1. The essence for preparing the aromatic tire is characterized by comprising the following components: a first component for a first batch and a second component for a second batch,

the first component comprises a monomer spice with a boiling point between 160 ℃ and 300 ℃, and the amount of the monomer spice is 1-10 parts by mass, 3-20 parts by mass of essential oil, 5-65 parts by mass of spice extract and 5-40 parts by mass of extractum and/or resin rubber;

the second component comprises a monomeric perfume having a boiling point between 60 ℃ and 180 ℃ in an amount of 0.5-13 parts by mass.

2. The essence for aromatic tire according to claim 1, further comprising: environment-friendly aromatic oil, white carbon black, sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator;

the environment-friendly aromatic oil is used for mixing the first component and the second component;

the white carbon black is used as an embedding carrier of the first component;

the sulfur and the vulcanization accelerator are used as an embedding carrier for the second component.

3. The essence for preparing the aromatic tire according to claim 2, wherein the essence is at least one of tobacco essence, mint essence, soap water essence and cooling oil essence.

4. The essence for aromatic tires according to claim 3, wherein the essence for tobacco comprises a first component for primary rubber mixing and a second component for secondary rubber mixing,

the first component comprises 0.2-10 parts by mass of fenugreek extract, 6-14 parts by mass of flue-cured tobacco extract, 16-25 parts by mass of Tupista balsam, 1-4 parts by mass of vanillin, 6-12 parts by mass of cocoa extract and 0.1-2 parts by mass of furanone;

the second component comprises 1-4 parts by mass of 4-methyl-5-hydroxyethyl thiazole, 0.01-0.2 part by mass of 1, 6-hexanedithiol, 0.1-0.3 part by mass of 2, 3, 5-trimethyl pyrazine, 0.1-0.4 part by mass of methyl cyclopentenolone, 0.1-0.4 part by mass of 2, 6-dimethyl pyrazine, 0.2-2 parts by mass of fenugreek lactone and 0.2-2 parts by mass of eugenol.

5. The essence for aromatic tire according to claim 3, wherein the mint essence comprises a first component for primary rubber mixing and a second component for secondary rubber mixing,

the first component comprises 20-30 parts by mass of mint extract, 8-14 parts by mass of eucalyptus oil, 4-10 parts by mass of anise resin, 6-16 parts by mass of artemisia argyi extract, 6-12 parts by mass of menthyl glycerol ketal, 6-16 parts by mass of wild chrysanthemum flower extract, 1-3 parts by mass of cedar wood balsam and 1-10 parts by mass of menthol;

the second component comprises 1-3 parts by mass of cedrene, 0.6-2 parts by mass of terpineol, 0.5-1.5 parts by mass of anisyl alcohol and 0.5-1 part by mass of leaf alcohol.

6. A method for preparing a rubber composition, wherein a raw material for preparation comprises the essence according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the method comprising:

selecting white carbon black as a carrier, uniformly mixing the first component into environment-friendly aromatic oil, and embedding the mixture into the white carbon black by adopting an embedding process to prepare first powdery essence;

selecting sulfur and an accelerator as carriers, uniformly mixing the second component into environment-friendly aromatic oil, and embedding the second component into the sulfur and the vulcanization accelerator by adopting an embedding process to prepare second powdery essence;

adding the first powdery essence in a rubber mixing process;

and adding the second powdery essence in the two-stage rubber mixing process.

7. The method for preparing the rubber composition according to claim 6, wherein when the essence is the tobacco essence according to claim 4 or the mint essence according to claim 5, the method comprises the following steps:

selecting 15 parts by mass of white carbon black as a carrier, uniformly mixing the first component in 10 times of environment-friendly aromatic oil by mass of the first component, and embedding the mixture in the white carbon black by adopting an embedding process to prepare first powdery essence;

selecting 1-3 parts by mass of sulfur and 1-3 parts by mass of vulcanization accelerator as carriers, uniformly mixing the second component in environment-friendly aromatic oil which is 10 times of the second component by mass, and embedding the mixture in the sulfur and the vulcanization accelerator by adopting an embedding process to prepare second powdery essence;

adding the first powdery essence in a rubber mixing process;

and adding the second powdery essence in the two-stage rubber mixing process.

8. A rubber composition obtained by the method for producing a rubber composition according to claim 6 or 7.

9. An aromatic tire characterized by having a tread or a sidewall using the rubber composition according to claim 8.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of rubber products, in particular to essence and a rubber composition for preparing aromatic tires and a preparation method thereof.

