Background
Along with the deep development of petroleum, the difficulty of petroleum resource exploitation is higher and higher, the depth of petroleum burial is deeper and deeper, and the complexity of stratum is higher and higher. As shown in fig. 1, due to the above-mentioned limitations, it is required to make a plurality of casing 901 when designing a deep structure of a well, and it takes a long time for a drill pipe to reach a target zone during drilling. In this case, various operations may be performed inside the casing 901, such as: cementing, salvaging the junk, setting the casing, logging and the like. After these operations are finished, foreign matters 902 such as debris and cement lumps may adhere to the outer wall of the casing 901, and a large amount of adhesion and accumulation of the foreign matters 902 may cause a hazard to the subsequent operation of the drilling equipment, and therefore, it is an essential operation to clean the inner wall of the casing 901 to remove the adhered foreign matters 901.
In addition, in many large oil fields, in order to increase the production and maintain the production, operations such as production increase and casing damage repair are required to be performed on old wells, for example, operations such as lateral drilling of old wells, and repair of expanded pipes, and before these operations are performed, the inner wall of the casing 901 needs to be cleaned to remove foreign matters 902 such as oil blocks and wax blocks remaining on the inner wall of the casing 901 due to long-term operation, and the cleaning operation of the inner wall of the casing 901 has a great influence on the next operation.
Finally, the drifting operation is performed before casing 901 or some special operation, which also requires cleaning the inside of casing 901 to meet the requirements of casing or special operation.
Aiming at the problems that in the related art, foreign matters 902 are adhered to the inner wall of the casing 901 after long-term operation, so that drilling equipment is damaged, and the petroleum yield is influenced, an effective solution is not provided at present.
Therefore, the inventor provides a combined casing cleaning device by virtue of experience and practice of related industries for many years so as to overcome the defects of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a combined casing cleaning device which can be used for sequentially carrying out washing, metal scraping, flexible scraping and magnet adsorption treatment on foreign matters adhered to the inner wall of a casing, so that a good cleaning effect on the foreign matters on the inner wall of the casing is ensured, the service lives of the casing and a drilling tool are prolonged, in addition, the metal foreign matters with large volume after being cleaned are adsorbed by a magnet and cannot fall into a well, the damage to equipment is avoided, and the safety of drilling operation is greatly improved.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the magnet adsorbing assembly includes a magnet adsorbing member main body, a plurality of magnets, and a plurality of protective covers corresponding to the magnets, the magnet adsorbing member main body is a tubular structure, a plurality of accommodating grooves are circumferentially formed on an outer wall of the magnet adsorbing member main body, the plurality of magnets are correspondingly embedded in the accommodating grooves, the protective covers cover the outer sides of the magnets, and edges of the protective covers are fixed on the outer wall of the magnet adsorbing member main body.
