1. An antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating composition for the surface of paper, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:

25-30 parts of film-forming resin, 40-50 parts of water, 10-20 parts of wax emulsion, 1-5 parts of silane coupling agent, 2-20 parts of film-forming assistant and 1-5 parts of antibacterial and antiviral agent.

and B: adding a silane coupling agent and the wax emulsion into the solution A under the stirring condition to obtain emulsion B;

and C: adding an antibacterial and antiviral agent into the emulsion B under the stirring condition to obtain an antibacterial and antiviral coating;

step D: the antibacterial and antiviral coating is coated on the surface of paper to obtain the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating.

9. The production method according to claim 8, wherein in step a, the stirring conditions include: the temperature is 70-80 ℃, the stirring speed is 600-800 rpm, and the stirring time is 30-60 min.

10. The production method according to claim 8, wherein in step B, the stirring conditions include: the stirring speed is 800-1000 rpm, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.

11. The production method according to claim 8, wherein in step C, the stirring conditions include: the stirring speed is 400-600 rpm, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.

Use of the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating obtained by the method according to any one of claims 8 to 11 for preparing paper products against escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and influenza a virus.

Technical Field

The invention aims to solve the problems that the common paper product packaging material in the prior art cannot realize the functions of inhibiting and resisting the propagation of bacteria or viruses, and is very easy to absorb moisture, so that the surface is corroded by the moisture, collapses and disperses to lose the practical value, the application is limited and the like, and provides an antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating composition for the paper surface, a coating, a preparation method and application thereof. The waterproof coating provided by the invention has safe, quick-acting and efficient antibacterial and antiviral effects, can be widely applied to paper products, and meanwhile, the waterproof coating for the invention has the advantages of simple production process and low cost, and further expands the popularization and application range.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides in a first aspect an antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating composition for paper surface, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of film-forming resin, 40-50 parts of water, 10-20 parts of wax emulsion, 1-5 parts of silane coupling agent, 2-20 parts of film-forming assistant and 1-5 parts of antibacterial and antiviral agent.

Preferably, the film-forming resin is selected from one or more of styrene-acrylic resin, aqueous acrylic resin and ethylene-acrylic resin.

Preferably, the water is deionized or distilled water.

Preferably, the wax emulsion is a paraffin wax emulsion.

Preferably, the wax emulsion has a solid content of 40-50%.

Preferably, the silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of KH151, KH560 and KH 570.

Preferably, the coalescing agent is selected from one or more of diethylene glycol ethyl ether, dibutyl ether, n-butanol, propylene glycol and glycerol.

Preferably, the antibacterial and antiviral agent is a mixture of nano silver sol and an organic antibacterial agent.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing an antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating for a paper surface, the method comprising the steps of:

step A: dissolving the film-forming resin and the film-forming additive into water under the stirring condition to obtain a solution A, and cooling to room temperature;

and B: adding a silane coupling agent and the wax emulsion into the solution A under the stirring condition to obtain emulsion B;

And C: adding an antibacterial and antiviral agent into the emulsion B under the stirring condition to obtain an antibacterial and antiviral coating;

step D: the antibacterial and antiviral coating is coated on the surface of paper to obtain the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating.

Preferably, in step a, the stirring conditions include: the temperature is 70-80 ℃, the stirring speed is 600-800 rpm, and the stirring time is 30-60 min.

Preferably, in step B, the stirring conditions include: the stirring speed is 800-1000 rpm, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.

Preferably, in step C, the stirring conditions include: the stirring speed is 400-600 rpm, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.

In a third aspect, the invention provides an application of the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating composition or the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating prepared by the method in preparation of paper products for resisting escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and influenza a virus.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the antibacterial antiviral waterproof coating has simple processing technology, is easy to operate and is beneficial to industrial large-scale production;

(2) the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating is applied to the surface of a paper product, does not change the physical property and the printing property of paper, can prevent water penetration, has high-efficiency antibacterial and antiviral functions, and meets the requirements of quick sterilization and virus killing in the field of packaging.

The following describes in detail specific embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples. In the following examples, each material used was commercially available unless otherwise specified, and the method used was a conventional method in the art unless otherwise specified.

The endpoints of the ranges and any values disclosed herein are not limited to the precise range or value, and such ranges or values should be understood to encompass values close to those ranges or values. For ranges of values, between the endpoints of each of the ranges and the individual points, and between the individual points may be combined with each other to give one or more new ranges of values, and these ranges of values should be considered as specifically disclosed herein.