Background

With the improvement of living standard of people, automobiles become common transportation tools for people to go out, the requirements of people on riding safety and comfort are higher and higher, and high-quality tires can provide good riding experience for people. However, the existing tires have certain problems from production and manufacture to use, which are mainly reflected in that: on one hand, when the automobile is parked in a small area, the immortal behavior that animals such as cats and dogs urinate the tires to occupy the ground often occurs, the tires are corroded, the service life of the tires is shortened, and the behavior is difficult to change by a method of artificial driving; on the other hand, in the production process of the tire, various raw materials need to be mixed at high temperature, and various smells are inevitably emitted from the raw materials in the preparation process, so that the influence on the environment and the physical and psychological health of tire producers is caused; on the other hand, the tire also generates an unpleasant odor due to heat generation during its use, which also seriously affects the riding experience and physical and mental health of the consumer.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above technical problems, it is desired to obtain an essence for aromatic tire, a rubber composition and a method for preparing the same, which can realize retention of aroma after a long-time high-temperature treatment.

Technical scheme

In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present application, there is provided a essence for aromatic tire, comprising: a first component for a first batch and a second component for a second batch,

the first component comprises a monomer spice with a boiling point between 160 ℃ and 300 ℃, and the amount of the monomer spice is 1-10 parts by mass, 3-20 parts by mass of essential oil, 5-65 parts by mass of spice extract and 5-40 parts by mass of extractum and/or resin rubber;

the second component comprises a monomeric perfume having a boiling point between 60 ℃ and 180 ℃ in an amount of 0.5-13 parts by mass.

Further, the method also comprises the following steps: environment-friendly aromatic oil, white carbon black, sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator;

the environment-friendly aromatic oil is used for mixing the first component and the second component;

the white carbon black is used as an embedding carrier of the first component;

the sulfur and the vulcanization accelerator are used as an embedding carrier for the second component.

Further, the essence is at least one of tobacco essence, mint essence, soap water essence and essential balm essence.

Further, the essence for tobacco comprises a first component used for primary rubber mixing and a second component used for secondary rubber mixing,

the first component comprises 0.2-10 parts by mass of fenugreek extract, 6-14 parts by mass of flue-cured tobacco extract, 16-25 parts by mass of Tupista balsam, 1-4 parts by mass of vanillin, 6-12 parts by mass of cocoa extract and 0.1-2 parts by mass of furanone;

the second component comprises 1-4 parts by mass of 4-methyl-5-hydroxyethyl thiazole, 0.01-0.2 part by mass of 1, 6-hexanedithiol, 0.1-0.3 part by mass of 2, 3, 5-trimethyl pyrazine, 0.1-0.4 part by mass of methyl cyclopentenolone, 0.1-0.4 part by mass of 2, 6-dimethyl pyrazine, 0.2-2 parts by mass of fenugreek lactone and 0.2-2 parts by mass of eugenol.

Further, the mint essence comprises a first component used for primary rubber mixing and a second component used for secondary rubber mixing,

the first component comprises 20-30 parts by mass of mint extract, 8-14 parts by mass of eucalyptus oil, 4-10 parts by mass of anise resin, 6-16 parts by mass of artemisia argyi extract, 6-12 parts by mass of menthyl glycerol ketal, 6-16 parts by mass of wild chrysanthemum flower extract, 1-3 parts by mass of cedar wood balsam and 1-10 parts by mass of menthol;

the second component comprises 1-3 parts by mass of cedrene, 0.6-2 parts by mass of terpineol, 0.5-1.5 parts by mass of anisyl alcohol and 0.5-1 part by mass of leaf alcohol.

In order to achieve the above object, according to a second aspect of the present application, there is provided a method for preparing a rubber composition, the raw material for preparation comprising the essence according to any one of the preceding claims, the method comprising:

selecting white carbon black as a carrier, uniformly mixing the first component into environment-friendly aromatic oil, and embedding the mixture into the white carbon black by adopting an embedding process to prepare first powdery essence;

selecting sulfur and an accelerator as carriers, uniformly mixing the second component into environment-friendly aromatic oil, and embedding the second component into the sulfur and the vulcanization accelerator by adopting an embedding process to prepare second powdery essence;

adding the first powdery essence in a rubber mixing process;

and adding the second powdery essence in the two-stage rubber mixing process.

Further, when the essence is the essence for tobacco as claimed in claim 4 or the mint essence as mentioned above, the method comprises the following steps:

selecting 15 parts by mass of white carbon black as a carrier, uniformly mixing the first component in 10 times of environment-friendly aromatic oil by mass of the first component, and embedding the mixture in the white carbon black by adopting an embedding process to prepare first powdery essence;

selecting 1-3 parts by mass of sulfur and 1-3 parts by mass of vulcanization accelerator as carriers, uniformly mixing the second component in environment-friendly aromatic oil which is 10 times of the second component by mass, and embedding the mixture in the sulfur and the vulcanization accelerator by adopting an embedding process to prepare second powdery essence;

adding the first powdery essence in a rubber mixing process;

and adding the second powdery essence in the two-stage rubber mixing process.

