The rotor member 110 and the push rod member 210 of the present embodiment have two pushing arms 1b and two driven arms 1a, and at least two pushing arms are centrosymmetric, so that the uniform force on both sides can be ensured, the balance can be maintained, the skew and the clamping stagnation can be prevented, and the service life can be prolonged. It is understood that rotation can be achieved by providing only one of the driven slope 3a and the push slope 3 b. In addition, the number of the pushing arms 1b and the number of the driven arms 1a may be one, and the rotor member 110 may be pushed to rotate, or the number of the pushing arms 1b and the number of the driven arms 1a may be three or more, and the three or more are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and balance may be improved as well.

The upper and lower abdicating grooves 2a and 2b of the present embodiment are both U-shaped. Referring to fig. 7-8, the rotor 110 is provided with a limiting groove 112 recessed toward the center of a circle on a side surface corresponding to a position between two ends of two driven arms 1a, the side edge of the rotor 110 is recessed toward the center corresponding to the valley 2 to form the limiting groove 112, the upper shell 130 is provided with a limiting shaft 134 inserted into the limiting groove 112 to limit on one side corresponding to the pivot 131, a distance from the limiting shaft 134 to the center of the rotor 110 is smaller than a distance from the protrusion 1 of the rotor 110 to the center of the rotor 110, and the limiting shaft 134 is used for blocking two side walls of the limiting groove 112 opposite to each other in the circumferential direction when the rotor 110 rotates. When the pivot hole 1100 of the rotor 110 is sleeved on the pivot 131, the limiting groove 112 is sleeved on the corresponding limiting shaft 134, and the limiting groove 112 can effectively utilize the space near the valley 2 on the sawtooth structure, so that the rotor 110 drives the two opposite side walls of the limiting groove 112 to respectively approach or separate from the limiting shaft 134 when rotating, and the two opposite side walls of the limiting groove 112 are blocked by the limiting shaft 134 to limit the rotating angle of the rotor 110.

The micro switch 220 can simultaneously realize on-site indication switching on and off and transmission switching on and off electric signals, and can meet the switching on and off indication function without much improvement on the existing switching device.

The number of the micro switches 220 in this embodiment is two, which corresponds to the number of the driven arms 1a, wherein one micro switch 220 can be used for providing an electrical signal for opening and closing, so as to prompt the working state of the circuit breaker on site or remotely, and the other micro switch 220 can be connected with an alarm unit, or can be connected with other devices in a standby mode. In addition, the two microswitches 220 of the present embodiment are symmetrically arranged in the left-right direction, the two trigger arms 160 can only close one of the microswitches 220 at the same time, the two microswitches 220 can also be arranged in the central symmetry, and the two trigger arms 160 can close the two microswitches 220 at the same time. In addition, only one or more than three micro switches 220 may be provided, and the number of the trigger arms 160 may be adjusted accordingly, or one trigger arm 160 may cooperate with a plurality of micro switches 220, all falling within the scope of the present invention.

after the reset element 120 and the rotor element 110 are respectively sleeved on the pivot 131, the limit groove 112 on the rotor element 110 is sleeved on the corresponding limit shaft 134, one end of the reset element 120 is attached to the side surface of the limit shaft 134, and the other end is attached to the side surface of the fixed column 113, the reset element 120 pushes the rotor element 110 to enable the side wall of one side of the limit groove 112 to be abutted against the limit shaft 134 to keep balance, and the other side wall of the limit groove 112 opposite to the side is spaced from the limit shaft 134 to ensure that the rotor element 110 can rotate.

The assembly process of the push rod mechanism 200 is as follows:

the guide blocks 252 formed at the outer sides of the push arms 1b at both sides of the push rod member 210 are aligned with the guide grooves 251 of the guide mechanism, the push rod part 212 of the push rod member 210 is inserted through the through hole 236 of the bottom surface of the lower case 230 while the guide blocks 252 are inserted into the corresponding guide grooves 251 to prevent the push rod member 210 from rotating, the bottom of the push rod part 240 is inserted into the spring groove 214 at one side of the push plate part 211, and the two micro switches 220 are respectively fitted between the two pairs of clamping plates 231 at both sides of the lower case 230.

Finally, the spacer 140 of the rotor mechanism 100 is aligned with the top of the pressing member 240, the upper casing 140 is pressed down on the lower casing 230, the locking slots 133 on the two sides of the upper casing 140 are locked on the locking tabs 233 on the two sides of the lower casing 230, the spacer 140 of the rotor mechanism 100 is pressed on the top of the pressing member 240, and the pressing member 240 pushes the pushing plate portion 211 to abut against the bottom surface of the lower casing 230 corresponding to the periphery of the through hole 236 for limiting.

As shown in fig. 2-3, when the circuit breaker is in the closing position, no force acts on the contact support 320 of the circuit breaker on the push rod 210, the push rod 210 is in a free state, one end of the pressing member 240 acts on the gasket 140, the other end of the pressing member 240 acts on the push plate portion 212 of the push rod 210, the side surface of the push plate portion 211 away from the pressing member 240 is tightly attached to the bottom surface of the lower case 230, and at this time, the push rod portion 212 may contact with the contact support 320, or a certain gap may be left.

Meanwhile, the rotor member 110 stays at the free position shown in fig. 7 by the torsion spring 15 of the restoring member 120, and the push slope 3b of the push rod member 210 is closely attached to the driven slope 3a of the rotor member 110.

At this time, the indication mark 111 representing "close" on the rotor 110 is presented in the indication window 310 of the circuit breaker housing 300, indicating that the circuit breaker is in the close position.

As shown in fig. 4-5, when the circuit breaker is switched from a closing state to an opening state, the contact support 320 pushes the arc surface 215 at the bottom of the push rod 210, so that the push rod 210 tends to move linearly in an upward direction, when the acting force is sufficient to overcome the friction force between the reset member 120, the pressing member 240, the pushing inclined surface 3b and the driven inclined surface 3a, the push rod 210 moves upward and pushes the driven inclined surface 3a through the pushing inclined surface 3b, so that the rotor member 110 rotates clockwise, the driven arm 1a provided with the driven inclined surface 3a on the rotor member 110 is driven to be inserted into the lower abdicating groove 2b, until the circuit breaker is in the opening state, the contact support 320 stops moving, the driven arm 1a is stopped by the sidewall of the lower abdicating groove 2b, the rotor member 110 rotates to a position, and the reset member 120 cannot drive the rotor member 110 to reset. At this time, the indication mark 111 representing "open brake" on the rotor member 110 is presented in the indication window 310 of the circuit breaker housing 300, indicating that the circuit breaker is in the open brake position.