In a first aspect, the present invention provides an antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating composition for paper surface, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of film-forming resin, 40-50 parts of water, 10-20 parts of wax emulsion, 1-5 parts of silane coupling agent, 2-20 parts of film-forming assistant and 1-5 parts of antibacterial and antiviral agent.

The invention selects the film-forming resin, water, wax emulsion, silane coupling agent, film-forming auxiliary agent and antibacterial and antiviral agent composition which are specially matched to be used on the surface of paper products, does not change the physical property and printing property of paper, can prevent water penetration, has high-efficiency antibacterial function and simultaneously has high-efficiency antiviral function.

The film-forming resin is not particularly limited and may be a conventional film-forming resin selected by those skilled in the art, and in the method of the present invention, it is preferable that the film-forming resin is selected from one or more of styrene-acrylic resin, aqueous acrylic resin and ethylene-acrylic resin.

In the present invention, preferably, the water is deionized water or distilled water.

The wax emulsion is available from Nanjing Tianshi New materials science and technology Co., Ltd, and can be under the trade name LW-102, LW-103C or OE-6802. In the present invention, preferably, the wax emulsion has a solid content of 40 to 50%.

The silane coupling agent is not particularly limited and may be a conventional silane coupling agent selected by those skilled in the art, and in the present invention, it is preferable that the silane coupling agent is selected from one or more of KH151, KH560 and KH 570.

The above-mentioned film-forming assistant is not particularly limited, and may be a conventional film-forming assistant selected by those skilled in the art, and in the present invention, it is preferable that the film-forming assistant is one or more of diethylene glycol ethyl ether, dibutyl ether, n-butanol, propylene glycol, and glycerin.

In the present invention, preferably, the antibacterial and antiviral agent is a mixture of nano silver sol and an organic antibacterial agent.

The nano silver sol is a single silver sol with the average particle size of 20-30 nanometers, and the organic antibacterial agent can be one or more selected from trimethoxysilylpropyldimethyloctadecyl ammonium chloride, 2-octyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone, 4, 5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-3-isothiazolinone and chitosan.

The weight ratio of the nano silver sol to the organic antibacterial agent can be selected by those skilled in the art according to needs, and in order to further realize antibacterial and antiviral effects, in the invention, the weight ratio of the nano silver sol to the organic antibacterial agent is preferably 1 (0.8-1).

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing an antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating for a paper surface, the method comprising the steps of:

Step A: dissolving the film-forming resin and the film-forming additive into water under the stirring condition to obtain a solution A, and cooling to room temperature;

and B: adding a silane coupling agent and the wax emulsion into the solution A under the stirring condition to obtain emulsion B;

and C: adding an antibacterial and antiviral agent into the emulsion B under the stirring condition to obtain an antibacterial and antiviral coating;

step D: the antibacterial and antiviral coating is coated on the surface of paper to obtain the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating.

The preparation method of the antibacterial antiviral waterproof coating composition for the paper surface provided by the invention only needs to sequentially add the raw materials in sequence and stir uniformly, the production equipment investment is low, and the production flow is simple.

In the method of the present invention, preferably, in step a, the stirring conditions include: the temperature is 70-80 ℃, the stirring speed is 600-800 rpm, and the stirring time is 30-60 min.

In the method of the present invention, preferably, in step B, the stirring conditions include: the stirring speed is 800-1000 rpm, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.

In the method of the present invention, preferably, in step C, the stirring conditions include: the stirring speed is 400-600 rpm, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.

For the step D, the coating may be direct coating or printing coating, for example, the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating may be directly coated on the surface of the paper and then dried.

The direct coating method is not particularly limited, and may be roll coating, for example.

The drying method is not particularly limited, and for example, drying at room temperature or drying with hot air may be employed, and the temperature of hot air drying may be 100 to 180 ℃.

The paper to be used is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, commercially available kraft paper.

The coating amount is not particularly limited, and in the method of the present invention, the coating amount is preferably 10 to 15g/m2

In a third aspect, the invention provides an application of the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating composition for paper surfaces or the antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating for paper surfaces prepared by the method in preparation of paper products for resisting escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and influenza a viruses.

In order to illustrate the present invention in more detail, the following will specifically describe the preparation method of an antibacterial and antiviral waterproof coating composition for paper surface according to the present invention with reference to the following examples.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
