Background

In the washing machine industry at present, the clothes partition cleaning is a difficult point of a pulsator washing machine, and how to clean small underwear and clean valuables such as glasses, ornaments, watch chains and the like is a problem to be solved by technical personnel in the field. At present, an inner basin cover is added in a washing machine, and partitioned hand washing and machine washing are realized. Although this scheme implements partition cleaning, it requires much user involvement and does not really liberate users. The washing machine integrates an ultrasonic generator on the washing machine to independently wash the glasses and the jewelry. But the proposal only simply cleans the glasses and the jewelry and has low degree of adaptability with the washing process of the washing machine.

Chinese patent application No. 201710501245.6, discloses a washing machine having an ultrasonic washing device, comprising: a housing, in which a washing tub is provided; an ultrasonic washing device which independently performs pretreatment of the laundry or washing of the laundry by using an ultrasonic washing method; the ultrasonic washing device can be arranged on the washing machine in a concealed mode. As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a pulsator washing machine, comprising an inner tub and a tub base 7, and further comprising a washing tub 1 movably disposed on the tub base 7, wherein the washing tub 1 has a position state above or in an opening of the inner tub. The washing machine is arranged to realize the partition washing function through the washing tank 1, in addition, the washing tank 1 and the disc seat 7 are movably arranged, and the washing tank 1 is provided with a position state above the opening of the inner barrel or in the opening of the inner barrel, so that the washing tank 1 lays a foundation for combining the washing procedures of the washing tank 1 and the inner barrel of the washing machine and realizing the automation of the washing tank 1.

The washing tank 1 can be rotatably connected with the disk seat 7, and articles in the washing tank can be poured into the inner barrel through the upper part of the inner barrel opening or the inner barrel opening in the overturning process of the washing tank 1. The user can manually overturn the cleaning tank 1 to topple over and reset to the inner barrel, or the cleaning tank 1 automatically overturns to topple over and reset to the inner barrel.

The driving device is electrically connected with a control module of the washing machine so as to realize that the washing machine controls the washing tank 1 to overturn and topple over towards the inner barrel or overturn and reset through controlling the driving device. Adopt the motor as drive arrangement, the motor purchase is convenient during washing machine production, adopts gear drive as drive mechanism has following advantage: stable transmission, accurate transmission ratio, reliable work, high efficiency, long service life and large range of used power, speed and size.

In one embodiment, wash bowl 1 is further provided with a pour spout 3, said pour spout 3 being positionable on a side wall of wash bowl 1 on a side remote from hinge axis 6 or on a side wall on a side close to hinge axis 6. When the pouring opening 3 is positioned on the side wall of one side far away from the hinge shaft 6, the side wall of one side of the cleaning tank 1 provided with the pouring opening 3 is positioned above the inner bucket opening, and other parts of the cleaning tank 1 can be arranged on the tray seat 7. In another embodiment, if the articles to be cleaned in the cleaning tank 1 are non-clothes, when the inner tub of the washing machine is also cleaning clothes, after the washing process of the cleaning tank 1 is completed, the washing machine triggers the reminding process to send a reminding signal to the user to remind the user to take out the articles to be cleaned, and when the user takes out the articles to be cleaned and the inner tub enters the rinsing or draining process, the driving device is controlled to operate to drive the cleaning tank 1 to turn over to pour the water in the cleaning tank 1 into the inner tub for draining. If the washing machine does not wash clothes in the inner barrel, after the washing process of the washing tank 1 is finished, the washing machine triggers the reminding process to send a reminding signal to a user to remind the user to take out the washed articles, and when the user takes out the washed articles, the inner barrel is controlled to enter the drainage process, and meanwhile, the driving device is controlled to operate to drive the washing tank 1 to overturn to pour water in the washing tank 1 into the inner barrel for drainage. The reminding signal can be one or more of voice broadcast, character display and light.

When the articles to be washed in the washing tank 1 are non-clothes, in order to determine whether the user takes out the articles to be washed when the washing process of the washing tank 1 is finished, a detection device can be arranged in the washing tank 1, the detection device is connected with the control module, and the specific detection device can be a photoelectric sensor or a camera. It is also possible to provide a removed wash item button on the control panel, i.e. by pressing the removed wash item button after the user has removed the wash item, the washing machine determines whether the user has removed the item from the washing tub 1.
