1. A method of removing a secondary process head disposed on a mold surface, comprising the steps of:

1) adding an auxiliary supporting surface on the first molded surface of the machined part;

2) after the auxiliary supporting surface is arranged, removing the auxiliary process head on the first molded surface of the part;

3) after the auxiliary process head on the first molded surface of the part is removed, turning over the part, taking the auxiliary supporting surface as a support, and removing the auxiliary process head on the second molded surface by using a clamp to act on the second molded surface of the part;

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the removing the secondary process head disposed on the mold surface comprises: the adhesive in the step 1.3) comprises glue A, glue B and talcum powder, wherein the glue A, the glue B and the talcum powder are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 5.

4. The method of claim 2, wherein the removing the secondary process head disposed on the mold surface comprises: the thickness of the wood block in the step 1.3) is 0.5-1 times of the thickness of the part.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of wing processing, and particularly relates to a method for removing an auxiliary process head arranged on a molded surface.

Background

As shown in fig. 1, a wing model part commonly used in wind tunnel experiments is shown, when a numerical control milling machine is used to process the part 1, an auxiliary process head 2 is generally required to be added around the part to process a complete part, and the effect of setting the auxiliary process head 2 is as follows: the clamping of the part is convenient, the processing of the part is convenient, and the problem of part deformation is solved. After the parts are machined, the auxiliary process head 2 needs to be removed. However, when the auxiliary process head of the processed part is arranged on the molded surface of the part, the quality problems of meat deficiency, deformation, even part scrapping and the like of the processed part are often caused in the process of removing the process head. Therefore, how to solve the above technical problems becomes a focus of research by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

A first object of the present invention is to provide a method for removing a secondary process head provided on a mould surface, which overcomes the drawbacks of the prior art.

The embodiment of the invention is realized by the following steps:

a method of removing a secondary process head disposed on a mold surface, comprising the steps of:

1) adding an auxiliary supporting surface on the first molded surface of the machined part;

2) after the auxiliary supporting surface is arranged, removing the auxiliary process head on the first molded surface of the part;

3) after the auxiliary process head on the first molded surface of the part is removed, turning over the part, taking the auxiliary supporting surface as a support, and removing the auxiliary process head on the second molded surface by using a clamp to act on the second molded surface of the part;

4) and after the auxiliary process heads are completely removed, disassembling the auxiliary supporting surface.

Further, the method for setting the auxiliary supporting surface in the step 1) comprises the following steps:

1.1) cleaning the first profile of the part with alcohol;

1.2) adhering adhesive tape on the cleaned first molded surface;

and 1.3) adhering a wood block on the surface of the adhesive tape by using an adhesive, adhering the surface of the wood block to the first molded surface, and standing for 2-3 hours after the wood block is adhered.

Further, the adhesive in the step 1.3) comprises glue A, glue B and talcum powder, wherein the glue A, the glue B and the talcum powder are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 5.

Further, the thickness of the wood block in the step 1.3) is (0.5-1) times of the thickness of the part.

Further, the heights of the wood blocks in the step 1.3) are the same as the height of the auxiliary process head.

Further, a soft gasket is arranged between the clamp and the second profile in the step 3).

Further, in the step 4), after the auxiliary supporting surface is detached, the first molded surface is cleaned again by using alcohol.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) adding an auxiliary supporting surface on the first molded surface of the machined part; the machined part 1 comprises a first molded surface 101, a second molded surface 102 and a plurality of side wall surfaces connected with the first molded surface 101 and the second molded surface 102, the first molded surface 101 and the second molded surface 102 are the largest two surfaces of the part, the first molded surface 101 and the second molded surface 102 are in opposite positions, and a plurality of process heads 2 are arranged on the first molded surface 101 and the second molded surface 102.

The specific steps of adding the auxiliary supporting surface comprise the following steps:

1.1) cleaning the first profile of the part with alcohol;

1.2) adhering an adhesive tape, preferably a masking tape, on the cleaned first profile surface, wherein the adhesive tape has the best adhesion effect;

1.3) adhering a wood block on the surface of the adhesive tape by using an adhesive, adhering the surface of the wood block to the first molded surface, standing for 2-3 hours after the wood block is adhered, so that the wood block is firmly adhered, and the wood block is prevented from falling off in the process of removing a process head, wherein the adhesive comprises glue A, glue B and talcum powder, and the glue A and the glue B are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1:1: 5; the thickness of the wood block is (0.5-1) times of the thickness of the part, the height of the wood block is the same as that of the auxiliary process head, and the outline of the wood block is approximately the same as that of the first molded surface.

2) After the auxiliary supporting surface is arranged, removing the auxiliary process head on the first molded surface of the part by the numerically controlled milling machine;

3) after the auxiliary process head on the first molded surface of the part is removed, turning over the part, using the auxiliary supporting surface as a support, using a fixture to act on a second molded surface of the part, padding a soft gasket between the fixture and the second molded surface to prevent the molded surface from being damaged by pressing, and then using a numerical control milling machine to remove the auxiliary process head on the second molded surface;

4) after the auxiliary process heads are completely removed, the auxiliary supporting surface is detached by knocking the wood block, the adhesive tape is torn off, and the first molded surface is cleaned again by using alcohol.
