4. The spray desulfurization device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein a portion between the gas outlet and the gas outlet nozzle of the housing has a mixing channel for thoroughly mixing the desulfurization agent sprayed from the gas outlet nozzle with the hydrogen sulfide gas.

5. The spray sulfur removal device according to claim 4, wherein a helical blade is provided on the inner wall surface of the mixing channel.

6. A wellhead sulfur removal system, comprising:

a reservoir for storing a desulfurizing agent;

the spraying sulfur removal device is arranged on a natural gas conveying pipeline to remove hydrogen sulfide gas in the natural gas;

the delivery pump is communicated with the liquid storage container and the spraying unit and is used for pumping the desulfurizing agent in the storage container to the spraying unit;

characterized in that the spray desulfurization device is the spray desulfurization device according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

However, in the above atomizer, the desulfurizing agent needs to be atomized to sufficiently react with the hydrogen sulfide gas, and when the gas flow rate flowing through the atomizer is large or the hydrogen sulfide gas content in the gas is high, the atomizing desulfurizing agent has a small flow rate and a high reaction speed, and once the flow rate of the desulfurizing agent sprayed into the turning part of the atomizer is insufficient to completely remove the hydrogen sulfide gas, the desulfurizing agent needs to be removed again to remove the hydrogen sulfide gas, so that the removal efficiency is low. The corresponding wellhead sulfur removal system using the atomizer is easy to cause the problem of high sulfur removal cost caused by the need of re-sulfur removal during sulfur removal.

The invention aims to provide a spraying desulphurization device, which is used for solving the problem of low removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide gas in natural gas in the prior art; meanwhile, the invention also provides a wellhead sulfur removal system, which is used for solving the problem of high sulfur removal cost.

In order to achieve the above object, the spraying desulfurization device according to the present invention comprises:

the shell is provided with an air inlet communicated with the air inlet pipeline, an air outlet communicated with the exhaust pipeline and a medicament inlet for the sulfur removing agent to enter, and a certain included angle is formed between the inner end of the air inlet and the inner end of the air outlet;

the spraying unit is provided with an air inlet nozzle which is arranged at the included angle and sprays towards the inner end of the air inlet, and an air outlet nozzle which is arranged at the included angle and sprays towards the inner end of the air outlet.

Detailed Description

The embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In the embodiment of the spraying desulfurization device, the spraying desulfurization device is connected to a pipeline for conveying natural gas and is used for removing hydrogen sulfide gas in the natural gas. As shown in fig. 1, the device comprises a housing 51, wherein one end of the housing 51 is an air inlet 511 fixedly connected with an air inlet pipeline through a flange, one end is an air outlet 512 communicated with an air outlet pipeline, and the other end is a medicament inlet communicated with a storage container for storing a sulfur removing agent.

In this embodiment, the air inlet 511 of the shell 51 is connected to a gas production pipeline led out from a gas production tree, the air inlet pipeline is a gas production pipeline, the air outlet 512 is connected to a pipeline leading to a natural gas station, and the exhaust pipeline is a pipeline connecting the shell 51 to the natural gas station. Natural gas with hydrogen sulfide gas produced in a gas well enters the shell 51 through the gas inlet 511 and is discharged into the natural gas station through the gas outlet 512. An included angle is formed between the air inlet 511 and the air outlet 512, so that the direction of the air flow can be changed, and meanwhile, the air flow is in a turbulent state after passing through the included angle, and is convenient to mix with the desulfurizing agent. The axis of the air inlet 511 and the axis of the air outlet 512 form a right angle in this embodiment. The included angle may be other angles in other embodiments.

The spraying sulfur removal device further comprises a medicine inlet joint 52, one end of the medicine inlet joint 52 is installed at the medicine inlet of the shell 51 through a flange bolt, the other end of the medicine inlet joint 52 is communicated with a storage container, and a check valve 521 and a stop valve 522 are sequentially arranged on the medicine inlet joint 52 along the inflow direction of the medicine. The chemical inlet joint 52 is also provided with a buffer cavity 523, the desulfurizing agent enters the buffer cavity 523 for buffering, so that the change of the flow of the desulfurizing agent entering the shell 51 caused by pressure fluctuation is avoided, and the desulfurizing agent uniformly enters the shell 51.

A spraying unit 53 is further fixed on the end face of the end of the chemical inlet joint 52 connected with the housing 51 through a bolt, the spraying unit 53 is provided with a chemical inlet channel communicated with the buffer chamber 523, the spraying unit 53 is further provided with two nozzles communicated with the chemical inlet channel, one of the two nozzles is an air inlet nozzle 531 facing the air inlet 511 and spraying towards the air inflow direction, and the other one is an air outlet nozzle 532 facing the air outlet 512 and spraying along the air outflow direction. The number of the inlet nozzles 531 and the number of the outlet nozzles 532 in this embodiment are one, and in other embodiments, the number of the inlet nozzles may be two or more, or the number of the outlet nozzles may be two or more.

