Background

An LED, also known as a light emitting diode, is a solid semiconductor device capable of converting electrical energy into visible light, which can directly convert electricity into light, the heart of the LED is a semiconductor wafer, one end of the wafer is attached to a support, the other end is a cathode, and the other end is connected to the anode of a power supply, so that the whole wafer is encapsulated by epoxy resin, and when an LED bulb is processed and produced, the LED bulb needs to be connected to a test to detect whether a connection joint and an internal circuit of the LED bulb are intact.

When the device is used, firstly, a standard threaded connector 702 of a workbench is connected with an external test power supply through an external power line 703, then the device is connected with an external air pump through an external interface 304, the air pump keeps air suction negative pressure through the external interface 304, then the rubber pressing block 1 can be adjusted according to an LED bulb corresponding to the test, so that the rubber pressing block 1 with the arc-shaped embedding groove 101 with the corresponding shape and size is selected, when the rubber pressing block 1 is installed and adjusted, the whole rubber pressing block 1 can be directly moved downwards, a positioning connecting column 2 above the rubber pressing block can be separated from a connecting sleeve 3, then a new corresponding rubber pressing block 1 is arranged under the connecting sleeve 3 and moved upwards, the positioning connecting column 2 is embedded into the connecting sleeve 3, and meanwhile, a fixed top ball 301 is also pushed by a pressing spring 302 to be naturally embedded into a fixed ball groove 201, so that the rubber pressing block 1 is installed and fixed, then, when testing is carried out, the arc surface of the LED bulb is upward, then the LED bulb naturally moves to the position below the rubber pressing block 1 through the elastic U-shaped frame 104, then the arc surface of the LED bulb is embedded into the arc embedding groove 101, the arc embedding groove 101 is attached to the upper portion of the LED bulb to fix the upper portion of the LED bulb, then the movable sliding frame 5 can integrally move downwards through the pressing handle 503, so that the linkage turntable 4 and the vertical linkage screw 401 synchronously move downwards, the vertical screw sleeve 604 outside the vertical linkage screw 401 is fixed to be different from the fixed connecting frame 603, so that the vertical screw sleeve 604 drives the vertical linkage screw 401 to naturally rotate, further the linkage turntable 4, the rubber pressing block 1 and the fixed LED bulb are driven to synchronously rotate, the LED bulb is naturally rotated and screwed into the standard threaded joint 702, meanwhile, the pressing block 502 is connected to be pressed above the pressing switch 704, and the pressing switch 704 is triggered to be closed, the standard threaded connector 702 is connected with electricity through the external power line 703 to supply power to the LED bulb for testing, after the LED bulb is lighted to finish testing, the pressure on the pressing handle 503 can be reduced, the movable sliding frame 5 can be pushed to move upwards through the reset spring 601, the vertical screw sleeve 604 drives the vertical linkage screw rod 401 to rotate reversely, the linkage rotary disc 4, the rubber pressing block 1 and the fixed LED bulb are driven to rotate synchronously and reversely, the LED bulb is naturally rotated to be screwed out of the standard threaded connector 702, meanwhile, the communicated pressing block 502 is also separated from the pressing switch 704, the pressing switch 704 naturally resets to be normally closed to disconnect the external power line 703, then the LED bulb which finishes testing can be taken out, and the whole testing work is finished.

The detection workbench for processing the LED lamp provided by the invention can be used for embedding and fixing the top of an LED bulb through the arc-shaped embedding groove 101 on the rubber pressing block 1, the standard threaded joint 702 is correspondingly arranged under the rubber pressing block 1, the rubber pressing block 1 is arranged on the linkage turntable 4 and can rotate along the linkage turntable 4, the whole rubber pressing block 1 can move downwards along the vertical guide post 6 to drive the fixed LED bulb to move to the standard threaded joint 702, when the vertical linkage screw 401 arranged on the vertical guide post 6 moves downwards synchronously, the rubber pressing block 1 and the LED bulb are driven to rotate through the fixed vertical thread sleeve 604 to drive the rubber pressing block 1 and the LED bulb to rotate synchronously, so that the LED bulb can be naturally screwed and installed in the standard threaded joint 702 to detect the LED bulb, and when the LED bulb is driven to move upwards by the whole rubber pressing block 1, the LED bulb can reversely rotate and is separated from the standard threaded joint 702, the detection is more convenient, and the detection efficiency is higher.
