1. Method for operating a household appliance (1, 101) having a component (21, 102) and a regulated electric drive (40) having; a permanent magnet excited three-phase alternating current synchronous motor (36); in particular, a converter (41) for actuating an actuator of the three-phase synchronous AC motor (36); and a field-oriented control device (43) for actuating the actuator, wherein the three-phase synchronous ac motor (36) comprises a stator (37) and a rotor (38) which is mounted so as to be rotatable relative to the stator (37) and is part of the component (21, 102) or is provided for driving the component (21, 102), comprising the following method steps:

during an operating phase of the electric drive (40), operating the regulated electric drive (40) by means of the field orientation control device (43) and in a speed-controlled manner as a function of the angular position of the rotor (38) relative to the stator (37), wherein the angular position of the rotor (38) relative to the stator (37) is determined by means of the longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase alternating-current synchronous motor (36) and a mathematical model; and

during a braking phase of the electric drive (40) following the operating phase,

-reducing the rotational speed of the three-phase synchronous AC motor (36) until the rotational speed reaches a predetermined limit rotational speed by operating the regulated electric drive (40) in a rotational speed regulated manner by means of the field orientation regulating device (43) and depending on the angular position of the rotor (38) relative to the stator (37), wherein the angular position of the rotor (38) relative to the stator (37) is determined by means of the longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase synchronous AC motor (36) and a mathematical model,

-superimposing a supply voltage generated by the actuator and provided for operating the three-phase AC synchronous motor (36) with a high-frequency voltage, whereby the line currents of the three-phase AC synchronous motor (36) and the longitudinal and transverse currents have respective high-frequency current components,

-finding high frequency current components of the longitudinal and transverse currents,

-determining the angular position of the rotor (38) relative to the stator (37) from the high-frequency current components of the longitudinal and transverse currents, and

-further reducing the rotational speed of the three-phase alternating current synchronous motor (36) by operating the regulated electric drive (40) in a rotational speed regulated manner with the aid of the field orientation regulating device (43) and as a function of the angular position of the rotor (38) ascertained with the aid of the high-frequency current components of the longitudinal and transverse currents relative to the stator (37).

2. The method of claim 1, comprising: operating the actuator designed as a current transformer (41) by means of pulse width modulation; and/or the actuator is operated during the operating phase and in particular only after the limit frequency is reached, without the high-frequency voltage being superimposed.

3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the field-oriented regulation device (43) forms a cascade structure with a built-in current regulation loop having a current regulator (51, 52), an outer speed regulation loop being superimposed with the built-in current regulation loop, the method comprising: the control signal for the actuator is generated by superimposing the signal generated by the current regulator (52) and associated with the supply voltage and the signal associated with the high-frequency voltage.

4. A method according to claim 3, wherein the field orientation adjustment device (43) is a discrete field orientation adjustment device and the method comprises: the current regulator (52) is operated at a regulator frequency which is in particular equal to the frequency of the high-frequency voltage and/or the high-frequency voltage is embodied rectangularly.

5. The method of claim 4, comprising:

-discretely measuring the longitudinal and transverse currents at double the frequency of the high-frequency voltage at least during the braking phase, wherein the clock cycle of the measurement is set such that, of two measurements carried out one after the other, one measurement is carried out at the maximum value of the measured current and the other measurement is carried out at the minimum value of the measured current; and

the high-frequency current components of the longitudinal and transverse currents are determined by the difference formation of the measured respective currents of two successive measurements.

6. Method according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the field orientation adjustment means (43) are designed according to the maximum torque current ratio principle.

7. Method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the component is a compressor (21, 102) comprising a compressor chamber (31) and arranged for compressing a fluid.

