Fig. 1 is a drawing showing a content container of an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a drawing showing an exploded state of the content container of the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a sectional view showing an exploded state of the content container of the embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the contents container 1000 includes: a container part 100, an intermediate body 200, an inner cover 300, and an outer cover 400.

The container part 100 has an accommodation space with an open upper portion for accommodating contents. Here, the content is a liquid, gel or powder cosmetic material. For example, the inclusions include: lotion, skin care lotion, moisturizing lotion, nutritional lotion, skin moisturizing lotion, smoothing toner, astringent, massage cream, nutritional cream, moisturizing cream, whitening essence, brightening cream, sunscreen, sun protection lotion, bb cream, foundation cream, CC cream, concealer, blush, eye shadow powder, eyebrow powder, eye cream, brightening liquid and the like. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and other types of cosmetic materials and medical contents are applicable. The content is directly filled into the containing space, and is filled into the containing space through an impregnation member, a cosmetic tray, or the like, which is composed of a sponge or the like.

In an embodiment, the container portion 100 includes: a container mouth portion 110 which is opened upward and is joined to the intermediate body 200 (particularly, the inner edge portion 210); and a container 120 formed downward from the container mouth 110 and forming a container space. At least a portion of the receiving portion 120 is positioned at a lower side than the intermediate body 200, and thus the size and/or shape of the receiving portion 120, i.e., the size and/or shape of the receiving space, is restricted by the intermediate body 200.

In an embodiment, threads are formed on the inside or outside of the container mouth 110. The intermediate body 200 is also threaded in correspondence with the thread of the container mouth 110, and is screwed together. However, according to the embodiment, the container mouth portion 110 and the intermediate body 200 are coupled to each other by various means such as interference fit coupling, suspension coupling, etc. in addition to the screw coupling, in this case, a structure such as a protrusion, a groove, etc. can be applied to the coupling in addition to the screw thread.

In an embodiment, the receiving part 120 includes: a base 122 forming a bottom surface of the receiving space; an inner sidewall 124 formed upward along an edge of the base 122; an outer sidewall 126 wrapping the inner sidewall 124; and a sidewall connector 128 connecting the receptacle 120 and the outer sidewall 126. The double structure of the inner wall 124 and the outer wall 126 provides a feeling of fullness of the container portion 100, and effectively protects the contents from external impact. In particular, a separate space (or air layer) is formed between the outer sidewall 126 and the inner sidewall 124, reducing the overall weight of the container portion 100 and providing improved thermal insulation performance. Here, the accommodating portion 120 is integrally formed of a single material, but is not limited thereto.

In an embodiment, at least a portion of the container portion 100 is made of a transparent or translucent material. For example, the outer sidewall 126 is transparent or translucent, and the inner sidewall 124 is seen through the outer sidewall 126. At this time, the inner sidewall 124 is transparent, translucent, or opaque. However, this is merely an example, and the container portion 100 may be made of an opaque material.

In an embodiment, a sidewall connector 128 connects the lower ends of the inner and outer sidewalls 124, 126. The lower end of the partitioned space between the inner sidewall 124 and the outer sidewall 126 is sealed by a sidewall connection portion 128, preventing foreign substances from flowing into the partitioned space from the lower side. At this time, the upper end of the partitioned space between the inner sidewall 124 and the outer sidewall 126 is covered by the intermediate body 200, thereby protecting the partitioned space from contamination.

According to the embodiment, the sidewall connection part 128 is formed to protrude downward. When the content container 1000 is mounted to the outer bottom surface, the outer side wall 126, the inner side wall 124, and the base portion 122 are partitioned by the outer bottom surface by the side wall connecting portion 128 protruding downward. Thereby, the container part 100 is protected from external impact and a separate space is formed between the base part 122 and the outer bottom surface, providing improved heat insulation performance.

In an embodiment, there are a plurality of container portions 100. In this case, the plurality of container portions 100 have the same or different shapes. In addition to/instead of this, the same or different contents are accommodated in the plurality of container portions 100. That is, the user changes or replaces the container portion 100 according to the need, preference, or degree of use of the contents.