In the spraying sulfur removal device, the shell 51 is arranged at a wellhead and is communicated with a gas production pipeline of a gas production tree, so that hydrogen sulfide gas doped in natural gas can be removed during gas production. In other embodiments, the spray desulfurization device can also be directly connected with a gas production valve on a gas production tree.

Because the space in the shell 52 is smaller, the spraying unit 53 is installed on the chemical inlet joint 52, when the chemical inlet joint 52 is fixed with the shell 51, two nozzles of the spraying unit 52 are just positioned in the shell 52, so that the installation of the spraying unit 53 is convenient, at the moment, the whole spraying unit 52 is positioned in the shell, and the volume of the whole spraying sulfur removal device is smaller. In other embodiments, the chemical inlet joint is not arranged, the spraying unit is provided with a flange surface and is fixed at the chemical inlet through a bolt, and the spraying unit is provided with a connecting pipe protruding out of the shell and communicated with a storage container for storing the chemical; or an internal thread is arranged at the medicament inlet, an external thread is arranged on the main body of the spraying unit, and the spraying unit is directly assembled at the medicament inlet in a thread matching mode.

The part of the shell 51 between the air outlet 512 and the air outlet nozzle 532 is provided with a mixing channel for gas circulation, the mixing channel can enable the hydrogen sulfide gas to fully react with the sulfur removal agent, and the mixing channel is arranged inside the shell, so that the corrosion of the hydrogen sulfide gas in the exhaust pipeline caused by the reaction of the hydrogen sulfide gas in the exhaust pipeline is avoided. In other embodiments, the mixing channel can be arranged on the exhaust pipeline communicated with the air outlet, so that the size of the spraying sulfur removal device can be reduced, and the compactness of the whole device can be improved.

The mixing channel is also internally provided with a helical blade 513, and the helical blade 513 can ensure that the hydrogen sulfide gas and the sulfur removing agent are mixed more uniformly, thereby improving the removal effect of the hydrogen sulfide gas. In other embodiments, baffles may be disposed in the mixing channel in a staggered arrangement to enhance the turbulence of the air flow.

The spraying unit 53 is detachably connected to the chemical inlet joint 52 through a bolt, and the chemical inlet joint 52 is also connected with the shell 51 through a bolt, so that the spraying unit 53 can be taken down for cleaning or replacement when a spray head of the spraying unit 53 is blocked or damaged, and the maintenance cost is reduced. In other embodiments, the spraying unit can also be directly connected with the medicine inlet joint through threads; or the spraying unit and the chemical feeding joint are arranged into a whole, so that the structure of the whole spraying sulfur removal device can be simplified.

The chemical inlet joint 53 in this embodiment is provided with the buffer chamber 523, and the desulfurizing agent can be buffered after entering the buffer chamber 523, so that the desulfurizing agent sprayed by the spray head is more uniform, and the desulfurizing effect is improved. In other embodiments, a buffer cavity may not be provided on the drug inlet joint, and at this time, a pressure stabilizing tank may be provided in the storage container for storing the drug, or a pressure stabilizing pump may be connected to the pipeline for delivering the drug, so as to realize stable spraying of the nozzle.

The gas inlet nozzle 531 and the gas outlet nozzle 532 make the desulfurizing agent uniformly dispersed and contact with the hydrogen sulfide gas by depending on the pressure in an external pipeline, and the content of the hydrogen sulfide gas in the natural gas can be greatly reduced by primary desulfurizing through the gas inlet nozzle 531 and secondary desulfurizing through the gas outlet nozzle 532, so that the natural gas reaches the use standard of the natural gas and can be directly conveyed to a natural gas station for storage.

When the spraying sulfur removal device is used, the shell 51 is firstly installed on the corresponding pipeline, then the spraying unit 53 is fixed on the medicine inlet joint 52, the buffer cavity 523 is communicated with the medicine inlet channel of the spraying unit 53, the spraying unit 53 is inserted into the medicine inlet of the shell 51, one end of the medicine inlet joint 52 is fixed on the shell 51 by using a bolt, the other end of the medicine inlet joint 52 is connected with the pipeline for conveying the sulfur removal agent, and the assembly of the whole spraying sulfur removal device is completed.

Under the pressure of the pipeline of carrying the desulfurization agent, the desulfurization agent gets into the buffering in the cushion chamber 523 and cushions, then spout along the nozzle, when gas inflow casing 51 is inside, gas inlet nozzle 531 towards gaseous inflow direction can spray the desulfurization agent to gas, carry out first desulfurization to gas, when gas is discharged by the gas outlet, gas outlet nozzle 532 can spray the desulfurization agent again in to gas, carry out secondary desulfurization to gas, further reduce the sulphur content in the gas, the casing sets up at the well head, gas production tree with the well head or the gas production pipeline that leads out with the gas production tree link to each other, just can carry out the desulfurization to gas when gathering gas, need not close the well and pour into the desulfurizer into to the well, the collection efficiency has been improved.