8. Method according to claim 7, wherein the compressor chamber (31) comprises an inlet (32) and an outlet (33), a piston (34) movably supported inside the compressor chamber (31) and a crankshaft (35), and a rotor (38) of the three-phase alternating current synchronous motor (36) is coupled with the piston (34) by means of the crankshaft (35), such that the piston (34) can reduce a volume (39) enclosed by the compressor chamber (31) and the piston (34) for compressing a fluid by means of the three-phase alternating current synchronous motor (36) when the compressor (21) is in operation, wherein the volume (39) is minimal at a certain position of the piston (34) relative to the compressor chamber (31) and the volume (39) is maximal at another certain position of the piston (34) relative to the compressor chamber (31), the method comprises the following steps: at the end of the braking phase, the actuator is actuated in such a way that the actuator is stopped away from the defined position for the stopped state of the three-phase synchronous motor (36).

9. The method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the household appliance is a household refrigeration appliance (1) comprising: an insulated body (10) having a coolable inner container (2) delimiting a coolable inner space (3) provided for storing food; a refrigerant circuit (20) provided for cooling the coolable interior space (3), the refrigerant circuit having a coolant as a fluid and the compressor (21); and said regulated electric drive.

10. Method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the household appliance is configured as a domestic laundry dryer (101) comprising a heat pump circuit (103) comprising the compressor (102) and the regulated electric drive (40).

11. A household appliance having a component (21, 102) and a regulated electric drive (40) having; a permanent magnet excited three-phase alternating current synchronous motor (36); in particular, a converter (41) for actuating an actuator of the three-phase synchronous AC motor (36); and a field-oriented control device (43) for actuating the actuator, wherein the three-phase synchronous ac motor (36) comprises a stator (37) and a rotor (38) which is mounted so as to be rotatable relative to the stator (37), and is part of the component (21, 102) or is provided for driving the component (21, 102), characterized in that the household appliance (1, 101) is designed for carrying out the method according to one of claims 1 to 10, and is therefore designed for:

during an operating phase of the electric drive (40), operating the regulated electric drive (40) by means of the field orientation control device (43) and in a speed-controlled manner as a function of the angular position of the rotor (38) relative to the stator (37), wherein the angular position of the rotor (38) relative to the stator (37) is determined by means of the longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase alternating-current synchronous motor (36) and a mathematical model; and is

Household appliance according to claim 11 or 12, wherein the compressor chamber (31) comprises an inlet (32) and an outlet (33), a piston (34) movably supported inside the compressor chamber (31), and a crankshaft (35), and the rotor (38) of the three-phase alternating current synchronous motor (36) is coupled to the piston (34) via the crankshaft (35), so that the piston (34) can reduce the volume (39) enclosed by the compressor chamber (31) and the piston (34) by means of the three-phase alternating current synchronous motor (36) when the compressor (21) is running in order to compress a fluid, wherein the volume (39) is minimal at a determined position of the piston (34) relative to the compressor chamber (31), and said volume (39) is at a maximum at another determined position of said piston (34) with respect to said compressor chamber (31).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a method for operating a household appliance and to a corresponding household appliance comprising a field-oriented regulated electric drive.

Background

DE 102017211217 a1 discloses a domestic refrigeration device having a refrigerant circuit with a compressor and an electric drive with speed regulation. The control device of the electric drive is a field-oriented control device, and the electric drive comprises a converter and a permanently excited three-phase ac synchronous motor connected downstream of the converter, which is part of the compressor and is provided for driving the compressor. The domestic refrigeration appliance is provided for: actuating the inverter in such a way that the rotational speed of the three-phase ac synchronous motor is at least approximately equal to a predetermined rotational speed when the compressor is switched on, as a result of the actuation by the inverter; controlling the converter to switch off the switched-on compressor, so that the rotating speed of the three-phase alternating current synchronous motor is reduced until the rotating speed reaches a preset minimum rotating speed; and then the converter is actuated such that the three-phase synchronous motor is switched off for at least a predetermined time period.

EP 102008029910 a1 discloses a domestic dishwasher with a pump and a field-oriented regulated electric drive. The electric drive comprises a converter and a permanently excited three-phase ac synchronous motor connected downstream of the converter, which drives the pump.