In an embodiment, the sealing gasket seals the receiving space of the container portion 100 in combination with the container mouth portion 110. After removing the gasket from the container portion 100, the user removes the gasket in a state where the container portion 100 is coupled to the intermediate body 200 or the like, or the container portion 100 is coupled to the intermediate body 200 or the like, thereby using the contents in the container portion 100. In the case where the container portion 100 has a plurality of portions, at least one of the portions is kept in a sealed state by a sealing gasket. The gasket is made of, for example, PET, AL, PE, or the like.

The intermediate body 200 communicates with the receiving space and is combined with the container part 100 to wrap at least a portion of the container part 100 (e.g., the container mouth part 110). The inner cover and/or the outer cover are/is connected between/indirectly to the intermediate body 200, thereby rotating and opening/closing the receiving space.

In an embodiment, the intermediary 200 comprises: an inner edge portion 210 formed along an edge of the container mouth portion 110 of the container portion 100; an outer edge portion 220 formed outside the inner edge portion 210; and an edge connecting part 230 connecting the inner edge part 210 and the outer edge part 220. At this time, the inner edge portion 210, the outer edge portion 220, and/or the edge connecting portion 230 are integrally formed or assembled by separate parts. In the latter case, the inner edge portion 210, the outer edge portion 220, and/or the edge connecting portion 230 are coupled to each other by various means such as screwing, interference fit coupling, and suspension coupling.

In an embodiment, the medial edge portion 210 is threaded medially or laterally. The screw thread is screw-coupled with a screw thread formed at the container mouth portion 110 of the container portion 100. According to the embodiment, the inner edge portion 210 and the container portion 100 are coupled to each other by various means such as interference fit coupling, suspension coupling, etc. in addition to the screw coupling, for which case, a structure such as a protrusion, a groove, etc. is applied to the coupling in addition to the screw coupling.

In an embodiment, when the intermediate body 200 is combined with the container portion 100, the outer edge portion 220 is in close contact with the upper and/or inner side surface of the outer sidewall 126 of the container portion 100. The separation space between the outer side wall 126 and the inner side wall 124 is covered by the outer edge portion.

In the embodiment, the inner cover 300 and the outer cover 400 are rotated with respect to the middle body 200 in order to open and close the accommodation space. Specifically, the inner cover 300 is open-rotated with respect to the middle body 200 and opens the receiving space, and the inner cover 300 is sealed-rotated with respect to the middle body 200 and sealed against the inner edge portion 210 of the middle body 200 to seal the receiving space. The outer cover 400 is opened and rotated with respect to the intermediate body 200, and the intermediate body (accommodating space) is opened, and the outer cover 400 is sealed and rotated with respect to the intermediate body 200, and the accommodating space is sealed by being in close contact with the edge connecting portion 230 or the outer edge portion 220 of the intermediate body 200.

At this time, the inner cover 300 is rotatably coupled to the inner side of the middle body 200 with respect to the outer cover 400 in order to prevent interference between the inner cover 300 and the outer cover 400. For example, the inner cover 300 can be rotatably coupled to the rim connecting portion 230, and the outer cover 400 can be rotatably coupled to the outer rim portion 220. For example, the inner cover 300 may be rotatably coupled to the inner rim 210, and the outer cover 400 may be rotatably coupled to the rim connecting portion 230 and/or the outer rim 220.

In an embodiment, the first intermediate body locking part 240 and the second intermediate body locking part 250 are formed in the intermediate body 200. The first and second intermediate body locking parts 240 and 250 are coupled to the first cover locking parts 330 of the inner cover 300 and the second cover locking parts 410 of the outer cover 400, respectively, to fix the sealed rotation state of the inner cover 300 and the outer cover 400.

