1. A hand held vernier caliper grinding machine comprising:

the driving mechanism (1) is a reciprocating saw which reciprocates;

the reinforcing device is connected with the driving mechanism (1) and comprises a reinforcing plate (2) and a reinforcing plate bolt assembly (4), two sides of the reinforcing plate (2) are respectively provided with a threaded hole I and a threaded hole II, the threaded hole I is connected with the reinforcing plate bolt assembly (4) in a matching mode, and the reinforcing plate (2) is fixedly connected with the driving mechanism (1) through the reinforcing plate bolt assembly (4);

the grinding mechanism is connected with the reinforcing device and comprises a grinding block (3) and a grinding block fastening screw (5), a threaded hole III is formed in one side of the grinding block (3), the threaded hole III and the threaded hole II are jointly connected with the grinding block fastening screw (5) in a matched mode, and the grinding block (3) is connected with the reinforcing sheet (2) through the grinding block fastening screw (5); the grinding surface of the grinding block (3) is in contact with the measuring surface of the vernier caliper; and grinding the measuring surface of the vernier caliper by utilizing the free rotation of the grinding block (3) and the clamping force of the measuring jaw of the vernier caliper through the reciprocating motion of the driving mechanism (1).

2. The hand-held vernier caliper grinding machine according to claim 1, wherein the reinforcing plate (2), the grinding block (3), the reinforcing plate bolt assembly (4) and the grinding block fastening screw (5) are all 45# steel.

3. The hand-held vernier caliper grinding machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the diameter of the threaded hole i is Φ 4mm and the diameter of the threaded hole ii is Φ 6 mm.

s3, fully considering the effective stroke of the grinding block (3) during reciprocating feeding grinding, and enabling the grinding block (3) to be always contacted with the whole measuring surface of the vernier caliper during grinding;

s4, coating the two parallel grinding surfaces of the grinding block (3) with the grinding agent, combining the measuring claws of the vernier caliper to enable the measuring claw measuring surfaces to be in contact with the two parallel grinding surfaces of the grinding block (3) coated with the grinding agent, and manually applying force to enable the two measuring claws of the vernier caliper to clamp the upper and lower grinding surfaces of the grinding block (3);

s5, the driving mechanism (1) is held by a hand, the driving mechanism (1) is started to drive the grinding block (3) to do reciprocating feeding motion, and rough grinding repair of the measuring surface of the vernier caliper is completed; filling grinding agent at irregular time in the grinding process;

and S6, observing the grinding degree of rust and abrasion of the measuring surface of the vernier caliper by eye force until the grinding degree meets the requirement of fine grinding, and judging the deformed grinding by a 1-level knife edge square.

The hand-held vernier caliper grinding machine and the use method thereof as claimed in claim 6, wherein the grinding of the measuring surface of the vernier caliper is divided into rough grinding and fine grinding, and during the rough grinding, the grinding agent is prepared by mixing W20 diamond grinding paste and kerosene according to a ratio of 8: 2; when in fine grinding, the grinding agent is prepared by mixing W7 diamond grinding paste and kerosene according to the proportion of 8: 2.

if the measuring surfaces of the two measuring claws of the vernier caliper are not perpendicular to the ruler body and a visual eye gap exists, the included angle between the measuring surfaces of the two measuring claws of the vernier caliper and the ruler body is judged to be more than 90 degrees, and the force is applied to the inner end of the measuring claw, close to the main ruler, of the measuring surface of the vernier caliper during grinding; when the included angle between the measuring surfaces of the two measuring claws of the vernier caliper and the ruler body is judged to be less than 90 degrees, the outer ends of the measuring claws of the measuring surfaces of the vernier caliper far away from the main ruler are stressed during grinding; until the requirement of fine grinding is met;

if the measuring surfaces of the two measuring jaws of the vernier caliper are not perpendicular to the side surfaces of the measuring jaws, when the knife edge square is clamped on the side surfaces of the measuring jaws and the measuring surfaces of the measuring jaws, visible light gaps exist, the contact point of the measuring surfaces of the measuring jaws and the knife edge square is a high point, and stress is applied to the high point during grinding until the visible light gaps disappear until the grinding is qualified and the requirement of fine grinding is met.

The upper limit of the rough grinding range of the existing vernier caliper measuring surface grinding machine is 1000mm, the vernier caliper with the upper limit of the measuring range larger than or equal to 1000mm can only be maintained in a manual grinding mode, the maintenance and grinding difficulty is high, the labor intensity is very high, and the grinding work efficiency is low.

Therefore, the development of a vernier caliper measuring surface grinding machine with the upper limit of the measuring range being more than or equal to 1000mm is urgently needed, so that the problem of high grinding difficulty can be easily solved, the maintenance grinding efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of grinding personnel is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

According to the technical problems that the upper limit of the rough grinding range of the existing vernier caliper measuring surface grinding machine is 1000mm, the vernier caliper with the upper limit of the measuring range larger than or equal to 1000mm can only be maintained in a manual grinding mode, the maintenance and grinding difficulty is high, the labor intensity is very high, and the grinding work efficiency is low, the hand-held vernier caliper grinding machine and the using method thereof are provided. The invention mainly drives the reinforcing device and the grinding block through the driving mechanism to meet the grinding requirement of the vernier caliper with the grinding measurement range of more than or equal to 1000 mm.

the driving mechanism is a reciprocating saw which reciprocates;

the reinforcing device is connected with the driving mechanism and comprises a reinforcing plate and a reinforcing plate bolt assembly, wherein a threaded hole I and a threaded hole II are respectively formed in two sides of the reinforcing plate, the threaded hole I is connected with the reinforcing plate bolt assembly in a matched mode, and the reinforcing plate is fixedly connected with the driving mechanism through the reinforcing plate bolt assembly;

the grinding mechanism is connected with the reinforcing device and comprises a grinding block and a grinding block fastening screw, a threaded hole III is formed in one side of the grinding block, the threaded hole III and the threaded hole II are jointly connected with the grinding block fastening screw in a matched mode, and the grinding block is connected with the reinforcing plate through the grinding block fastening screw; the grinding surface of the grinding block is in contact with the measuring surface of the vernier caliper; and grinding the measuring surface of the vernier caliper by utilizing the free rotation of the grinding block and the clamping force of the measuring jaw of the vernier caliper through the reciprocating motion of the driving mechanism.

