Referring to fig. 1, the lifting hot pot comprises a main machine 1, a pot body 2 arranged on the main machine 1 and a food basket 3 arranged in the pot body 2, wherein the surface of the food basket 3 is provided with a plurality of meshes for conveniently lifting food and draining water to the food, a sleeve 21 is arranged in the pot body 2 from top to bottom, the food basket 3 is lifted up and down relative to the pot body 2 through the main machine 1 and a lifting mechanism arranged in the sleeve 21, specifically, a food basket transmission part is arranged in the middle of the food basket 3 and is used for being arranged on the lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting rod 4 which can slide up and down in a sleeve 21 and a driving motor 5 arranged on the main machine 1, the upper and lower ends of the lifting rod 4 respectively penetrate through the sleeve 21, the food basket 3 (i.e. the food basket transmission part) is arranged at the upper end of the lifting rod 4, the driving motor 5 is provided with a driving head 51 which can stretch up and down, and the driving head 51 is connected with the lower end of the lifting rod 4.