It is known, for example, from DE 102016210443 a1 or DE 102017213069 a1 to superimpose a high-frequency voltage on the supply voltage of a three-phase synchronous ac motor, said high-frequency voltage causing a line current of the three-phase synchronous ac motorIn order to determine the angular position of the rotor of the three-phase alternating current motor relative to the stator.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the present invention is to provide an improved method for operating a household appliance having a speed-regulated electric drive, the control device of which is a field-oriented control device, and the electric motor of which is a permanently excited three-phase ac synchronous motor that is part of or is provided for driving a component of the household appliance.

The object of the invention is achieved by a method for operating a household appliance having a component and a regulated electric drive, the regulated electric drive having: a permanent magnet excited three-phase ac synchronous motor; in particular, the converter is designed to control an actuator of a three-phase synchronous ac motor; and a field-oriented control device for actuating the actuator, wherein the three-phase synchronous motor comprises a stator and a rotor which is mounted so as to be rotatable relative to the stator and is part of the component or is provided for driving the component, and the method comprises the following method steps:

during an operating phase of the electric drive, operating the regulated electric drive with the aid of a field-oriented control device and in a speed-controlled manner as a function of the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator, wherein the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator is determined by means of the longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase synchronous AC motor and a mathematical model; and

during a braking phase of the electric drive following the operating phase,

reducing the rotational speed of the three-phase synchronous AC motor until the rotational speed reaches a predetermined limit rotational speed by operating the regulated electric drive with the aid of a field-oriented control device and in a rotational speed-regulated manner as a function of the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator, wherein the longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase synchronous AC motor are determined with the aid of a mathematical model,

superimposing the supply voltage generated by the actuator and provided for operating the three-phase synchronous ac motor with the high-frequency voltage, whereby the line currents and the longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase synchronous ac motor have respective high-frequency current components,

-determining high frequency current components of the longitudinal current and the transverse current,

-determining the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator from the high-frequency current components of the longitudinal and transverse currents, and

the rotational speed of the three-phase synchronous ac motor is further reduced by operating the regulated electric drive with the aid of a field-oriented regulating device and in a rotational speed-regulated manner as a function of the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator, the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator being determined by means of the high-frequency current components of the longitudinal current and of the transverse current.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a household appliance having a component and a regulated electric drive, the regulated electric drive having: a permanent magnet excited three-phase ac synchronous motor; in particular, the converter is designed to control an actuator of a three-phase synchronous ac motor; and a field-oriented control device for actuating the actuating element, wherein the three-phase synchronous ac motor comprises a stator and a rotor which is mounted so as to be rotatable relative to the stator, and the three-phase synchronous ac motor is part of the component or is provided for driving the component, and the household appliance is designed for carrying out the method according to the invention.

Another aspect of the invention relates to a household appliance having a component and a regulated electric drive having; a permanent magnet excited three-phase ac synchronous motor; in particular, the converter is designed to control an actuator of a three-phase synchronous ac motor; and a field-oriented control device for actuating the actuator, wherein the three-phase synchronous motor comprises a stator and a rotor which is mounted so as to be rotatable relative to the stator, and the three-phase synchronous motor is part of the component or is provided for driving the component, and the household appliance is designed for, during a start-up phase of the electric drive,

during an operating phase of the electric drive, the regulated electric drive is operated with a speed regulation by means of a field-oriented regulation device and as a function of the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator, which is determined by means of the longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase synchronous AC motor and a mathematical model, and

during a braking phase of the electric drive following the operating phase,

reducing the rotational speed of the three-phase synchronous AC motor until the rotational speed reaches a predetermined limit rotational speed by operating the regulated electric drive with the aid of a field-oriented regulating device and in a rotational speed-regulated manner as a function of the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator, wherein the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator is determined by means of the longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase synchronous AC motor and a mathematical model,

the rotational speed of the three-phase synchronous ac motor is reduced by operating the regulated electric drive with the aid of a field-oriented control device and in a rotational speed-regulated manner as a function of the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator, the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator being determined by means of the high-frequency current components of the longitudinal and transverse currents.

