1. A water meter disassembly alarm device is characterized by comprising:

A water meter removal alarm device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said urging portion includes a pressure block fixed to a side surface of the second plate and a second spring having one end fixed to an end surface of said pressure block, and wherein, in a process of fixedly connecting the first plate to the second plate, the other end of said second spring passes through the end surface hole to contact the force-bearing surface of the second pressure sensor, and after the first plate is fixedly connected to the second plate, said second spring is in a compressed state.

3. A water meter removal alarm device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said push portion includes:

A water meter detachment alarm device as claimed in claim 1, comprising a first pressure sensor, wherein a water storage hole is formed below the water passage in the water meter, the first pressure sensor is fixed to a side wall of the water storage hole, the first pressure sensor is used for transmitting sensed water pressure to the controller, and the controller transmits an alarm signal to the mobile terminal when the water pressure sensed by the first pressure sensor is suddenly reduced.

6. A water meter removal alarm device as claimed in claim 5, wherein said first pressure sensor is located proximate a bottom of the water storage hole.

7. A water meter removal alarm device as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a partition plate fixed to the opening of the water storage hole, the partition plate being provided with a communication hole.

8. A water meter removal alarm device as claimed in claim 7, wherein said partition is in the shape of a circular arc, and a central protrusion thereof is directed toward the bottom of the water storage hole in the partition, and said communication hole is located at an edge of the partition.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of water meters, in particular to a water meter dismounting alarm device.

Background

The water meter is an instrument for measuring water flow, mostly for measuring accumulated flow of water, and generally includes two types, namely a positive displacement water meter and a velocity water meter, and the water meter is generally installed on a main pipe for water inlet of a household.

The applicant found that: in life, the phenomenon that the water meter is privately dismantled is often found, so that economic losses of water supply enterprises are caused.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, an object of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide a water meter detachment alarm device, so as to solve the technical problem in the prior art that the water meter is frequently found to be privately detached in life, which causes economic loss in water supply enterprises.

In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present specification provide a water meter detachment alarm device, including:

the water meter comprises a water meter, a second flat plate and a first flat plate, wherein the side surface of the second flat plate is fixed at a water outlet and/or a water outlet of the water meter, the first flat plate corresponds to the second flat plate, the first flat plate is fixed at the end part of a water pipe, the first flat plate and the second flat plate are both provided with water through holes, and the first flat plate is fixedly connected with the corresponding second flat plate through bolts;

the second pressure sensor is fixed at the bottom of the end surface hole;

the thrust parts are fixed on the side surface of the second flat plate, correspond to the end surfaces one by one, and are in contact with the stress surface of the second pressure sensor and apply pressure to the second pressure sensor after the first flat plate is fixedly connected with the second flat plate;

the controller is fixed in the water meter, a wireless transmission module is arranged in the controller and used for being remotely connected with the mobile terminal, the second pressure sensor transmits the sensed pressure to the controller, and when the pressure is suddenly reduced, the controller transmits the alarm signal to the mobile terminal.

Furthermore, the thrust part comprises a pressing block fixed on the side surface of the second flat plate and a second spring with one end fixed on the end surface of the pressing block, in the process of fixedly connecting the first flat plate and the second flat plate, the other end of the second spring penetrates through the end surface hole to be in contact with the stress surface of the second pressure sensor, and after the first flat plate is fixedly connected with the second flat plate, the second spring is in a compressed state.

the first spring is positioned between the sliding plate and the second pressure sensor, one end of the first spring is fixed on the inner side surface of the second pressure sensor, and after the first flat plate is fixedly connected with the second flat plate, when the first electromagnet and the second electromagnet are both de-energized, the first spring is in a natural state; when the first electromagnet and the second electromagnet are electrified to generate mutually repulsive magnetic force, the first spring is in a compressed state.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the water meter is installed, the first flat plate is fixedly connected with the corresponding second flat plate through the bolt, after the connection, the thrust part is in contact with the stress surface of the second pressure sensor and applies pressure to the second pressure sensor, the second pressure sensor transmits the sensed pressure to the controller, and the first flat plate and the second flat plate are always in a fixed connection state when the water meter normally works, so that when the pressure is suddenly reduced, the connection relation between the first flat plate and the second flat plate is damaged by external factors, the controller transmits an alarm signal to the mobile terminal, and at the moment, a person with management responsibility on the water meter can receive the alarm signal, so that the alarm signal can be timely prevented, and the economic loss of a water supply enterprise is reduced.

