1. A telecommunications module storage case, comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric power, in particular to a communication module storage box.

Background

In daily electric power operation and maintenance work, the electric energy meter communication module is frequently required to be replaced in low-voltage meter reading and metering operation and maintenance. Generally, a worker needs to carry a plurality of electric energy meter communication modules for use. Since there is no instrument suitable for storing the communication module of the electric energy meter at present, the worker generally places the communication module of the electric energy meter in the tool bag. However, a lot of common tools such as screwdrivers, nipper pliers and the like are also placed in the tool bag, and the electric energy meter communication module is easily collided or extruded with the tools, so that precision elements inside the electric energy meter communication module are damaged, or connecting pins are deformed, so that the communication performance of the electric energy meter communication module is reduced, and even the electric energy meter communication module is scrapped.

Therefore, a communication module storage box is needed to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a communication module storage box which can ensure that an electric energy meter communication module is not collided or extruded, so that the communication performance of the communication module is good.

the communication module box comprises a box body and a communication module, wherein the box body comprises a first end cover and a second end cover which are arranged oppositely, an accommodating cavity is arranged in the box body, the accommodating cavity can store the communication module, and an opening is formed in the side surface of the box body close to the first end cover;

Optionally, the elastic member includes a first elastic member and a second elastic member, the length of the first elastic member is greater than the length of the second elastic member, and the second elastic member is closer to the side wall provided with the opening than the first elastic member.

Example one

In daily electric power operation and maintenance work, the electric energy meter communication module often needs to be replaced, so operation and maintenance staff need to carry a plurality of electric energy meter communication modules for standby use. However, because no appliance suitable for storing the electric energy meter communication module exists at present and is placed in the tool bag, the electric energy meter communication module is easy to collide or extrude with the tool, so that internal precise elements are damaged, or connecting pins are deformed, and the communication performance of the electric energy meter communication module is reduced or even the electric energy meter communication module is scrapped. Therefore, as shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides a communication module storage box, which is convenient for the staff to carry and use the communication module of the electric energy meter during operation and maintenance work.

Specifically, the telecommunications module storage case includes a case body 1, and the case body 1 includes a first end cap 11 and a second end cap 13 which are oppositely disposed. In order to prevent the connection portion of the elastic member and the second end cap 13 from easily separating from the second end cap 13, optionally, a first positioning member 6 is further included, the first positioning member 6 is disposed on the inner wall of the second end cap 13, and one end of the first elastic member 3 is sleeved on the first positioning member 6. Similarly, the positioning device further comprises a second positioning part 7, the second positioning part 7 is also arranged on the inner wall of the second end cover 13, and one end of the second elastic part 4 is sleeved on the second positioning part 7. In order to avoid the rotation of the support plate push column 8 along the axis thereof, optionally, positioning grooves are formed in the outer wall of the support plate push column 8 along the length direction, the number of the positioning grooves is consistent with the number of the positioning wheels 9, and each positioning wheel 9 abuts against one positioning groove.

In order to facilitate the worker to take out the telecommunications module near the first end cap 11, the telecommunications module storage box further includes an elastic push post 5. The elastic pushing column 5 is arranged on the side wall of the box body 1 opposite to the side wall where the opening 12 is located in a penetrating manner, and the elastic pushing column 5 can push the communication module close to the first end cover 11 to move out of the accommodating cavity from the opening 12. In order to make the elastic pushing post 5 mostly located outside the accommodating cavity in an unstressed state so as to prevent the pushing head of the elastic pushing post 5 from damaging the communication module, optionally, a third elastic member is sleeved on the elastic pushing post 5, one end of the third elastic member abuts against the outer wall of the box body 1, and the other end of the third elastic member abuts against the elastic pushing post 5. When the staff presses the elastic pushing post 5, the third elastic piece is in a compressed state, and when the staff releases the elastic pushing post 5, the elastic pushing post 5 can move out of the accommodating cavity under the action of the third elastic piece, so that the possibility that the elastic pushing post 5 remained in the accommodating cavity damages the residual communication module is reduced.
