Background

With the advance of the technology, electricity stealing phenomena are different day by day, and power supply departments often need to analyze and research various types of electric energy meters with hands and feet to control the bad behaviors and make next precautionary measures. During daily work, workers often need to access various types of intelligent meters and a negative control terminal into a power supply in an office to debug internet surfing parameters or check various parameters. Because the office does not have a complete set of power conversion equipment suitable for three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire electric energy meters and terminals, currently, metering workers often need to check or debug the metering device indoors, usually put the metering device on a check table, but cannot simulate the site, so that the workers often utilize the existing conditions to temporarily install the meter and connect the electricity to the metering device, and the method has potential risks in terms of safety and reliability. How to improve the efficiency of the temporary power supply and ensure the safety becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently.

SUMMARY OF THE PATENT FOR INVENTION

The inventor designs and develops an electric power metering device inspection box through long-term exploration and practice.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

Preferably, the internal system further comprises a flat turbofan positioned at the corner inside the box body, and the 220V single-phase power supply supplies electric energy to cool and dissipate heat of the power supply system.

Preferably, the tool platform is located above the internal system for placement of the easy access tool.

Preferably, a change-over switch is arranged on the front face of the box body, is connected with the power supply system, is used for power supply conversion of single-phase, three-phase four-wire and three-phase three-wire, and can be switched according to the type of the electric energy meter.

Preferably, the back of the box body is provided with a current transformer short-circuit wire which can be connected with current transformer equipment.

Preferably, the box is stainless steel structure, and the bottom of box is equipped with the universal wheel, but the nimble removal.

Preferably, the box upper cover adopts up-down folding and movable structure, is provided with plug-in foldable binding post, spout and electric energy meter hook on it, can operate the conversion to the binding post according to the electric energy meter type of adoption.

Preferably, a handle is arranged at the top of the upper cover of the box body.

The present invention and its embodiments will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The invention discloses an electric power metering device inspection box, which comprises a box body 1, a box body upper cover 2, a tool platform 5 and an internal system 7, wherein the internal system 7 is positioned in the box body and comprises a power supply system, a load and a protection system; according to the AC-DC-AC inversion principle, a power supply system builds a 1.5kW low-power supply conversion system on the basis of a 220V single-phase power supply as shown in FIG. 3, outputs two voltage signals through a TI 32-bit DSP controller of Texas instruments, amplifies the voltage signals through a driving circuit on one path, inputs the amplified voltage signals into a first IPM power module, outputs three-phase four-wire system power supply voltages (3 x 220/380V, 3 x 57.7(100V)), and further detects a three-phase four-wire electric energy meter; the other path of the voltage signal is amplified through the driving circuit, is input into the second IPM power module, outputs three-phase three-wire system power voltage (3 x 100V), and further detects the three-phase three-wire electric energy meter; the load adopts three slide rheostats to carry out load control, and a load loop can be controlled by changing the resistance value; the protection system utilizes the DSP to write a protection program, sets the functions of reverse input connection, undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, output overload, short circuit, overheating and phase deviation protection, and protects the safety of devices to the maximum extent. The internal system 7 further comprises a flat turbofan positioned at the inner corner of the box body 1, and the 220V single-phase power supply supplies electric energy to cool and dissipate heat for the power supply system. As shown in fig. 1, the upper cover 2 of the box body adopts a vertically folding and moving structure, and is provided with a plug-in foldable binding post 3, a sliding chute and an electric energy meter hook 4, and the binding post can be operated and converted according to the type of the electric energy meter; the top of the box body upper cover 2 is provided with a handle, so that the box body is convenient to hold by an operator. Above the internal system 7 is a tool platform 5, as shown in fig. 1, for temporary placement of various easy-to-handle tools. The front surface of the box body 1 is provided with a change-over switch 6 which is connected with the power supply system and used for power supply conversion of single-phase, three-phase four-wire and three-phase three-wire, and the change-over can be carried out according to the type of the electric energy meter detected in the actual operation. The box 1 is stainless steel construction, adopts high-quality 304 stainless steel to make, and the bottom of box 1 is equipped with the universal wheel, can realize 360 degrees rotatory nimble removals.

The back of the box 1 is provided with a current transformer short-circuit wire as shown in fig. 2, and can be connected with a current transformer device.

In a specific embodiment of the invention, an operator moves the device to the front of an electric energy meter to be detected through a handle at the top of a box upper cover 2 and universal wheels at the bottom of the box 1, as shown in fig. 1, the box upper cover 2 is opened, the gear of a change-over switch 6 is switched according to the type of the electric energy meter, the wiring of a plug-in type foldable wiring terminal 3 is completed, the electric energy meter is fixed through an electric energy meter hook 4, a short wiring line 8 of a current transformer can be plugged in the back of the box 1 as necessary, and necessary hardware tools are placed on a tool platform 5. And then, local parameter and network parameter setting and debugging can be carried out on corresponding electric energy meter types (single-phase and three-phase three-wire) and the negative control terminal, (the three-phase four-wire (3 x 1.5(6) A) electric energy meter can be connected with a current transformer by using a short connecting wire, so that the maximum current of the electric energy meter is not more than 6A), partial parameters of the non-upgraded negative control terminal are detected, and the qualified rate of the wire is ensured.