At this time, in order to prevent interference between the inner cover 300 and the outer cover 400, the first intermediate body locking parts 240 are formed inside the intermediate body 200 than the second intermediate body locking parts 250. For example, at least a portion of the first intermediate body locking part 240 is formed at the edge connecting part 230, and at least a portion of the second intermediate body locking part 250 is formed at the outer edge part 220. For example, at least a portion of the first intermediate body locking part 240 is formed at the edge connecting part 230 and/or the outer side edge part 220, and at least a portion of the second intermediate body locking part 250 is formed at the outer side edge part 220 and/or the edge connecting part 230. For example, at least a portion of the first intermediate body locking part 240 is formed at the inner edge part 210, and at least a portion of the second intermediate body locking part 250 is formed at the edge connecting part 230 and/or the outer edge part 220. Even if at least a part of the first intermediate body lock part 240 and at least a part of the second intermediate body lock part 250 are formed at the outer side edge part 220, the edge connecting part 230, and the like as well, at least a part of the second intermediate body lock part 250 can be formed at the outer side of the intermediate body 200 compared to at least a part of the first intermediate body lock part 240.

The inner cover 300 is rotatably coupled to the middle body 200, openly rotates or sealingly rotates with respect to the middle body 200, and opens and closes the receiving space.

In an embodiment, the inner cover 300 is integrally formed with at least a portion of the middle body 200, or is formed of another part to be assembled and coupled. In the former case, for example, the inner cover 300 is connected to the intermediate body 200 by a soft bending portion integrally formed between the inner cover 300 and the intermediate body 200, and the inner cover 300 is rotated with respect to the peripheral portion by the bending of the bending portion. In the latter case, for example, the inner cover 300 is rotatably coupled with respect to the middle body 200 by coupling between the rotation protrusions and the rotation grooves respectively formed at the inner cover 300 and the middle body 200. Further, for example, through holes are formed in the inner cover 300 and the intermediate body 200 so as to correspond to each other, and fixing pins are inserted into the through holes, so that the inner cover 300 and the rim portion can be rotatably coupled.

In the embodiment, the inner adhesion portion 310 is formed to protrude toward the lower side of the inner cap 300. When the inner cover 300 is rotated in a sealing manner, the inner contact portion 310 contacts the intermediate body 200, particularly, the inner edge portion 210, thereby further enhancing the sealing of the receiving space.

In the embodiment, the outer adhesion portion 320 is formed to protrude toward the lower side of the inner cap 300. The outer side sealing portion 320 is formed along the outer side of the inner side sealing portion 310 along the edge, and when the inner side cover 300 is sealed and rotated, the outer side sealing portion 320 is sealed with the middle body 200 (especially the edge connecting portion 230) to further enhance the sealing of the receiving space.

In the embodiment, the first cover locking parts 330 that fix the inner cover 300 to the intermediate body 200 (in particular, the first intermediate body locking parts 240) when the inner cover 300 is sealingly rotated are formed on the inner cover 300. The first cover locking part 330 is protrusively formed at a portion of the outside close-contact part 320 or between the outside close-contact part 320 and the inside close-contact part 310. For example, the first cover locking part 330 includes a catching protrusion, and in correspondence with this, the first intermediate body locking part 240 includes a catching groove. In particular, the catching recess of the first intermediate body locking part 240 is concavely formed at the edge connecting part 230, and the catching protrusion of the first cover locking part 330 is inserted and coupled to the catching recess, whereby the inner cover 300 is prevented from moving by a lateral external force when the inner cover 300 is fixed to the intermediate body 200. However, this combination is used for illustration, and the first cover locking part 330 and/or the first intermediate body locking part 240 are also formed by changing the positions of the catching protrusion and the catching groove in the first cover locking part 330 and the first intermediate body locking part 240, or by a combination of the catching protrusion and the catching groove. Also, according to the embodiment, the first intermediate body locking part 240 and the first cover locking part 330 are coupled by various means such as interference fit coupling, suspension coupling, and the like.

In an embodiment, the grip 340 is formed to protrude laterally from the inner cover 300. The user rotates the inner cover 300 using the grip 340, thereby opening and closing the accommodation space.

