An operation method of a cement telegraph pole detection stabilizer based on an information technology comprises the following specific steps:

secondly, by moving the circular ring plate 56, the camera 70 detects the surface of the telegraph pole 15, then when the circular ring plate 56 moves, the two gradienters 45 start to work, the numerical values at the two sides are compared, then the sliding block 60 compresses or stretches the first spring 58 when moving to avoid injury, then the sensor 57 senses the compression degree of the first spring 58, then the gradienter 45 and the sensor 57 are comprehensively compared, and then the information is analyzed, and then the information is transmitted to the cloud end through the information transmitter 28;

thirdly, after wind passes through the through groove 12, the fan blades 13 drive the free shaft 14 to rotate, so that the machine judges whether the machine needs to extend out for fastening, firstly, the stepping motor 41 is started, then the stepping shaft 43 rotates, the chain wheel 44 drives the chain wheel 72 to rotate through the chain 40, then the spline shaft 75 waits for the spline rod 74 to rotate, and then the spline rod 74 drives the fastening screw 23 to rotate downwards to extend out through threaded connection, and then the fastening screw is screwed into the ground for fastening;

fourthly, the motor 24 is started, the threaded shaft 18 rotates, the second threaded block 26 enables the hinged rod 20 to move upwards through threaded connection, the hydraulic cylinder 17 is started, the supporting plate 19 is pushed out, then the grounding plate 21 is popped out to contact the ground through the third spring 30, then the second threaded block 26 enables the supporting plate 19 to rotate around the hydraulic cylinder 17 through the hinged rod 20, then the stressed area is increased, and the grounding plate 21 supports the body 11 and stabilizes the bottom of the telegraph pole 15.