The household appliance comprises a regulated electric drive, the electric motor of which is a permanently excited three-phase alternating current synchronous motor. A permanent-magnet excited three-phase ac synchronous motor is, for example, a brushless dc motor.

The electric drive also comprises an actuator which actuates the three-phase synchronous ac motor, i.e. supplies the three-phase synchronous ac motor with a supply voltage. The supply voltage is a three-phase voltage, the fundamental frequency of which is set by the rotational speed regulation and the desired setpoint rotational speed.

The actuating element is in particular a current transformer which is preferably operated by means of pulse width modulation.

The actuating element or the converter is actuated by an actuating device of the controlled electric drive and is a field-oriented actuating device. The field-oriented control device usually forms a cascade structure with a built-in current control loop, with which an external speed control loop is superimposed. The field-oriented control device therefore comprises in particular a cascade structure with an internal current control loop having a current controller, with which the external speed control loop is superimposed. The current regulator is in particular a PI regulator, i.e. preferably a regulator having a proportional component and an integral component.

The field orientation adjustment means is preferably a discrete or digital field orientation adjustment means. The clock frequency or the control frequency of the discrete or digital field-oriented control device and thus of the current regulator is preferably greater than 1 khz, for example 4 khz.

For field-oriented regulation devices it is necessary to know the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator of a three-phase ac synchronous motor. In order to determine the angular position without sensors or without a detector, the angular position can be determined from a mathematical model, also referred to as an observer, and from the so-called longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase ac synchronous motor, which are known in principle to the person skilled in the art and which can be calculated from the line currents of the three-phase ac synchronous motor. The angular position of the rotor relative to the stator is thus determined in particular sensorless.

However, in the case of relatively low rotational speeds of the three-phase ac synchronous motor, it is possible that the evaluation of these currents does not reliably determine the angular position of the rotor. According to the invention, therefore, during the braking phase of the electric drive, in particular until a standstill, the supply voltage which is generated by the actuator and is provided for operating the three-phase ac synchronous motor is preferably not superimposed with the high-frequency voltage until the limit rotational speed is reached, as a result of which the line current of the three-phase ac synchronous motor has a corresponding high-frequency current component. This is called "High Frequency Injection (HFI)" in English. Thus, the longitudinal current and the transverse current have respective high-frequency current components. On the basis of these high-frequency current components, the angular position of the rotor required for the field-oriented control device can be ascertained sensorless even at relatively low rotational speeds, and therefore the rotational speed of the three-phase synchronous ac motor is reduced during the braking phase until the three-phase synchronous ac motor is stopped, by operating the regulated electric drive with the aid of the field-oriented control device and in a rotational speed-regulated manner as a function of the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator, which angular position is ascertained with the aid of the high-frequency current components of the longitudinal current and of the transverse current relative to the stator.

Based on these high-frequency current components, the angular position of the rotor can be determined without a sensor, if necessary, even in the stopped state of the three-phase ac synchronous motor.

The limit speed is preferably between 600 and 1400 revolutions per minute, in particular around 1000 revolutions per minute.

The high-frequency voltage and thus the high-frequency current component preferably have a frequency of more than 1 khz, preferably more than 2 khz.

During an operating phase which occurs before the braking phase, the regulated electric drive is operated in a speed-regulated manner by means of a field-oriented control device and as a function of the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator, wherein the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator is determined by means of the longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase synchronous ac motor and a mathematical model, i.e. during the operating phase the angular position of the rotor is determined as a function of the longitudinal and transverse currents of the three-phase synchronous ac motor which drive the three-phase synchronous ac motor and the mathematical model.

Preferably, the supply voltage generated by the actuator and provided for operating the three-phase synchronous motor is superimposed with the high-frequency voltage only after the limit frequency is reached, i.e. preferably, during the operating phase and the part of the braking phase up to the limit frequency is reached, the actuator is operated without the high-frequency voltage being superimposed. This can have a positive effect on the energy consumption of the electric drive and thus of the household appliance.

