As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, a sensor 17 for counting is disposed at the discharge port 7 of the magazine 5, and a counting structure cooperating with the sensor 17 is disposed on the sheet-like article 18. Through the cooperation of sensor 17 and count structure, can be used for calibrating the position of material area, can count simultaneously, can remind maintainer when the material area is running out soon. As shown in fig. 4, the cutting mechanism is located at the discharge opening 7 of the magazine 5 or at the outer end of the discharge opening 7, and the cutting mechanism includes:

a support table 21 aligned with the discharge opening 7;

a cutting blade 22 having a mounting end 23 and a movable end 24, the mounting end 23 being rotatably mounted on one side of the discharge port 7, the movable end 24 being located on the other side of the discharge port 7, the cutting blade 22 having a first position in which the sheet goods 18 can pass through the space between the support table 21 and the cutting blade 22 and a second position in which the sheet goods 18 cannot pass through the space between the support table 21 and the cutting blade 22 when the cutting blade 22 is in the second position;

a cutting drive member 25 including a movable block 26 capable of reciprocating;

and a connecting piece 27, one end of which is fixed with the moving block 26, and the other end of which is hinged with the movable end 24 of the cutting blade 22.

the anti-disengaging hook 35 is arranged at one end of the material box component 4 close to the rear cover 2;

the positioning piece 36 is movably arranged on the rear cover 2, the positioning piece 36 is provided with a locking working position and an unlocking working position, when the working position is locked, the anti-unhooking hook 35 is clamped on the positioning piece 36, the material box assembly 4 cannot be taken out of the shell 1, when the working position is unlocked, the positioning piece 36 is separated from the anti-unhooking hook 35, and the material box assembly 4 can be taken out of the shell 1;

a first elastic member 37 for keeping the positioning member 36 in the locking operation position;

the unlocking element 38 is used for overcoming the elastic force of the first elastic element 37 and driving the positioning element 36 to switch from the locking working position to the unlocking working position.

The replacement structure is convenient to disassemble, assemble and maintain, when the material box assembly 4 needs to supplement materials, the unlocking element 38 is controlled to work to drive the positioning piece 36 to switch from the locking working position to the unlocking working position, at the moment, the positioning piece 36 is separated from the anti-disengaging hook 35, the material box assembly 4 can be integrally taken out of the shell 1, and a maintainer can conveniently operate the material box assembly 4 to supplement the materials; after the replenishment, the magazine assembly 4 is pushed into the housing 1 again, so that the anti-release hook 35 is locked on the retainer 36.

In actual use, the unlocking element 38 can be controlled to unlock in the field or remotely by scanning the two-dimensional code and the like.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, one end of the cartridge assembly 4 close to the rear cover 2 further has a first positioning portion 39, the rear cover 2 has a second positioning portion 40 matching with the first positioning portion 39, and the cartridge assembly 4 and the rear cover 2 are precisely aligned by matching of the first positioning portion 39 and the second positioning portion 40. The cooperation through reference column and constant head tank can realize direction and accurate positioning.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the embodiment, a second elastic member 41 is further disposed between the magazine assembly 4 and the rear cover 2, and the second elastic member 41 is used for ejecting the magazine assembly 4 to the outside when the positioning member 36 is located at the unlocking position. Through setting up second elastic element, when unblock element 38 work and make locating piece 36 be in unblock operating position, can pop out magazine subassembly 4 a short distance to the outside, make things convenient for the maintainer to take out magazine subassembly 4 with the hand.

In the present embodiment, the first positioning portion 39 is a positioning column, the second positioning portion 40 is a positioning groove, and the second elastic element 41 is a spring installed in the positioning groove. In other embodiments, the first positioning portion 39 can be a positioning groove, and the second positioning portion 40 can be a positioning column.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the embodiment, one end of the magazine assembly 4 close to the rear cover 2 is provided with a switching panel 42, the rear cover 2 is further provided with a power panel 43, and after the magazine assembly 4 is inserted into the housing 1, the switching panel 42 is electrically contacted with the power panel 43;

as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the outfeed device further comprises a front panel 3 connected to the cartridge assembly 4. One side of the front panel 3, which is back to the user, is fixed with the material box component 4, the front panel 3 cannot be disassembled in the power-off state, and the discharging device has a reliable anti-theft function. Through setting up switching electroplax 42 and power panel 43 electrical property, magazine subassembly 4 that does not need to set up the battery, can reduce magazine subassembly 4's volume and weight.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the embodiment, the rear cover 2 has a sliding slot 44, the positioning element 36 is a rod slidably mounted on the sliding slot 44, the first elastic element 37 is a tension spring, one end of the first elastic element 37 is connected to the rear cover 2, and the other end is connected to the positioning element 36.

In practice, the unlocking element 38 may be a cylinder, an electromagnet or an electric push rod. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the unlocking element 38 is an unlocking motor, a cam 45 is installed on an output shaft of the unlocking motor, the cam 45 is matched with the positioning member 36, and the positioning member 36 can be driven to switch from the locking working position to the unlocking working position by the rotation of the cam 45.

As shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the cam 45 includes a disc 46 and a gradually-changing protrusion 47 located on an end surface of the disc 46, and the gradually-changing protrusion 47 is engaged with the positioning element 36.

As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, a positioning sensor 48 is mounted on the rear cover 2, and a feedback portion 49 is fixed to an output shaft of the unlocking motor, and the feedback portion 49 is used for triggering the positioning sensor 48. The position of the feedback part 49, that is, the working position of the retainer 36 can be accurately determined by the cooperation of the positioning sensor 48 and the feedback part 49, and the replacement structure is highly reliable.

Example 2

The present embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that the cutting blade 22 is different, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the end of the cutting blade 22 at the mounting end 23 is provided with a shaped evasion opening 33, and the end of the outer package joint of two adjacent sheet-like articles close to the mounting end 23 is provided with a preset cutting gap; the shaped relief opening 33 comprises a relief sidewall 34, the relief sidewall 34 facing the separation opening when the cutting blade 22 is in the first position and the sheet article is moved to the cutting position. The arrangement of the special-shaped avoiding opening 33 and the cutting opening can enable the whole structure to be more compact (the cutting amplitude can be reduced), and the special-shaped avoiding opening is particularly suitable for sheet materials with certain thickness, such as condoms and the like.

In the present embodiment, when the cutting blade 22 is in the first position, the bypass sidewall 34 is parallel to the support table 21.
