The invention relates to a full-automatic online sampling type liquid density measuring device, in particular to a weighing device which is isolated from a system during density measurement.

Background

When the density of the slurry in the desulfurization reaction tower exceeds a limit value, a slurry replacement measure in the tower is immediately adopted to remove part of high-density slurry and supplement part of fresh desulfurization original slurry.

At present, two methods for measuring the density of slurry on line are adopted in the flue gas desulfurization process of a coal-fired boiler.

One method is as follows: the double-differential-pressure liquid level measurement mode is that two double-flange differential pressure transmitters are arranged on the side wall of the desulfurization tower body, and a pressure taking port at the upper end is at one elevation; the lower pressure taking port is below the normal liquid level of the slurry, the difference between the lower pressure taking ports of the two differential pressure transmitters is a standard interval, and the differential pressure value formed by the slurry between the standard intervals is compared with the differential pressure value formed by the standard water, so that the density value of the slurry in the tower is calculated. However, this method has the disadvantages that the liquid level in the tower is changed by the fluctuation of the smoke pressure, which affects the accurate measurement of the liquid level, and it is difficult to ensure the calculated value of the slurry density. Yet another approach is: an online density measuring instrument is arranged on an outlet pipeline of the slurry circulating pump outside the tower. Because the online densitometer has strict limitation on the flow velocity of the slurry, the flow velocity is high, the measurement precision is influenced, the flow velocity is low, and larger-particle dust particles in the slurry cannot smoothly flow through the online densitometer, so that the online densitometer is easily blocked.

The on-line weighing type densimeter is invented by the other people, but when weighing, the weighing device is connected with a valve or an electric cable of the system, the weighing weight is large, and the measuring accuracy is influenced.

Aiming at the current situation, a full-automatic online weighing fluid densimeter which is convenient to operate, accurate in metering and capable of isolating a system and dumping a sample is urgently needed.