According to a preferred embodiment of the method according to the invention, the method comprises generating the actuating signal for the actuator by superimposing a signal generated by the current regulator and assigned to the supply voltage and a signal assigned to the high-frequency voltage. The household appliance according to the invention is therefore preferably provided for generating the actuating signal for the actuator by superimposing the signal generated by the current regulator and assigned to the supply voltage on the signal assigned to the high-frequency voltage. These two signals can be added in a relatively simple manner, so that the control element can generate the supply voltage for the three-phase ac synchronous motor superimposed on the high-frequency voltage in a relatively simple manner on the basis of the control signal.

In a field-oriented regulating device, the line current of a three-phase alternating current motor is converted into a longitudinal current and a transverse current. The longitudinal current and the transverse current are used in a circuit control loop, in order to obtain a signal assigned to the supply voltage for actuating the actuator. The longitudinal current and the transverse current are each associated with a current regulator. Preferably, the signal associated with the high-frequency voltage is superimposed only on the signal generated by the current regulator associated with the longitudinal current.

In the field-oriented control device, it can be provided that the setpoint value of the longitudinal current is equal to zero. Preferably, the field-oriented regulation device is based on the so-called maximum torque or current ratio principle (maximum torque or average primary), in order to reduce the energy consumption of the electric drive and thus of the household appliance, in particular if the longitudinal and transverse inductances of the three-phase ac synchronous motor are different in size. In this case, the setpoint value of the longitudinal current is not set to zero or a fixed value, but rather is determined on the basis of the relationship between the longitudinal inductance and the transverse inductance, in particular, and on the basis of a signal determined by an external rotational speed control circuit, which is assigned to the torque to be applied by the three-phase ac synchronous motor. Since the relationship mentioned is non-linear, the nominal values of the longitudinal and transverse currents are preferably stored in a look-up table.

The signal associated with the high-frequency voltage can be, for example, sinusoidal. The signal is preferably rectangular.

In the case of a discrete field-oriented control device, the current regulator preferably operates at a regulator frequency which is equal to the frequency of the high-frequency voltage or of the signal associated with the high-frequency voltage. In particular, it can also be provided that the frequency of the high-frequency voltage or of the signal assigned to the high-frequency voltage is an integer multiple of the regulator frequency.

In order to obtain the high-frequency current components of the longitudinal current and of the transverse current in a relatively simple manner, the method according to the invention according to a preferred variant comprises: the longitudinal current and the transverse current are measured discretely at double the frequency of the high-frequency voltage at least during the start-up phase, wherein the clock cycle (Takt) of the measurement is set such that, of two measurements carried out one after the other, one measurement is carried out at the maximum value of the measured current and the other measurement is carried out at the minimum value of the measured current. The household appliance according to the invention is therefore configured according to a preferred embodiment such that it measures the longitudinal current and the transverse current at double the frequency of the high-frequency voltage at least during the start phase, wherein the clock cycle of the measurement is set such that, of two measurements carried out one after the other, one measurement is carried out at the maximum value of the measured current and the other measurement is carried out at the minimum value of the measured current. The high-frequency current components of the longitudinal current and of the transverse current can then be determined by the difference formation (diffrenzbilden) of the measured respective currents of two successive measurements.

The household appliance is, for example, a household washing machine, which has a rotatably mounted laundry drum as a component driven by an electric drive.

The household appliance is, for example, a household dishwasher, which has a lye pump as the component.

Preferably, the component is a compressor comprising a compressor chamber and arranged for compressing a fluid.

One example of a domestic appliance having a compressor is a domestic laundry dryer which comprises a heat pump circuit comprising the compressor and a regulated electric drive.

Another example of a household appliance with a compressor is a household refrigeration appliance comprising: an insulated body having a coolable inner container bounding a coolable interior space configured for holding food; a refrigerant circuit provided for cooling the coolable interior space, the refrigerant circuit having a coolant as a fluid and a compressor; and a regulated electric drive.