In an embodiment, the plastering tool receiving groove 350 is formed at an upper side of the inner cover 300. The upper surface of the inner cover 300 of the plastering tool receiving groove 350 is concavely formed to the lower side, and can receive a plastering tool (e.g., a powder puff, a brush, etc.). Additionally/alternatively, the second contents are received in at least a portion of the smear tool receiving recess 350. The second content is the same as or different from the content contained in the containing space of the container portion 100. Additionally/alternatively, the smear tool receiving recess 350 is divided into at least more than two regions. At least one of the same or different plural smear tools and the same or different plural second contents is accommodated in the divided region.

The outer cover 400 is rotatably connected to the intermediate body 200, and opens and closes the intermediate body 200 by opening and rotating or sealing with respect to the intermediate body 200. The accommodating space of the container portion 100 is sealed by the inner cover 300 for the first time and is sealed by the outer cover 400 for the second time.

In an embodiment, the outer cover 400 is formed integrally with at least a portion of the middle body 200, or formed by another part. In the former case, the outer cover 400 is connected to the intermediate body 200 (for example, the outer edge portion 220) by a soft bending portion formed integrally therewith, and the outer cover 400 is rotated relative to the intermediate body 200 by bending of the bending portion. In the latter case, for example, the outer cover 400 can be rotatably coupled with respect to the middle body 200 by coupling between the rotation protrusions and the rotation grooves respectively formed at the outer cover 400 and the middle body 200. For example, through holes are formed in the outer cover 400 and the intermediate body 200 so as to correspond to each other, fixing pins are inserted into the through holes, and the outer cover 400 and the intermediate body 200 are rotatably coupled.

In the embodiment, when the outer cover 400 is rotated in a sealing manner, the inner sidewall of the outer cover 400 is closely fitted to the intermediate body 200, and particularly, the outer rim 220. Additionally/alternatively, the lower end of the outer cover 400 is in close contact with the upper end of the receiving portion 120 (particularly, the outer sidewall 126).

In the embodiment, the outer cover 400 is formed with the second cover locking parts 410 that fix the outer cover 400 to the intermediate body 200 (particularly, the second intermediate body locking parts 250) when the outer cover 400 is sealingly rotated. The second cover locking part 410 is formed in an area in the inner sidewall of the outer cover 400. For example, the second cover locking part 410 includes a catching protrusion, and in correspondence with this, the second intermediate body locking part 250 includes a catching protrusion. However, as shown in the above-mentioned description for illustration, a hook groove is formed in one of the second cover locking part 410 and the second intermediate body locking part 250, or the second cover locking part 410 and/or the second intermediate body locking part 250 are formed by a combination of a hook protrusion and a hook groove. Also, according to the embodiment, the second intermediate body locking part 250 and the second cover locking part 410 are coupled by various means such as interference fit coupling, suspension coupling, etc.

In the embodiment, the fixing protrusion 420 is formed at the outer cover 400, and the fixing groove 260 is formed at the edge connection part 230 of the middle body 200 correspondingly. When the outer cover 400 is fixed to the intermediate body 200, the fixing protrusion 420 is inserted into the fixing groove 260, and thus, the outer cover 400 can be prevented from being moved by a lateral external force.

In an embodiment, a mirror is provided on the inner side of the outer cover 400.

In an embodiment, the contents container 1000 further includes: and an impregnation member. The impregnation member is disposed in the housing space of the container portion 100 and impregnated with the content. Therefore, the impregnation member is formed of, for example, a porous material, and impregnates the impregnation space formed inside with the content, and discharges the impregnated content when an external force is applied.