In order to achieve the above object, according to a third aspect of the present application, there is provided a rubber composition produced by the production method of a rubber composition as described above.

In order to achieve the above object, according to a fourth aspect of the present application, there is provided an aromatic tire having a tread or a sidewall using the rubber composition as described above.

Advantageous effects

Compared with the prior art, the essence which is high in fragrance intensity, resistant to high temperature, not easy to volatilize and long in fragrance retention time is developed, the essence is added into the preparation process of the rubber composition, fragrance of the essence can still be retained after long-time high-temperature treatment, bad smell generated in tire manufacturing is effectively covered, meanwhile, the essence is prepared by adopting an embedding technology and added into the rubber mixing process in a segmented mode, the essence and the rubber composition are fully mixed, the required aromatic tire is finally manufactured, and when the aromatic tire is not favored by cats and dogs, the animal such as cats and dogs can be effectively prevented from carrying out illegal floor-occupying actions on the tire, so that the service life of the tire is prolonged; meanwhile, the essence can also effectively cover the bad smell generated in the tire manufacturing process, and the fragrant tire can emit fragrance due to heating in the using process, so that the harm to the body and the environment of people is avoided.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

The application discloses in a first aspect, essence for preparing aromatic tires, which comprises: a first component for a first batch and a second component for a second batch,

the first component includes: a monomeric fragrance having a boiling point between 160 ℃ and 300 ℃ in an amount of 1-10 parts by mass, preferably a monomeric fragrance having a boiling point between 180 ℃ and 250 ℃;

3-20 parts of essential oil, 5-65 parts of spice extract and 5-40 parts of extract and/or resin mixing;

the second component includes: a monomeric fragrance having a boiling point of between 60 ℃ and 180 ℃ in an amount of 0.5 to 13 parts by mass, preferably between 80 ℃ and 170 ℃;

the essence also comprises environment-friendly aromatic oil, white carbon black, sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator;

the environment-friendly aromatic oil is used for mixing the first component and the second component;

the white carbon black is used as an embedding carrier of the first component;

the sulfur and the vulcanization accelerator are used as an embedding carrier for the second component.

The embedding in the invention adopts the embedding process in the prior art.

Specifically, the white carbon black is used in an amount of 10-40 parts by mass, the sulfur is used in an amount of 1-3 parts by mass, and the vulcanization accelerator is used in an amount of 1-3 parts by mass.

The concrete amounts of the white carbon black, the sulfur and the vulcanization accelerator do not need to be added again, and the amounts of the sulfur and the vulcanization accelerator in the rubber composition are taken as references;

the vulcanization accelerator may be selected from one of a thiuram-based vulcanization accelerator and a sulfenamide-based vulcanization accelerator, or a combination thereof.

When the essence of the present invention is prepared,

firstly, uniformly mixing a first component in the essence into environment-friendly aromatic oil with the mass part of 8-12 times that of the first component, preferably 10 times that of the first component; then preparing the first powdery essence from 10-40 parts by mass of white carbon black by an embedding process, and storing for later use;

then, uniformly mixing the second component in the essence into environment-friendly aromatic oil, wherein the amount of the environment-friendly aromatic oil can be the rest part of the mixed first component, preparing the second component into second powdery essence by adopting an embedding process in 1-3 parts by mass of sulfur and 1-3 parts by mass of vulcanization accelerator, and storing for later use; the embedding process mentioned above is already a mature prior art, so that the present application is not described herein in detail.

In order to prevent animals such as cats and dogs from carrying out an unclassified floor-occupying action on the aromatic tire prepared by using the essence of the scheme, the essence can be at least one of tobacco essence, mint essence, soap water essence and cooling oil essence.

The invention develops an essence which has high fragrance intensity, high temperature resistance, difficult volatilization and long fragrance retention time, the essence can still retain the fragrance after long-time high-temperature treatment in the preparation process of the rubber composition, so that the unpleasant gas generated in the tire manufacturing process is effectively covered, meanwhile, the essence is prepared by adopting an embedding technology and is added into the rubber mixing process in sections, so that the essence and the rubber composition are fully mixed, and finally, the required aromatic tire is manufactured;

meanwhile, the essence can also effectively cover the bad smell generated in the tire manufacturing process, and the fragrant tire can emit fragrance due to heating in the using process, so that the harm to the body and the environment of people is avoided.

In a second aspect, the present application discloses a rubber composition comprising at least: a rubber component and the essence.

