s3: hot-press molding: cleaning the mould, preheating the mould to 40-50 ℃, putting the raw materials into the mould, carrying out hot pressing on the mould through a hot press, controlling the hot pressing temperature to be 110-; the mould is preheated in advance, so that raw materials are prevented from being stuck on the inner wall of the mould, and the quality of the polyester fiber paper molding is improved by controlling the pressure and the temperature of a hot press;

As an embodiment of the present invention, the lower end of the substrate 2 is fixedly connected with a first block 24; the first block 24 is rotationally connected with a knife handle 25; the cutter handle 25 is close to one of the rolling rods 8, and the end part of the cutter handle 25 is fixedly connected with a blade 26; the end of one of the rollers 8 is provided with a blind hole 81; a round ball 82 is arranged at the orifice of the blind hole 81, and a spring 83 is arranged in the blind hole 81; one end of the spring 83 is connected to the bottom of the blind hole 81, and the other end of the spring is connected to the ball 82; when the device is used, the roller 8 drives the edge materials to move, and the edge materials are easy to wind on the roller 8 along with the increase of the length of the edge materials, so that the roller 8 is ineffective; therefore, in the invention, the blind holes 81 are arranged at the end parts of the rolling rods 8, the round balls 82 are arranged at the openings of the blind holes 81, so that the rolling rods 8 can drive the round balls 82 to rotate, the cutter handle 25 is close to one of the rolling rods 8, and the cutter handle 25 is rotatably connected with the first block 24, so that the round balls 82 can support the cutter handle 25, the cutter handle 25 is driven to rotate around the first block 24 until the end part of the cutter handle 25 moves to the lower end of the base plate 2, so that the cutter handle 25 cannot rotate continuously, because one end of the spring 83 is connected to the bottom of the blind hole 81, and the other end of the spring 83 is connected to the round balls 82, the round balls 82 can slide to the inside of the blind holes 81 along the blind holes 81, the cutter handle 25 is not hindered by the round balls 82 to move under the influence of the gravity of the cutter handle 82, so that the gravitational potential energy of the cutter handle 25 is converted into kinetic energy, because the cutter handle 26, thereby achieving the purpose that the blade 26 cuts the edge material continuously; according to the invention, the roller 8 drives the round ball 82 to rotate to be matched with the blade 26 on the knife handle 25 to rotate around the first block 24, so that the blade 26 continuously cuts the edge material, thereby avoiding the hidden trouble that the edge material is wound on the roller 8 due to overlong edge material, and further ensuring the running stability of the roller 8.

As an embodiment of the present invention, two blocks 261 are fixedly connected to two side surfaces of the blade 26; the second block 261 is of a corner structure, the end part of the second block 261 is arranged close to the rim charge, and the end part of the second block 261 is fixedly connected with a sharp needle 262; when the polyester fiber paper is used, due to the characteristic of strong toughness of the polyester fiber paper, the edge material is acted by the roller 8, so that the edge material below the roller 8 is in a shaking state, and the blade 26 cannot accurately cut off the edge material; therefore, in the invention, the two side surfaces of the blade 26 are fixedly connected with the second block 261, the second block 261 is of a corner structure, the blade 26 drives the second block 261 to be close to the rim charge, so that the rim charge is punctured through the end part of the second block 261, the sharp degree of the end part of the second block 261 is improved through fixedly connecting the sharp needle 262 on the end part of the second block 261, the rim charge is better punctured, the rim charge is fixed on the second block 261, and the rim charge is cut off through the blade 26; according to the invention, the cutter handle 25 drives the blade 26 to cut the edge materials and the second block 261 on the blade 26 to puncture and match the edge materials, so that the edge materials below the roller 8 cannot shake in the cutting process, and the edge materials below the roller 8 can be better cut.