Further, the material of the reinforcing plate, the grinding block, the reinforcing plate bolt assembly and the grinding block fastening screw is 45# steel.

Furthermore, the diameter of the threaded hole I is phi 4mm, and the diameter of the threaded hole II is phi 6 mm.

Further, the grinding block is a regular cuboid with the size of 20mm multiplied by 140mm, the outer diameter of the threaded hole III is M5, and the depth is 13 mm.

Further, the upper surface and the lower surface of the grinding block are coated with grinding agents, and the upper surface is parallel to the lower surface.

The invention also provides a use method of the hand-held vernier caliper grinding machine, which comprises the following steps:

s1, firstly, adjusting the interaction items of the parts of the vernier caliper with the upper limit of the measurement range to be ground being more than or equal to 1000mm to be qualified according to the requirements of JJJG 30-2012 Universal Caliper verification regulations on the interaction of the parts;

s2, clamping and fixing the vernier caliper with the bench clamp, wherein the upper limit of the measurement range to be ground is more than or equal to 1000mm, the fixed measuring jaw of the vernier caliper is clamped during clamping, the tail part of the main scale of the vernier caliper is above, the measuring surface of the vernier caliper is in a horizontal state, and the bench clamp is clamped at the approximate middle part of the fixed measuring jaw of the vernier caliper;

s3, fully considering the effective stroke of the grinding block during reciprocating feeding grinding, and enabling the grinding block to be always contacted with the whole measuring surface of the vernier caliper during grinding;

s4, coating the two parallel grinding surfaces of the grinding block with the grinding agent, combining the measuring jaws of the vernier caliper to enable the measuring surfaces of the measuring jaws to be in contact with the two parallel grinding surfaces of the grinding block coated with the grinding agent, and manually applying force to enable the two measuring jaws of the vernier caliper to clamp the upper and lower grinding surfaces of the grinding block;

s5, a driving mechanism is held by a hand, the driving mechanism is started to drive a grinding block to make reciprocating feeding motion, and rough grinding repair of the measuring surface of the vernier caliper is completed; filling grinding agent at irregular time in the grinding process;

and S6, observing the grinding degree of rust and abrasion of the measuring surface of the vernier caliper by eye force until the grinding degree meets the requirement of fine grinding, and judging the deformed grinding by a 1-level knife edge square.

Further, the grinding of the measuring surface of the vernier caliper is divided into coarse grinding and fine grinding, and during the coarse grinding, the grinding agent is prepared by mixing W20 diamond grinding paste and kerosene according to a ratio of 8: 2; when in fine grinding, the grinding agent is prepared by mixing W7 diamond grinding paste and kerosene according to the proportion of 8: 2.

if the measuring surfaces of the two measuring claws of the vernier caliper are not perpendicular to the ruler body and a visual eye gap exists, the included angle between the measuring surfaces of the two measuring claws of the vernier caliper and the ruler body is judged to be more than 90 degrees, and the force is applied to the inner end of the measuring claw, close to the main ruler, of the measuring surface of the vernier caliper during grinding; when the included angle between the measuring surfaces of the two measuring claws of the vernier caliper and the ruler body is judged to be less than 90 degrees, the outer ends of the measuring claws of the measuring surfaces of the vernier caliper far away from the main ruler are stressed during grinding; until the requirement of fine grinding is met;

if the measuring surfaces of the two measuring jaws of the vernier caliper are not perpendicular to the side surfaces of the measuring jaws, when the knife edge square is clamped on the side surfaces of the measuring jaws and the measuring surfaces of the measuring jaws, visible light gaps exist, the contact point of the measuring surfaces of the measuring jaws and the knife edge square is a high point, and stress is applied to the high point during grinding until the visible light gaps disappear until the grinding is qualified and the requirement of fine grinding is met.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the hand-held vernier caliper grinding machine and the use method thereof have the advantages of simplified structure, convenience in processing, stepless speed change function, improved grinding precision, improved grinding work efficiency and reduced labor intensity of operators.

2. According to the handheld vernier caliper grinding machine and the using method thereof, the reinforcing device and the grinding block are driven by the driving mechanism, so that the grinding requirement of the vernier caliper with the grinding measurement range of more than or equal to 1000mm is met.

3. According to the handheld vernier caliper grinding machine and the using method thereof, the reinforcing sheet, the saw blade and the grinding block are driven by the driving mechanism, so that the grinding of the measuring surface of the vernier caliper with the upper limit of the measuring range larger than or equal to 1000mm is realized.

In conclusion, the technical scheme of the invention can solve the problems that the upper limit of the rough grinding range of the existing vernier caliper measuring surface grinding machine is 1000mm, the vernier caliper with the upper limit of the measuring range larger than or equal to 1000mm can only be maintained in a manual grinding mode, the maintenance grinding difficulty is high, the labor intensity is very high, and the grinding work efficiency is low.

For the reasons, the invention can be widely popularized in the fields of grinding equipment and the like.