In an embodiment, the impregnation member includes: sponge, non-woven fabric, or a combination of sponge, non-woven fabric, and the like. Here, the sponge is made of, for example, any one or more materials selected from the group consisting of a foamed foam, natural rubber, synthetic resin, polyurethane, latex, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), Butadiene Rubber (BR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), Chloroprene Rubber (CR), butyl rubber (IIR), Isoprene (IR), Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR), polysulfide rubber, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, urethane rubber, acrylic rubber, epdm (ethylene propylene monomer) rubber, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), vinyl acetate copolymer, nitrile rubber, and a mixture thereof, but is not limited thereto. Also, the non-woven fabric and/or the woven fabric are manufactured by attaching and/or weaving, for example, natural fibers, artificial fibers, or a combination thereof. Natural fibers include: for example, cotton, kapok, coconut shell crude fiber, abaca, sisal, flax, ramie, hemp, kenaf, manila musa, jebeia, mohair, jute, hemp, wool, goat wool, cashmere, camel wool, alpaca fiber, silk, tussah silk, asbestos, cellulosic fibers, and the like, artificial fibers including: examples of the fibers include high tenacity fibers, viscose fibers, cuprammonium fibers, acetate fibers, triacetate fibers, polyester fibers, polyurethane fibers, polyethylene fibers, polyvinyl chloride fibers, polyethylene fibers, polyvinylidene fluoride fibers, polyester fibers, polyamide fibers, casein fibers, alginate fibers, cellulose fibers, rubber fibers, SBR, and NR. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The impregnation member is formed by one or a combination of a plurality of layers, and in the case of a combination of a plurality of layers, each layer is made of a material that is permeable or different.

In the embodiment, the impregnation member is combined with a cover. The cover is used for covering the bottom surface of the impregnation member, and prevents the impregnation member from being polluted and damaged during transportation or storage. In this case, the cover portion is made of a soft waterproof material, and prevents the cover portion from being linked to the impregnated member to any extent, and prevents the content impregnated in the impregnated member from being exposed to the outside. In particular, even if the container portion is made of a transparent or translucent material, the leaked contents can be prevented from being exposed to the outside by cutting the leaked contents with the lid portion. For example, the cap portion may be made of, but not limited to, oriented polypropylene (pp), polyethylene (pe), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), polyurethane (polyurethane), polyethylene terephthalate (polyethylene terephthalate), nylon (nylon), or a combination thereof.

In the embodiment, a plurality of impregnation members are provided. In this case, the material and shape of each impregnated member may be the same or different. The impregnation members are impregnated with the same or different content. The user changes the impregnation member as needed or desired and uses it. The container portion 100 having a plurality of impregnation members or the impregnation members are accommodated by a separate packaging container (or cosmetic bag).

Fig. 4 is a drawing showing a sealing part of an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 and 6 are drawings showing a content container having a sealing part of an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the contents container 1000' includes: the sealing part 500 is disposed inside the middle body 200 to seal the accommodating space. The seal portion 500 is detachably coupled to the intermediate body 200 (particularly, the inner edge portion 210). That is, the intermediate body 200 is coupled to seal the accommodating space, and the intermediate body 200 is separated to open the accommodating space.

In an embodiment, the sealing part 500 includes: a sealing plate 510 having a shape corresponding to the receiving space; and a drawing part 520 formed toward the upper side of the sealing plate 510. Specifically, the sealing plate 510 is combined with the inner edge portion 210 of the middle body 200, maintains a sealed state of the receiving space, is easily separated by a user, and opens the receiving space. At this time, the user can easily separate the sealing part 500 by grasping and pulling the pulling part 520. The pulling portion 520 is formed by extending the sealing plate 510 to have a predetermined inclination, so as to be easily gripped and extracted. For example, the inclination is 20 to 60, 20 to 40, but is not limited thereto.

In an embodiment, to provide sufficient space for inserting a finger into the underside of the pulling part 520, the pulling part 520 includes at least one curved portion. The at least one bent portion allows the drawing portion 520 to have a predetermined angle with respect to the sealing plate 510, and when the drawing portion 520 is pressed downward during the sealing rotation of the inner cap 300, the at least one bent portion allows the drawing portion 520 to be bent in a distributed manner.

In the embodiment, a predetermined friction protrusion 530 is formed on one surface of the traction portion 520.