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the end of the knife handle 25 is provided with a spring 251; the elastic sheet 251 is contacted with the lower end of the substrate 2 under the rotation action of the tool handle 25; when the cutter is used, the gravity of the cutter handle 25 is limited, so that the gravitational potential energy of the cutter handle 25 is limited, and the cutting force of the cutter handle 25 driving the blade 26 to cut edge materials is limited; therefore, in the invention, the spherical ball 82 abuts against the knife handle 25 to rotate around the first block 24, so that the end part of the knife handle 25 is close to the lower end of the base plate 2, and the elastic sheet 251 is arranged at the end part of the knife handle 25, so that the spherical ball 82 abuts against the knife handle 25 to compress the elastic sheet 251 until the spherical ball 82 slides to the inside of the blind hole 81 along the blind hole 81, the elastic sheet 251 can drive the knife handle 25 to rotate around the first block 24 under the action of elasticity, and meanwhile, the knife handle 25 can also rotate around the first block 24 under the influence of self gravity, so that the elastic potential energy and the gravitational potential energy on the knife handle 25 are converted into kinetic energy, and the knife handle 25 drives the blade 26; according to the invention, the ball 82 drives the knife handle 25 to press the elastic sheet 251 against the lower end of the base plate 2 to match with the self gravity of the knife handle 25, so that the cutting force of the blade 26 on the rim charge below the roller 8 is improved, and the rim charge is cut better.

As an embodiment of the invention, a fixing rod 91 is fixedly connected to one side of the vertical plate 6 close to the base plate 2; the end of the fixing rod 91 is rotatably connected with a round block 92; the round block 92 is made of sandstone material, and the round block 92 is contacted with the outer surface of the round block 92 after the blade 26 moves; when the edge cutting device is used, when the blades 26 cut the edge materials at the lower end of the roller 8 for a long time, the blades 26 can be passivated, so that the sharpness of the blades 26 is influenced, and the operation of the edge cutting device is influenced by replacing the blades again; therefore, in the invention, the fixing rod 91 is fixedly connected to one side of the vertical plate 6 close to the base plate 2, and the round block 92 is arranged at the end part of the fixing rod 91, so that after the knife handle 25 drives the blade 26 to move, the blade 26 can be contacted with the round block 92, so that friction is generated between the blade 26 and the round block 92, the round block 92 is made of sandstone materials, so that the blade 26 can be sharpened by the round block 92, and the blade 26 has elasticity, so that the round block 92 is rotatably connected to the fixing rod 91, so that the blade 26 cannot be broken off in the friction between the blade 26 and the round block 92; according to the invention, the knife handle 25 drives the blade 26 to move and the round block 92 is rotatably connected to the vertical plate 6 through the fixing rod 91 to be matched, so that the blade 26 is continuously ground in the moving process, and the sharpness of the blade 26 is improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, the outer surface of the round block 92 is provided with a set of protrusions 921; the number of the protrusions 921 is at least two, the cross section of the protrusions 921 is semicircular, the protrusions 921 are subjected to sanding treatment, the protrusions 921 are evenly distributed on the outer surface of the round block 92, and the specifications of the protrusions 921 are gradually reduced; when in use, the friction force of the round block 92 on the blade 26 is limited, so that the polishing effect of the round block 92 on the blade 26 is influenced; therefore, in the invention, the group of protrusions 921 are arranged on the outer surface of the round block 92, the protrusions 921 are subjected to friction treatment, the friction force between the protrusions 921 and the blade 26 is increased, and the specifications of the two adjacent protrusions 921 are sequentially decreased, so that when the blade 26 rubs the cylindrical block, the cylindrical block is driven to rotate around the fixing rod 91 through the blade 26, and the protrusions 921 are driven to rub the blade 26 by the rotation of the fixing rod 91; according to the invention, the specifications of the protrusions 921 and the two adjacent protrusions 921 on the outer surface of the round block 92 are sequentially decreased progressively, so that two grinding effects of rough grinding and fine grinding of the round block 92 on the blade 26 are realized, and the performance of the blade 26 is further improved.

