after a large number of tests are carried out, a second scheme is selected, namely, a condition which is communicated with the atmosphere and can change the volume is created, the liquid leakage and leakage conditions of the silicone membrane 14 caused by the change of temperature and air pressure can be effectively solved, the expansion volume of the elastic volume expansion device 15 is smaller than the liquid outlet volume of the pressing pump head 12 during single pressing, and the silicone membrane 14 can be opened on the premise that the liquid outlet volume of the soap liquid of the pressing pump head 12 during single pressing meets the soap liquid volume required by the expansion and pressure accumulation of the elastic volume expansion device 15; the liquid outlet 121 is connected to the soap liquid flow passage 13 in a vertically upward or obliquely upward manner, so that bubbles in the liquid outlet 121 and the soap liquid flow passage 13 can float upward and be discharged or discharged first, air in the liquid outlet 121 and the soap liquid flow passage 13 can be discharged as much as possible, and liquid leakage of the silicone membrane 14 due to temperature and air pressure changes can be reduced.

In this embodiment, the end of the soap liquid flow channel 13 opposite to the end connected to the liquid outlet 121 extends vertically upward or extends obliquely upward to the highest point, and the rear end portion of the end is arranged close to the highest point and is inclined downward or is arranged vertically downward, and the silicone membrane 14 is located at the end of the soap liquid flow channel 13 at the highest point and is inclined downward or is arranged close to the end of the soap liquid flow channel 13.

In the above structure, the air bubbles accidentally entering the soap liquid flow passage 13 can be accumulated at the highest point of the soap liquid flow passage 13, so that the air bubbles can be discharged first when the slit 141 of the silicone membrane sheet 14 is opened.

In this embodiment, the opening pressure threshold of the slit 141 of the silicone membrane 14 is greater than the pressure threshold for maintaining the opened state of the slit 141.

In the above structure, it is a feature of the conventional silicone diaphragm 14 that the opening pressure threshold of the slit 141 of the silicone diaphragm 14 is larger than the pressure threshold for maintaining the opened state of the slit 141.

In this embodiment, an expansion window 131 is disposed at an upstream position of the soap liquid flow channel 13 where the silicone membrane 14 is disposed, and the elastic volume expansion device 15 is an elastic rubber membrane 151 disposed on the expansion window 131.

In the above structure, the opening position of the expansion window 131 is preferably a position close to the silicone membrane 14, so that the pushing force of the elastic rubber membrane 151 on the soap liquid is more sensitive when the elastic rubber membrane is contracted after being expanded and stored outwards, and the influence of the soap liquid in the soap liquid flow passage 13 due to fluid resistance is reduced.

In this embodiment, when the soap solution flow passage 13 is disposed obliquely, the opening of the expansion window 131 faces the ground.

In the above structure, it is possible to prevent the bubbles in the soap solution from being collected in the elastic rubber film 151 due to the upward swelling when the elastic rubber film 151 is expanded, which is advantageous to guide the bubbles in the soap solution to be collected toward the highest position of the soap solution flow passage 13.

In this embodiment, a plurality of uniformly distributed unidirectional expansion columns 152 are adhered to a surface of the elastic rubber film 151 facing away from the inner cavity of the soap liquid flow channel 13, and the unidirectional expansion columns 152 are closely abutted against each other before the elastic rubber film 151 deforms.

In the above structure, the unidirectional expansion columns 152 are radially separated from each other and are extended by a distance when the elastic rubber film 151 expands and deforms and protrudes outward, so that the expansion of the elastic rubber film 151 is not restricted, when the pressing pump head 12 is pressed down, the elastic rubber film 151 presses the accumulated pressure soap out of the slit 141 under the action of its own elasticity, the liquid outlet 121 and the soap flow passage 13 will have a certain probability of negative pressure when the pressing pump head 12 is reset or the pressing pump head 12 is not pressed again for a long time, so that the elastic rubber film 151 is recessed toward the inner wall of the soap flow passage 13, and the unidirectional expansion columns 152 can mutually press and abut against each other when the elastic rubber film 151 is recessed toward the inner wall of the soap flow passage 13, so as to restrict the inward concave deformation of the elastic rubber film 151, thereby avoiding the increase of the volume of the soap required for restoring the pressure accumulation state of the elastic rubber film 151 when the pressing pump head 12 is pressed down again, the problem that the liquid cannot be discharged after pressing is easily induced.

In this embodiment, the cross-section of the unidirectional expansion column 152 is circular, isosceles triangle, square, or hexagon.

In the above structure, the cross-sections of the unidirectional expansion columns 152 are preferably circular and arranged in a honeycomb shape, a certain gap can be generated between adjacent circular unidirectional expansion columns 152 to accommodate dust impurities, and the possibility that the elastic rubber film 151 is not reset in place due to the fact that the unidirectional expansion columns 152 cannot be drawn close to each other due to the dust impurities existing between the unidirectional expansion columns 152 is reduced.