Compare the atomizing form of desulfurizing agent, spray and to increase the inside desulfurizing agent flow that gets into the casing, the natural gas can wrap the desulfurizing agent to the mixing channel in at the in-process that flows simultaneously, the natural gas is in the turbulent state after flowing the contained angle, can carry out abundant mixing and reaction with the desulfurizing agent in the mixing channel, guaranteed the desulfurizing agent can fully react when improving the desulfurizing agent flow, the problem that the hydrogen sulfide gas in the natural gas that causes because of the little not enough of atomizing desulfurizing agent flow exceeds standard has been solved among the prior art to the problem of having solved because of the gaseous hydrogen sulfide gas that causes of hydrogen sulfide completely.

In the embodiment of the wellhead sulfur removal system, as shown in fig. 2, the wellhead sulfur removal system comprises a storage container, a spraying sulfur removal device 5, a delivery pump 3, a signal acquisition unit and a control unit.

The spraying sulfur removal device has the same structure as the spraying sulfur removal device in the embodiment of the spraying sulfur removal device, and the description is not repeated.

The storage container is a liquid storage tank 2, a space for containing the desulfurizing agent is arranged in the storage container, a chemical adding port 22 for supplementing the desulfurizing agent and an emptying valve 23 for keeping the pressure balance inside and outside the tank body are arranged at the top of the liquid storage tank 2, the emptying valve 23 is connected with the bottom of the liquid storage tank 2, a sewage discharge pipeline is connected with a sewage discharge ball valve 24, and when impurities in the liquid storage tank 2 are contained, the sewage discharge ball valve 24 is arranged on the sewage discharge pipeline. A liquid level meter 21 is arranged outside the liquid storage tank 2 and used for detecting the liquid level of the desulfurizing agent. The storage container may also be a box in other embodiments.

The sulfur removal agent used in the embodiment is a compound solution of triazine sulfur removal agent, methanol, foam scrubbing agent and water, wherein the concentration of the triazine sulfur removal agent is 10-40%, the concentration of the methanol is 10-20%, the concentration of the foam scrubbing agent is 0.3-0.5%, and the balance is water, so that hydrogen sulfide gas can be effectively removed.

The gas inlet 511 of the spraying desulfurization device 5 is connected with the gas outlet of the gas production tree 6 through a pipeline, receives natural gas produced in a gas well, and the natural gas subjected to desulfurization by the spraying desulfurization device 5 reaches the standard of entering the station and is directly stored in the natural gas station 7 connected with the gas outlet 512.

The wellhead sulfur removal system in this embodiment still includes the signal acquisition unit, the liquid level signal in the liquid storage pot 2 and the content of hydrogen sulfide in the natural gas through the casing are gathered to the signal acquisition unit, and in signal transmission to the control unit who will gather, the control unit includes relay 13, the control valve of relay 13 control dosing mouth 22 department in through the control unit, realize the automatic medicine of liquid storage pot 2, the aperture of hydrogen sulfide gas's content control governing valve 31 in the natural gas according to gathering, thereby the flow of the sulfur removal agent in the control entering casing 51, it is reasonable to realize to the fluctuation of hydrogen sulfide content in the gas well, the effect of adding medicine accurate sulfur removal is reached, prevent the waste of sulfur removal agent, whole process can realize automaticly, the human cost is reduced.

In the embodiment, the wind and light complementary power supply unit 1 is adopted to provide electric energy for the whole system, the wind and light complementary power supply unit 1 comprises the fan 11 and the solar panel 12, power can be supplied for the whole wellhead sulfur removal system in different environments, and the wind and light complementary power supply unit is used for gas wells which are relatively dispersed or are not matched with the wellhead.

The wellhead sulfur removal system in the embodiment also comprises an emergency cut-off protection unit, and when a plunger pump in the wellhead sulfur removal system stops working or a liquid storage tank does not contain a medicament, a circuit can be cut off in time, so that the safe operation of the system is ensured.

In order to facilitate the installation and the movement of the wellhead desulfurization system, all parts of the wellhead desulfurization system are fixed on a prying plate, so that the wellhead desulfurization system is convenient to be fixedly installed on a wellhead, the whole wellhead desulfurization system is convenient to move, and the desulfurization is carried out on different gas wells.

The automatic chemical feeding of the liquid storage tank 2, the size of the spraying flow and the protection unit can be automatically adjusted according to the hydrogen sulfide content in the natural gas in the whole process, the automation degree is high, the desulfurization can be realized while gas production, the well closing, the well killing and the injection of the desulfurizing agent into the well are not needed, the gas production efficiency is improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the economic benefit of the gas well is improved.

The natural gas is in the turbulent state after flowing through the contained angle, can carry out abundant mixing and reaction with the desulfurizing agent in the mixing passage, guaranteed that the desulfurizing agent can fully react when improving the desulfurizing agent flow, still can the efficient get rid of the hydrogen sulfide when the hydrogen sulfide gas content in the gas flow is big or gas is high, can directly reduce the hydrogen sulfide content in the gas to the settlement within range in spraying the sulphur removal device, need not remove sulphur again, reduced the sulphur removal cost.