When the cutting device is used, a worker sequentially penetrates polyester fiber paper through the rotating rod 23 and the rollers 3, the first motor 4 is started to rotate, so that one roller 3 is driven to rotate, the polyester fiber paper is driven to move by being matched with the other roller 3, the rollers 3 are arranged close to one end of the base plate 2, the polyester fiber paper can be driven to slide at the upper end of the base plate 2 by the rollers 3, the roller table 21 is arranged at the upper end of the base plate 2, friction of the upper end of the base plate 2 on the polyester fiber paper is reduced by the roller table 21, the two side blocks 22 are fixedly connected to the two side surfaces of the base plate 2, the rotating rod 23 is rotatably connected between the two side blocks 22, the rotating rod 23 and the side blocks 22 are used for limiting the polyester fiber paper, the second motor 7 is started to rotate, the cutter 71 is driven to rotate by the second motor 7, the cutter 71 is used for cutting edges of the polyester fibers, the worker pulls cut edges to a crack between the two rolling rods 8, the third motor 9 is started to drive one of the rollers 8 to rotate, so that the edge material is driven to move, and the edge material cannot shake in the edge cutting process through the traction of the two rollers 8 on the edge material, so that the polyester fiber paper cannot be pulled; through the blind holes 81 arranged at the end parts of the rolling rods 8, the hole openings of the blind holes 81 are provided with the round balls 82, so that the rolling rods 8 can drive the round balls 82 to rotate, the knife handle 25 is close to one of the rolling rods 8, and the knife handle 25 is rotatably connected with the first block 24, so that the round balls 82 can support the knife handle 25, the knife handle 25 is driven to rotate around the first block 24 until the end part of the knife handle 25 moves to the lower end of the base plate 2, the end part of the knife handle 25 is provided with the elastic sheet 251, so that the round balls 82 can support the knife handle 25 to compress the elastic sheet 251, the knife handle 25 cannot rotate continuously, one end of the spring 83 is connected to the bottom of the blind holes 81, the other end of the spring is connected to the round balls 82, so that the round balls 82 can slide to the inside of the blind holes 81 along the blind holes 81, the elastic sheet 251 can drive the knife handle 25 to rotate around the first knife handle block 24 under the action of elasticity, and the knife, because the blade 26 is fixedly connected with the end part of the knife handle 25, the blade 26 can cut off the edge materials, the rolling rod 8 continues to rotate, and the round ball 82 props against the knife handle 25 to continue to move, so that the aim of continuously cutting the edge materials by the blade 26 is fulfilled; through fixedly connecting the second block 261 on the two side surfaces of the blade 26, the second block 261 is of an horny structure, the blade 26 can drive the second block 261 to be close to the rim charge, so that the rim charge is punctured through the end part of the second block 261, and the sharp needle 262 is fixedly connected with the end part of the second block 261, so that the sharpness of the end part of the second block 261 is improved, the rim charge is punctured better, the rim charge is fixed on the second block 261, and the rim charge is cut off through the blade 26; the fixing rod 91 is fixedly connected to one side, close to the base plate 2, of the vertical plate 6, the round block 92 is arranged at the end portion of the fixing rod 91, so that after the cutter handle 25 drives the blade 26 to move, the blade 26 can be in contact with the round block 92 and is rubbed with the round block 92, the round block 92 is made of sandstone materials, the round block 92 can sharper the blade 26 in a grinding mode, and the round block 92 is rotatably connected to the fixing rod 91 due to the fact that the blade 26 has elasticity, so that the blade 26 cannot be broken off in the process of rubbing with the round block 92; through being equipped with a set of protrusion 921 at the surface of circle piece 92, protrusion 921 has increased the frictional force with blade 26 through protrusion 921 through friction processing, and the specification of two adjacent protrusions 921 is decremented gradually simultaneously for when blade 26 rubs the cylinder piece, drive the cylinder piece through blade 26 and rotate around fixed rod 91, fixed rod 91 rotates and can drive protrusion 921 and rub blade 26.