The domestic refrigerator comprises an insulated body with an inner container which delimits a coolable interior. The coolable interior space is provided for storing food and is cooled by means of a refrigerant circuit.

The coolable interior can preferably be closed by means of a door panel. The door leaf is preferably mounted pivotably relative to an axis which preferably extends vertically. In the open state, the coolable interior space is accessible.

The refrigerant circuit is known per se to the person skilled in the art and comprises a compressor and in particular a liquefier connected downstream of the compressor, a throttle device connected downstream of the liquefier and an evaporator arranged between the throttle device and the compressor.

Preferably, a compressor chamber of the compressor includes an inlet and an outlet, a piston movably supported inside the compressor chamber, and a crankshaft. In this case, the rotor of the three-phase ac synchronous motor is coupled to the piston via the crankshaft, so that the piston, when the compressor is in operation, can reduce the volume enclosed by the compressor chamber and the piston by means of the three-phase ac synchronous motor in order to compress the fluid, wherein the volume is at a minimum at a certain position of the piston relative to the compressor chamber and the volume is at a maximum at another certain position of the piston relative to the compressor chamber. Such compressors are commonly referred to as reciprocating piston compressors. Preferably, at the end of the braking phase, the actuator can be actuated such that it is stopped away from a defined position for the stop state of the three-phase synchronous motor.

In particular, the three-phase ac synchronous motor is operated at a rotational speed determined or predetermined, for example, by an electronic control unit or a thermostat of the domestic refrigeration appliance during operation of the compressor and in the case of the domestic refrigeration appliance.

Reciprocating piston compressors have a characteristic torque curve. The torque curve may be related to the load point, but also to the rotational speed of the three-phase ac synchronous motor. Mechanical set conditions of the compressor, for example components of the compressor that rotate the inertia moment, can have an effect on the operation of the three-phase ac synchronous motor.

The volume is at a minimum at a determined position of the piston relative to the compressor chamber. This determined position is usually referred to as top dead center.

The volume is at a maximum at another determined position of the piston relative to the compressor chamber. This further determined position is usually referred to as bottom dead center.

If the three-phase ac synchronous motor moves the piston from its determined position (that is, from its top dead center) to its other determined position (that is, to its bottom dead center), the volume increases and the compressor draws in fluid through its inlet.

If the three-phase ac synchronous motor moves the piston from its other determined position (that is, from its bottom dead center) to its determined position (that is, to its top dead center), the volume is reduced and the compressor compresses the fluid located in the compressor chamber until the outlet at the top dead center is opened so that the compressed fluid can reach the liquefier.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a domestic refrigeration device 1 as an example of a domestic appliance, which has a component and a regulated electric drive, which has an electric drive; a permanent magnet excited three-phase ac synchronous motor; in particular, the converter is designed to control an actuator of a three-phase synchronous ac motor; and a field-oriented control device for actuating the actuator, wherein the three-phase synchronous motor comprises a stator and a rotor which is mounted so as to be rotatable relative to the stator and is part of the component or is provided for driving the component.

The domestic refrigerator 1 comprises in particular an insulated body 10 with an inner container 2 which delimits a coolable interior 3. The coolable interior space 3 is provided for storing food, not shown in detail.

In the case of the present exemplary embodiment, the domestic refrigeration appliance 1 has a pivotable door panel 4 for closing the coolable interior 3. The door panel 4 is in particular pivotably supported relative to a vertically extending axis. With the door panel 4 open (as shown in fig. 1), the coolable interior space 3 is accessible.

In the case of the present embodiment, a plurality of door shelves 5 for storing food are arranged on the side of the door panel 4 directed towards the coolable interior 3. In particular, a plurality of shelf panels 6 for storing food are arranged in the coolable interior 3, and in particular in the lower region of the coolable interior 3, drawers 7 are arranged in which food can also be stored.