Detailed Description

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, the present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

at least one end surface hole 16 arranged on the side surface of the first flat plate 3 and a second pressure sensor 15 fixed at the bottom of the end surface hole 16;

the thrust parts are fixed on the side surface of the second flat plate 4, correspond to the end surfaces one to one, and are in contact with the stress surface of the second pressure sensor 15 and apply pressure to the second pressure sensor 15 after the first flat plate 3 is fixedly connected with the second flat plate 4;

be fixed in the controller in water gauge 1, be equipped with wireless transmission module in the controller for with mobile terminal remote connection, the pressure transmission that second pressure sensor 15 will feel is to the controller in, when pressure reduces suddenly, the controller transmits alarm signal to mobile terminal.

There is provided a structure of a thrust portion, as shown in fig. 2, the thrust portion includes a pressing block 17 fixed on a side surface of the second plate 4 and a second spring 18 having one end fixed on an end surface of the pressing block 17, during the process of fixedly connecting the first plate 3 and the second plate 4, the other end of the second spring 18 passes through the end surface hole 16, contacts with a force bearing surface of the second pressure sensor 15, and after the first plate 3 and the second plate 4 are fixedly connected, the second spring 18 is in a compressed state, so that the second pressure sensor 15 will feel the elastic force of the second spring 18 and transmit the elastic force to the controller, and after the first plate 3 and the second plate 4 are not allowed to be separated, the second spring 18 returns to the original position, and the pressure felt by the second pressure sensor 15 will be suddenly reduced. Here, when the press block 17 is inserted into the end face hole 16, the bolt holes of the first plate 3 and the second plate 4 are also aligned to facilitate the bolt connection.

As shown in fig. 3, the thrust portion may include:

the electromagnet support comprises a fixed block 10 fixed on the side surface of the second flat plate 4 and first electromagnets 11 fixed inside the fixed block 10, wherein the fixed block 10 corresponds to end surface holes 16 one by one;

the first spring 14 is positioned between the sliding plate 12 and the second pressure sensor 15, one end of the first spring 14 is fixed on the inner side surface of the second pressure sensor 15, and after the first flat plate 3 is fixedly connected with the second flat plate 4, when the first electromagnet 11 and the second electromagnet 13 are both de-energized, the first spring 14 is in a natural state; when the first electromagnet 11 and the second electromagnet 13 are electrified to generate mutually repulsive magnetic force, the first spring 14 is in a compressed state.

Here, after the first plate 3 and the second plate 4 are fixedly connected, when both the first electromagnet 11 and the second electromagnet 13 are de-energized, the first spring 14 is in a natural state, and the second pressure sensor 15 will not sense the pressure, after a period of time, the first electromagnet 11 and the second electromagnet 13 are energized to generate mutually repulsive magnetic force, the first spring 14 is in a compressed state, and the second pressure sensor 15 will sense the pressure, wherein the period of time can be set to be 1 second or 2 seconds or 10 seconds, etc., by such regular energizing or de-energizing of the first electromagnet 11 and the second electromagnet 13, the first spring 14 can be switched in a compressed or natural state, so as to prevent the first spring 14 from being in a compressed state all the time, causing the first spring 14 to be out of work, when the first plate 3 and the second plate 4 are not allowed to be separated, one of the second pressure sensors 15 will not sense the pressure, at this time, an alarm signal can be sent out through the controller.

As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the water meter further includes a fingerprint recognition device 2 fixed to the water meter 1, and the fingerprint recognition device 2 is connected to the controller. The fingerprint recognition device 2 records a fingerprint allowing the water meter 1 to be detached, and after the water meter 1 is installed, the controller is activated through fingerprint recognition, so that the controller starts to collect data of the second pressure sensor 15, and when the water meter 1 needs to be replaced or maintained, the correct fingerprint is recognized again, so that the controller is temporarily closed.

As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a first pressure sensor 6 is included, a water storage hole 5 is arranged below a water passage in the water meter 1, the first pressure sensor 6 is fixed on a side wall of the water storage hole 5, the first pressure sensor 6 is used for transmitting sensed water pressure to a controller, and the controller transmits an alarm signal to the mobile terminal when the water pressure sensed by the first pressure sensor 6 is suddenly reduced.

In the embodiment, after water is supplied, a part of water enters the water storage hole 5, so that even if water is cut off, a part of water exists in the water storage hole 5, the first pressure sensor 6 collects the pressure of the water storage hole 5, and when the water pressure sensed by the first pressure sensor 6 is suddenly reduced, the controller transmits an alarm signal to the mobile terminal.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the first pressure sensor 6 is located near the bottom of the water storage hole 5.
