Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of anodes for aluminum electrolysis.

Background

In the aluminum electrolysis production process, the anode is one of the most important raw materials and consists of four parts, namely an aluminum guide rod, a steel claw, an explosion block and a carbon block. In the electrolytic aluminum production process, the high temperature causes the oxidation and corrosion of the steel claw feet. The diameter of the steel claw foot is 140mm, and the whole steel claw is scrapped when the diameter of a single claw foot is lower than 70 mm. The tracking measurement shows that the claw foot of the steel claw consumes 5 mm-7 mm of diameter in one period (35 days), and the service period of a new steel claw is 8-10 months. In order to improve the quality of the aluminum liquid and reduce the production cost, an aluminum electrolysis anode anti-corrosion steel claw is needed to be designed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provide the aluminum electrolysis anode anticorrosion steel claw with good anticorrosion performance and long service life.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

an aluminum electrolysis anode anticorrosion steel claw comprises a cross beam (2), an explosion block welding boss (3) welded at the top of the middle of the cross beam, and 4 vertical claw feet (1) uniformly welded on the bottom surface of the cross beam, wherein a nickel-chromium alloy layer (4) is welded on the surface of each claw foot; the nickel-chromium alloy layer is formed by welding an alloy welding rod containing nickel and chromium. When the nickel-chromium alloy welding rod is used for welding and coating, a high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel coating can be formed on the surface of the claw foot of the steel claw, and the austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and can continuously work at high temperature due to high percentage of chromium and nickel, so that the austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel has good high-temperature resistance. The nickel-chromium alloy coating layer is not corroded in the aluminum electrolysis use of the prior art, the quality of each welded claw foot coated with the nickel-chromium alloy coating layer is strictly checked, the nickel-chromium alloy coating layer is not allowed to be welded at a welding leakage position, and if the welding leakage position exists, the claw foot is corroded by high-temperature oxidation from the welding leakage position.

According to the invention, the nickel-chromium alloy layer is welded on the surface of each claw foot, so that the alloy layer with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance is formed on the surface of each claw foot, and the claw foot is greatly prevented from being corroded. The comparison test proves that after the steel claw foot welded with the nickel-chromium alloy layer is used for one period (35 days), the phenomena of high-temperature oxidation and corrosion do not occur, and the steel claw foot of the prior art which is not welded with the nickel-chromium alloy layer is oxidized and corroded at high temperature, so that the outer diameter is reduced by 7 mm. The invention can prolong the service life of the steel claw, reduce the production cost, reduce the corrosive components of the claw foot entering the aluminum liquid, improve the quality of the aluminum liquid and have good popularization and application prospects.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the aluminum electrolysis anode anticorrosion steel claw comprises a cross beam 2, an explosion block welding boss 3 welded at the top of the middle of the cross beam, and 4 vertical claw feet 1 uniformly welded on the bottom surface of the cross beam. The claw foot 1 is a part of a steel claw which can be oxidized and corroded by high temperature in the using process, and the surface of each claw foot is welded with a nickel-chromium alloy layer 4. The nickel-chromium alloy layer is formed by welding alloy welding rods containing nickel and chromium, the alloy welding rods containing nickel and chromium are directly purchased from the market, and the welding coating is a skill possessed by ordinary technicians in the field.

The invention only needs to weld a nichrome layer on the surface of the claw foot of the aluminum electrolysis anode steel claw in the prior art, has low manufacturing cost, can greatly prolong the service life of the aluminum electrolysis anode steel claw, improves the quality of aluminum liquid and reduces the production cost.
