Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of rock blasting monitoring engineering, in particular to a device and a method for mounting a blasting pressure sensor of a deep and long blast hole.

Background

The direct measurement of the pressure of the wall of the rock blast hole is always a very interesting and difficult problem to solve in the impact blasting engineering, is concerned by scientific researchers in all countries around the world and becomes a long-standing scientific research hotspot. Particularly, the pressure of the borehole wall at different positions in the borehole, the pressure variation, the pressure distribution, the pressure duration and other parameters need to be selected and directly installed on the borehole wall, and therefore a certain technical means needs to be adopted.

The PVDF piezoelectric film pressure sensor has the advantages of wide pressure measuring range (0-20GPa), fast dynamic frequency response (nanosecond level), wide frequency band response (103Hz-109Hz), high mechanical strength, soft texture, high toughness and the like, and can be adhered to the wall of a gun hole to directly measure the impact load generated by blasting after proper protective measures are taken.

In order to obtain the blast hole explosion pressure at different positions from the explosive, the sensor needs to be adhered to the hole wall of the blast hole at different depths. Generally, the depth of a rock blast hole reaches several meters or even tens of meters, and the aperture is mostly between 50 mm-100 mm, therefore, pasting the sensor under this kind of long and narrow environment is a difficult and loaded down with trivial details work, especially the hole depth is greater than the position more than 1m, hardly makes the sensor effectively fixed, and pastes the position and produces the deviation easily, and this kind of deviation can make this probably lead to the unable effectual test result of accuracy that obtains.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a device and a method for mounting a deep and long blast hole blasting pressure sensor, and aims to solve the problems that the conventional blasting pressure sensor is easy to deviate in mounting position and high in mounting difficulty.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a burst pressure sensor mounting device for a long and deep blast hole, including:

the device comprises a handle, a connecting rod, a rod stabilizer, an expansion rubber ring, an aluminum foil and a blasting pressure sensor, wherein the handle is connected with the connecting rod, the rod stabilizer is arranged on the connecting rod and used for stably installing the device in a blast hole, the tail end of the connecting rod is provided with the expansion rubber ring, the surface of the expansion rubber ring is provided with the aluminum foil through double-sided adhesive tape adhesion, and the aluminum foil is used for installing the blasting pressure sensor;

the inflator is provided with an inflation tube, the inflation tube penetrates through the rod stabilizer, and the tail end of the inflation tube is communicated with the expandable rubber ring.

As shown in fig. 3, an angle indicator plate 9 is mounted on the connecting rod 2, and the angle indicator plate 9 can indicate the axial rotation angle of the mounting device in real time, so as to help determine the mounting angle of the burst pressure sensor 6.

The burst pressure sensor 6 is provided with a signal wire 10, the signal wire 10 penetrates through the rod stabilizer 3 and is connected with a burst pressure tester 11 arranged outside, and the pressure condition in the blast hole can be received through the burst pressure tester 11 arranged outside.
