mounting the strip-shaped ceramic blocks on the support pads to form a spliced assembly;

the assembly component is arranged on the supporting ring, and the supporting ring is sleeved on the baffle ring.

7. The method of processing a ceramic jewelry chain of claim 6, wherein after forming the assembled components, further comprising the steps of: and clamping the assembly, and polishing one side surface of the support pad to ensure that the width of the plurality of assemblies is consistent.

Technical Field

The application relates to a jewelry chain, in particular to a ceramic jewelry chain and a processing method of the ceramic jewelry chain.

Background

Ceramics are a general name of pottery and porcelain, are artware, and have wide application in various fields due to the characteristics of excellent insulation, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, low density, radiation resistance and the like. At the same time, however, ceramics are brittle and easily broken during processing and use because of their high brittleness. Because of the characteristics of the ceramic, the ceramic is not easy to be processed into ornaments, the processing technology requirement is extremely high, and the processing difficulty is high.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a ceramic jewelry chain and a method of processing the ceramic jewelry chain, which have an advantage of being easily processed and manufactured into a jewelry.

One aspect of the application provides a ceramic jewelry chain, which comprises assembly components, a supporting ring and a retaining ring with an L-shaped section, wherein the assembly components are sequentially connected into a ring shape and sleeved on the supporting ring, and the supporting ring is in threaded connection with the retaining ring;

the splicing assembly comprises a first connecting hook, a second connecting hook, a supporting pad and a strip-shaped ceramic block, the cross section of the supporting pad is L-shaped, the bottom surface of the supporting pad is arc-shaped, the strip-shaped ceramic block is installed on the supporting pad and matched with the supporting pad in shape, and the first connecting hook and the second connecting hook are respectively installed on two sides of the supporting pad;

the first connecting hook of one assembly component is buckled with the second connecting hook of the other assembly component, so that one assembly component is connected with the other assembly component, the assembly components are sequentially connected to form a decorative ring, and the decorative ring is tensioned and tightly sleeved on the supporting ring;

the retaining ring is retained on the opening side of the support pad to retain the strip-shaped ceramic block.

The application ceramic jewelry chain has the characteristics of easiness in processing and difficulty in damage of ceramic blocks, the assembly components can be freely spliced, a bracelet or a ring or other jewelry can be formed, and the degree of free combination is high.

Furthermore, the assembly component further comprises a connection elastic rope, and two ends of the connection elastic rope form annular middle parts respectively and are fastened, so that the annular structure of the elastic rope is connected with the first connection hook or the second connection hook respectively.

Furthermore, a first through hole and a second through hole are formed in the assembling assembly respectively and are communicated in the direction perpendicular to the side face of the support pad.

Further, the connecting device further comprises a connecting rope, wherein the connecting rope penetrates through the first through hole and the second through hole respectively and is connected with the assembling assemblies respectively.

Furthermore, end covers are respectively formed at two ends of the support pad, and the two end covers respectively abut against and wrap two ends of the strip-shaped ceramic block.

In another aspect of the present application, a method for processing a ceramic jewelry chain is provided, which includes the steps of:

manufacturing a strip-shaped ceramic block, and manufacturing a die of a support pad according to the shape of the strip-shaped ceramic block; pouring the support pad according to the mould;

mounting the strip-shaped ceramic blocks on the support pads to form a spliced assembly;

the assembly component is arranged on the supporting ring, and the supporting ring is sleeved on the baffle ring.

Further, after the assembly component is formed, the method also comprises the following steps: and clamping the assembly, and polishing one side surface of the support pad to ensure that the width of the plurality of assemblies is consistent.

Further, after the assembly component is formed, the method also comprises the following steps: and punching holes on the assembly component through laser, and respectively forming a first through hole and a second through hole.

Detailed Description

In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that the terms "center," "longitudinal," "lateral," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like are used in the orientation or positional relationship indicated in the drawings for convenience in describing the present application and for simplicity in description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated in a particular manner, and are not to be considered limiting of the present application. In the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.

Referring to fig. 1-4, an exemplary ceramic jewelry chain of the present application includes a plurality of assembling components, a supporting ring 20, and a retaining ring 30 having an L-shaped cross section, wherein the assembling components are sequentially connected to form an annular decoration ring and are sleeved on the supporting ring 20, and the supporting ring 20 is screwed on the retaining ring 30;

the splicing assembly comprises a first connecting hook 11, a second connecting hook 12, a support pad 13 and a strip-shaped ceramic block 14, the cross section of the support pad 13 is L-shaped, the bottom surface of the support pad 13 is arc-shaped, the strip-shaped ceramic block 14 is installed on the support pad 13 and matched with the support pad 13 in shape, and the first connecting hook 11 and the second connecting hook 12 are respectively installed on two sides of the support pad 13;

the first connecting hook 11 of one assembly component is buckled with the second connecting hook 12 of the other assembly component, so that one assembly component is connected with the other assembly component, the assembly components are sequentially connected to form a decorative ring, and the decorative ring is tensioned and tightly sleeved on the supporting ring 20;

the blocking ring 30 blocks the opening side of the pad 13 to block the bar-shaped ceramic blocks 14.

In some preferred embodiments, the ring 20, the baffle ring 30 and the pad 13 are made of metal, preferably gold, silver, copper or platinum.

In some preferred embodiments, the splicing assembly further comprises an engaging elastic string (not shown) having two ends respectively forming a ring-shaped middle fastening, so that the ring-shaped structure of the elastic string is connected to the first connecting hook 11 or the second connecting hook 12 respectively.

