance between the two ends of the first hanging rod 1 and the adjustment or change of the distance between the two ends of the second hanging rod 2 can be advantageously adapted to shoulders of different sizes and shapes to meet the requirements of comfortable use of different people.
