During operation, preceding cutting blade motor 37, back cutting blade motor 38 work, and back cutting blade drive mechanism 36 drives preceding snow removing cutting blade 33 through preceding cutting blade drive mechanism 35, and back snow removing cutting blade 34 is rotatory, carries out the cutting of icicle, simultaneously, by fixing the preceding deicing electric putter 39 on the push rod support 41 in the bottom of under bracing platform 4, back deicing electric putter 40 strikes the icicle in step and improves the efficiency of cleaing away the icicle.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the principle of the induction power-taking system of the present invention is shown in the figure, and the structure of the induction power-taking system is composed of an induction power-taking coil 32, a right storage battery 42 and a left storage battery 43. Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, the detection system of the induction electric-taking type overhead line warning ball with ice and snow removing function of the present invention includes an upper layer supporting platform support 21, an upper layer infrared sensor 22-, a front left weight sensor 23, a front right weight sensor 24, a rear left weight sensor 25, a lower layer front infrared sensor 57 and a lower layer rear infrared sensor 58. Getting electricity from a high-voltage cable through an induction electricity-getting coil 32, charging to a right storage battery 42 and a left storage battery 43, after charging is completed, a left gravity sensor 23 positioned at the upper end of an upper warning hemisphere 1, a right gravity sensor 24 detecting the snow layer covering thickness at the top of the upper warning hemisphere, and the gear weight reaching the standard, sending signals to a control system 6, driving a left driving wheel driving motor 17 on the upper layer of a walking mechanism and a right driving wheel driving motor 18 on the upper layer of the walking mechanism to drive a front driving wheel 15 on the upper layer and a rear driving wheel on the upper layer to move through a left driving wheel transmission box 7 on the upper layer and a right driving wheel transmission box 8 on the upper layer, so as to realize walking of the warning sphere, and snow is removed by pushing on the cable through a front snow shovel 9 and a rear snow shovel 10 which are installed at the front end and the rear end of the outer part of the upper warning hemisphere 1; meanwhile, if the lower-layer front infrared sensor 57 and the lower-layer rear infrared sensor 58 at the front end and the rear end outside the lower hemisphere 2 of the warning ball detect the ice edge, the signals are sent to the control system 6, the traveling mechanism works as above, the front cutting blade motor 37 and the rear cutting blade motor 38 of the deicing mechanism work, the rear cutting blade transmission mechanism 36 drives the front snow-removing cutting blade 33 through the front cutting blade transmission mechanism 35, the rear snow-removing cutting blade 34 rotates to cut the ice edge, and meanwhile, the rear deicing electric push rod 40 synchronously strikes the ice edge to improve the efficiency of removing the ice edge. If the front infrared sensor 57 and the lower layer rear infrared sensor 58 detect that the ice is not detected, the vehicle will continue to move forward, and the operation is circulated until the left gravity sensor 23 and the right gravity sensor 24 have normal signals, and the warning ball returns to the initial position.