In this embodiment, the silicone membrane 14 is clamped at the outlet 132 of the soap flow channel 13 by a clamp ring 142.

In the structure, the silicon membrane 14 is convenient to replace when damaged.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the problem that residual soap liquid in the existing soap liquid outlet is prone to caking, a silica gel membrane 14 in the prior art is used as an opening and closing element of the soap liquid flow channel 13 and is arranged in the soap liquid flow channel 13 (the structure of the silica gel membrane 14 refers to the structure of a bottle cap of a squeal sports beverage produced by farmer mountain spring), as the working condition of the silica gel membrane 14 needs to meet certain pressure, a slit 141 can be opened, the slit 141 is opened under pressure, soap liquid is sprayed out in a spraying state, the slit 141 can be closed in time and the soap liquid is cut off rapidly when the pressure is reduced to a certain threshold value, the situation that the adhesion and accumulation of the soap liquid at the position of the outlet 132 of the soap liquid flow channel 13 cause water evaporation and hardening caking is avoided; however, in the actual research and test process, the silicone membrane 14 in the prior art cannot meet the requirement that the soap solution is not adhered completely, and the specific reasons are as follows: the pressure conditions of the using positions of the silica gel membrane 14 are different, when the silica gel membrane is used for a common beverage plastic bottle, the slit 141 is opened by increasing the pressure in the bottle caused by squeezing the bottle body, after the slit 141 of the silica gel membrane 14 is opened, the pressure for opening the slit 141 is kept to be smaller than the pressure at the moment when the slit 141 is opened, therefore, the pressure can be accumulated by utilizing the space of the bottle body when squeezing the bottle body, the slit 141 is kept to be continuously opened by the accumulated pressure, after the accumulated pressure is smaller than the pressure for maintaining the opening of the slit 141, the slit 141 can be instantly closed, if the secondary opening is needed, the bottle body needs to be squeezed again to increase the accumulated pressure, but when the soap dispenser is used, because the condition for accumulating pressure does not exist between the liquid outlet 121 of the pump head 12 and the soap liquid flow channel 13, under the condition that the liquid outlet 121 and the soap flow channel 13 are, therefore, the pressure accumulation requirement cannot be realized, the amount of the liquid soap discharged from the slit 141 of the silicone membrane 14 by pressing the pump head 12 will occur, and there is no pressure difference between the opening moment of the silicone membrane 14 and the opening state of the silicone membrane 14, which will cause the silicone membrane 14 to reset after the pressure accumulation is reduced and drive the slit 141 to close, because the volumes of the liquid outlet 121 and the liquid soap flow channel 13 cannot be adjusted, the liquid soap will continuously extrude a small amount of liquid soap from the slit 141 under the resetting and extruding pressure of the silicone membrane 14, so that the liquid soap is not blocked up and brittle, and the liquid soap is accumulated outside the silicone membrane 14 and is dried and agglomerated, therefore, if the problem is to be solved, the pressure difference between the opening moment and the opening state of the silicone membrane 14 needs to be established, a compressible liquid outlet is initially arranged in the liquid outlet 121 and the liquid soap flow channel 13, however, in order to realize this solution, it is necessary to have a sufficiently large compressible space for compression, otherwise it is difficult to compress the air in the cavity in the limited space between the liquid outlet 121 and the soap liquid flow passage 13 under normal pressure to generate a compressed space with a sufficient volume (i.e. insufficient compression sensitivity), and the compressed space is a separate space body in which the air is compressible, so that there are situations that the volume of the air in the space body changes due to changes in temperature and air pressure, and unstable factors are generated to cause liquid leakage and leakage of the silicone membrane 14; after a large number of tests are carried out, a second scheme is selected, namely, a condition which is communicated with the atmosphere and can change the volume is created, the liquid leakage and leakage conditions of the silicone membrane 14 caused by the change of temperature and air pressure can be effectively solved, the expansion volume of the elastic volume expansion device 15 is smaller than the liquid outlet volume of the pressing pump head 12 during single pressing, and the silicone membrane 14 can be opened on the premise that the liquid outlet volume of the soap liquid of the pressing pump head 12 during single pressing meets the soap liquid volume required by the expansion and pressure accumulation of the elastic volume expansion device 15; the liquid outlet 121 is connected to the soap liquid flow passage 13 in a vertically upward or obliquely upward manner, so that bubbles in the liquid outlet 121 and the soap liquid flow passage 13 can float upward and be discharged or discharged first, air in the liquid outlet 121 and the soap liquid flow passage 13 can be discharged as much as possible, and liquid leakage of the silicone membrane 14 due to temperature and air pressure changes can be reduced.