The domestic refrigeration appliance 1 comprises a refrigerant circuit 20, which is shown in fig. 2, for cooling the coolable interior 3. In the case of the present embodiment, the refrigerant circuit 20 comprises a refrigerant, which is not shown in detail but is known in principle to the person skilled in the art, a compressor 21, a liquefier 22 connected downstream of the compressor 21, a throttling device 23 connected downstream of the liquefier 22 and embodied in particular as a throttling tube or capillary tube, and an evaporator 24 arranged between the throttling device 23 and the compressor 21. The compressor 21 is preferably arranged within a machine space of the domestic refrigeration appliance 1, which is located in particular behind the drawer 7.

The compressor 21 is embodied as a reciprocating piston compressor and is shown in detail in fig. 3.

The compressor 21 comprises a compressor chamber 31 having an inlet 32 and an outlet 33 for refrigerant and a piston 34 movably supported inside the compressor chamber 31. The inlet 32 and the outlet 33 are each provided with a corresponding valve, as is known in principle to the person skilled in the art.

The compressor 21 includes a crankshaft 35 and a three-phase ac synchronous motor 36. The compressor 21 is one example of the above-mentioned components.

The three-phase ac synchronous motor 36 is in particular a permanently excited three-phase ac synchronous motor, preferably a brushless dc motor, and comprises a stator 37 and a rotor 38 which is mounted so as to be rotatable relative to the stator 37. One of the ends of the crankshaft 35 is coupled to the piston 34 and the other end of the crankshaft 35 is coupled to a rotor 38 of the three-phase ac synchronous motor 36, so that the piston 34 can reduce the volume 39 enclosed by the compressor chamber 31 and the piston 34 by means of the three-phase ac synchronous motor 36 in order to compress the coolant when the domestic refrigeration device 1 or the compressor 21 is in operation as intended.

In the case of the present exemplary embodiment, the domestic refrigeration appliance 1 comprises an electronic control device 8 which is provided for actuating the refrigerant circuit 20, in particular the compressor 21 of the refrigerant circuit 20, such that the coolable interior 3 has at least approximately a predefined or predefinable setpoint temperature. The electronic control device 8 is preferably arranged such that it regulates the temperature of the coolable interior space 3. In order to obtain the actual temperature of the coolable interior 3 if necessary, the domestic refrigeration appliance 1 can have at least one temperature sensor, which is not illustrated in detail and is connected to the electronic control device 8.

For controlling or regulating the refrigerant circuit 20, in the case of the present exemplary embodiment, the domestic refrigeration appliance 1 comprises a field-oriented regulated electric drive 40, which is illustrated in fig. 4 and has a three-phase ac synchronous motor 36 of the compressor 21. If necessary, the three-phase synchronous ac motor 36 corresponds to a nominal speed n predetermined by the electronic control unit 8sollIs driven. The field-oriented control device 43 forms a cascade structure with a built-in current control loop, to which an external speed control loop is superimposed, as is known in principle to the person skilled in the art. Fig. 5 partially shows the structure.

For the field-oriented control device, a control structure is obtained in which the transformed transverse and longitudinal currents i are controlled by means of a current control loopq,id. During the operating phase, the field-oriented electric drive 40 is operated with speed regulation by means of the field orientation regulating device 43 and as a function of the angular position of the rotor relative to the stator by means of the longitudinal current actual value and the transverse current actual value is,d,is,qAnd a mathematical model. During the operating phase, the rotational speed of the three-phase ac synchronous motor 36 is, for example, greater than 1000 revolutions per minute.

The high-frequency current components of the longitudinal current and of the transverse current can then be determined by the difference of the measured respective currents of two successive measurements. The measurement taken at T2 is used for current regulation. Based on the combined characteristic curves of the longitudinal inductance and the transverse inductance, the angular position of the rotor during the braking phase can be determined therefrom.

In the case of the present exemplary embodiment, it is also provided that, at the end of the braking phase, the converter 41 is actuated in such a way that it moves the piston 34 away from the defined position for the stop state.

Fig. 10 shows an alternative design of the field-oriented adjustment device 43, which is based on the so-called maximum torque-current ratio principle.