On the basis of the above components, the rubber composition may further contain carbon black, sulfur content, vulcanization accelerator, environmentally friendly aromatic oil and other necessary additives commonly used in the rubber industry; for example: various additives such as an antioxidant (such as an amine antioxidant and a phenol antioxidant), a homogenizing agent, a plasticizer, a softener and the like.

The rubber component in the above composition includes, but is not limited to, natural rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber-styrene rubber, butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, chloroprene rubber, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, urethane rubber, and any combination thereof. The various indices relating to the various rubber components mentioned above can be referred to those generally used in the rubber industry, and the present invention is not particularly limited.

The amount of the essence in the above components is 0.05-2 parts by mass, preferably 0.1-2 parts by mass, relative to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.

In the rubber composition of the present invention, the carbon black is 30 to 80 parts by mass, the sulfur is 1 to 3 parts by mass, and the vulcanization accelerator is 1 to 3 parts by mass, relative to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.

The carbon black may be any carbon black used in the prior art for tires or any other application.

The rubber composition of the invention also comprises 10-40 parts by mass of white carbon black.

The sulfur content may be provided using sulfur-containing materials known in the art for use in tires or any other application, including but not limited to elemental sulfur, insoluble sulfur, and, for example: the amount of sulfur organic compounds such as alkylphenol sulfide SL9210 and methylene-1, 6-dithiosulfuric acid disodium salt HTS is preferably 1.5 to 2 parts by weight; sulfur is preferred.

The vulcanization accelerator may be any one used in the prior art for tires or any other applications, including but not limited to thiuram-based vulcanization accelerators, sulfenamide-based vulcanization accelerators, and is preferably used in an amount of 1 to 3 parts by weight.

In addition to the above components, the rubber composition of the present invention may be appropriately mixed with additives generally used in the rubber industry, for example, a vulcanization activator, an antioxidant, a tackifier, a softener, and the like, as required. The amount of these additives to be mixed may be set within a range not to impair the effects of the present invention by the rubber component, the essence, and the like;

the vulcanization activator can be zinc oxide and stearic acid, can increase the activity of the accelerator and improve the performance of vulcanized rubber; the anti-aging agent can be p-phenylenediamine and/or ketoamine rubber anti-aging agent, the anti-aging agent can prevent or inhibit factors such as oxygen, heat, light, ozone, mechanical stress, heavy metal ions and the like from damaging the rubber performance and prolong the service life of the rubber, and the tackifying resin can be p-tert-octyl phenol formaldehyde resin and is used for increasing the viscosity of rubber materials and convenient to process.

When the rubber composition is prepared, the rubber composition is prepared by a two-step rubber mixing process:

in the first-stage rubber mixing, a 1.6-liter Banbury mixer is used for mixing the rubber component, the carbon black, the white carbon black, the first powdery essence, the environment-friendly aromatic oil and other compounds except sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator for 6 minutes at 150 ℃ to obtain a first-stage master batch;

in the second rubber mixing, the first-stage masterbatch is discharged to an open mill, the rubber material is cooled to 80-90 ℃ through roll milling, and then the second powdery essence, the residual sulfur for preparing the second powdery essence and the vulcanization accelerator are added into the first-stage masterbatch through an open rubber mixing mill and mixed for 6 minutes, so that the required rubber composition is obtained.

According to the scheme, the essence is prepared into powder by adopting an embedding process, and the monomer spice with a relatively high boiling point is added into the first-stage rubber mixing, wherein the judgment of the high boiling point is that the monomer spice can not be volatilized when the temperature is over 150 ℃, and the specific boiling point range is 160-300 ℃; the monomer spice with a relatively low boiling point (the specific boiling point range is between 60 ℃ and 180 ℃) is added into the second-stage rubber refining, so that the fragrance generated by the monomer spice is supplemented, the prepared rubber composition has fragrance with relatively high intensity, and meanwhile, the fragrance is not easy to volatilize and has long fragrance-retaining time; meanwhile, the odor type for cigarettes, the mint odor type, the soap water odor type, the cooling oil odor type and the like which are disliked by animals such as cats and dogs can be adopted, so that the animals such as cats and dogs can be effectively prevented from carrying out an uncertified floor-occupying behavior on tires, and the service life of the tires can be prolonged.

Preferably, the rubber composition of the present invention can be used for the tread or sidewall of an aromatic tire, and a specific production method may be a common method in which the components of the rubber composition to be mixed as needed are extruded in accordance with the shape of the sidewall of the tire before an unvulcanized step, molded on a tire molding machine, and then the unvulcanized tire is heated and pressurized in a vulcanizing machine to obtain a tire.