In an embodiment, the traction part 520 is formed at one region in the edge of the sealing plate 510, and the sealing plate 510 is separated in opposite directions by the corresponding region when the traction part 520 is withdrawn.

In the embodiment, a predetermined region of the bottom surface of the inner cap 300 is recessed inward to form a drawing portion receiving groove 360. At least a portion of the drawer 520 is accommodated while the inner cover 300 is hermetically rotated on the drawer accommodating groove 360. This prevents the sealing part 500 formed upward to have a predetermined inclination from being deformed or broken by being pressed excessively by the inner cap 300.

In the embodiment, at least a portion of the sealing portion 500 is made of a soft material. When the sealing part 500 is removed, the sealing part 500 is naturally bent and separated by the intermediate body 200.

In the embodiment, in order to easily separate the coupling and the separation between the sealing part 500 and the intermediate body 200, the sealing part 500 and the intermediate body 200 are formed as one body by double injection molding. For example, the intermediate body 200 is molded, and the sealing portion 500 is molded. In this case, the sealing portion 500 and the intermediate body 200 are made of different materials. For example, the intermediate body 200 is made of hard material, and the seal portion 500 is made of soft material. Thereby, the intermediate body 200 and the sealing part 500 are formed as one body, the receiving space is effectively sealed, and the sealing part 500 is easily separated from the intermediate body 200. However, this is merely an example, and the intermediate body 200 and the sealing part 500 are realized by various means such as assembly (interference fit bonding, screw bonding, or the like), adhesive material, external thermal bonding in which heat is applied from the outside (by a heating/pressing member), internal thermal bonding in which heat is generated inside (by ultrasonic waves, low frequency, or the like), or the like.

Fig. 7 is a drawing showing a container portion of an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 7, the container part 100 'has a shape in which a base part 122' protrudes downward. By this, the contents in the accommodating space naturally move toward the center of the accommodating space, and the user can use the container easily. In particular, when the content is impregnated into the impregnation member, the content moves toward the center along the base portion 122'.

Also, the sidewall connecting portion 128 is formed to protrude downward in the container part 100 'more than the base portion 122', whereby the container part 100 'is stably supported on the outer bottom surface even if the base portion 122' has a shape protruding downward.

The shape of the container portion 100' shown in fig. 7 is an example, and various structures are applied according to an embodiment to which the present invention is applied.

Fig. 8 and 9 show an impregnation member according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the impregnation members 600 and 600' have various shapes. As shown in fig. 8, the impregnation member 600 has a flat plate shape, or as shown in fig. 9, the impregnation member 600' has a shape protruding upward and downward. In the case of the impregnation member 600', for example, the impregnation member 600' includes a plurality of layers, and edges of the layers are joined to each other. The edge bonding described above causes a plurality of impregnation members 600' to be joined in layers to protrude vertically. At this time, the edge bonding is achieved by various means such as an adhesive substance, external thermal bonding in which heat is applied externally (by a heating/pressing member), internal thermal bonding in which heat is generated internally (by ultrasonic waves, low frequency, or the like), or the like.

At least a part of the container parts 100, 100' has a shape corresponding to the impregnation members 600, 600' so that the impregnation members 600, 600' are stably arranged. Specifically, the container part 100 has a flat base part 122 and houses the impregnation member 600, and the container part 100' has a base part 122' protruding downward and houses the impregnation member 600 '.

The shapes of the impregnation members 600 and 600' shown in fig. 8 and 9 are for illustration, and various configurations are applied according to the embodiment to which the present invention is applied.

Fig. 10 and 11 are drawings showing a container part according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the container portions 100", 100"' are made of a transparent material. Thus, the inner sidewall is seen through the transparent outer sidewall and the contents within the inner sidewall are seen through. In particular, the container portions 100 ″ are formed of a single material, and the effect of having a double container structure is exhibited by the repeated side walls.

As described above, although the embodiments have been described with reference to the limited embodiments and the accompanying drawings, those skilled in the relevant art can make various changes and modifications from the above description.
