7. A preparation method of a white semi-transparent polyester film uses a three-layer co-extrusion technology and carries out shearing, melting and extrusion in an extruder at the temperature of 230-300 ℃.

Background

The white semitransparent polyester film is a common civil high molecular material and is widely applied to the packaging industry and the advertising industry.

The conventional white semi-transparent polyester film has limited product thickness range, which is usually limited within the range of 75-250 μm due to insufficient dispersibility. With the wide expansion of the application of the materials, the thickness of the materials can not meet the requirement of practical application. Therefore, improving film characteristics, processes, and structures is a technical problem to be solved in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention is an improvement invention to white semi-transparent polyester film and its production method, the prior art limits the development of ultra-thin and ultra-thick products because of insufficient dispersibility, this time on the basis of improving dispersibility, process structure and production technology, the thickness range is widened, this development will expand the use of this type of products greatly.

Meanwhile, the thickness range of the product is expanded from 75-250 mu m to 6-350 mu m, and the expansion of the thickness greatly widens the application field of the product.

After raw material modification and process adjustment, the ultra-thick and ultra-thin semi-transparent products which cannot be normally produced due to membrane rupture can also be successfully produced, and the extension of the product application is brought by the widening of the thickness; the product structure is adjusted to be a three-layer structure, the flexibility of the surface layer structure can be realized, and common or highlight customization can be carried out according to the use requirements of customers.