In some preferred embodiments, a first through hole 15 and a second through hole 16 are respectively formed on the assembly component, and the first through hole 15 and the second through hole 16 respectively penetrate in a direction perpendicular to the side surface of the pad 13.

In some preferred embodiments, the assembly further comprises a connecting rope (not shown) which penetrates through the first through hole 15 and the second through hole 16, respectively, and connects the plurality of splicing assemblies, respectively.

In some preferred embodiments, two ends of the pad 13 are respectively formed with end caps (not shown), and the two end caps respectively abut against and wrap two ends of the bar-shaped ceramic block 14.

In some preferred embodiments, the pad 13 is formed with a rib (not shown) along an edge thereof, and the rib abuts against an edge of the ceramic bar 14 to limit the ceramic bar 14. The convex ribs are arranged, so that the connection and installation of the strip-shaped ceramic block 14 and the support pad 13 are more firm. During installation, the opening angle of the support pad 13 is expanded firstly, so that the ceramic strip-shaped block is easily placed into the support pad 13, and then two side surfaces of the support pad 13 are clamped, so that the strip-shaped ceramic block 14 is clamped by the two surfaces of the support pad 13.

A processing method of a ceramic jewelry chain comprises the following steps:

manufacturing a strip-shaped ceramic block 14, and manufacturing a die of the support pad 13 according to the shape of the strip-shaped ceramic block 14; pouring the support pad 13 according to a mould;

mounting the strip-shaped ceramic blocks 14 on the support pads 13 to form a spliced assembly;

the splicing assembly is arranged on the supporting ring 20, and the supporting ring 20 is sleeved on the baffle ring 30.

Further, when the ceramic bar blocks 14 are manufactured, a greenware adapted to the support pad 13 is manufactured, and then, the ceramic bar blocks 14 are formed by firing in a kiln.

In some preferred embodiments, after the forming the splicing assembly, the method further comprises the following steps: the assembled components are clamped and one side of the support pad 13 is ground, so that the widths of the assembled components are consistent. By processing the backing pad 13 instead of the bar-shaped ceramic blocks 14, the processing is easy, and the size of the whole assembly is controllable, thereby avoiding the difficulty of processing the bar-shaped ceramic rings. Thus, the processing is easy and the installation is carried out without damaging the strip-shaped ceramic ring.

In some preferred embodiments, after the forming the splicing assembly, the method further comprises the following steps: the assembled components are perforated by laser and are formed with first and second through holes 15 and 16, respectively.

In some preferred embodiments, after the strip-shaped ceramic block 14 is mounted on the pad 13, the method further comprises the steps of: and the strip-shaped ceramic strip is tightly adhered to the support pad 13.

The working principle of the exemplary ceramic jewelry chain of the present application:

in the installation mode, a first connecting hook 11 on one supporting pad 13 is connected with a second connecting hook 12 on another supporting pad 13, the first connecting hook 11 on another supporting pad 13 is connected with the second connecting hook 12 on another supporting pad 13, and the first connecting hook 11 and the second connecting hook are connected in sequence, so that the supporting pads 13 are connected in sequence and form an annular structure.

In another installation mode, the first connecting hook 11 of one support pad 13 is connected with the second connecting hook 12 of another support pad 13 through an elastic connecting rope, and the first connecting hook 11 of another support pad 13 is connected with the second connecting hook 12 of another support pad 13 through an elastic connecting rope. Thus, a certain deformation capacity is provided between the two pads 13, so that the distance between the two pads 13 can be adjusted.

When the number of the supporting pads 13 is small and the formed decoration ring is the size of a ring, the decoration ring is sleeved on the supporting ring 20, so that the decoration ring is tensioned and tightly sleeved on the supporting ring 20. Then, the supporting ring 20 is in threaded connection with the blocking ring 30, the side surface of the blocking ring 30 abuts against one side of the strip-shaped ceramic block 14, and the supporting pad 13 and the blocking ring 30 respectively abut against two sides of the strip-shaped ceramic block 14, so that the strip-shaped ceramic block 14 is tightly mounted. Thus, the support pad 13 limits two side surfaces of the strip-shaped ceramic block 14, and the baffle ring 30 limits the other side surface of the strip-shaped ceramic block 14, so that three side surfaces of the strip-shaped ceramic block 14 are limited. In addition, the rib formed at the edge of the support pad 13 limits the obliquely upper part of the strip-shaped ceramic block 14, so that a plurality of angles and the limit of the surface of the strip-shaped ceramic block 14 are integrated, the strip-shaped ceramic block 14 is not easy to loosen and is tightly installed. Furthermore, the installation of the decoration ring is fastened and tensioned through the arrangement of the supporting ring 20 and the baffle ring 30, so that the formed ring is stable.

In another example, two assembly components are symmetrically arranged and form a pair of components, and the connecting rope sequentially penetrates through the first through hole 15 and the second through hole 16, so that the strip-shaped ceramic rings of the two assembly components are attached to each other and are mutually limited. And sequentially connecting a plurality of assembly components to form a bracelet or hand ring-shaped decorative ring.

The exemplary ceramic jewelry chain of this application, processing is easy, can freely assemble moreover, can also guarantee the pleasing to the eye effect of pottery simultaneously, has avoided the direct processing to bar ceramic piece 14, has guaranteed porcelainous safety. The formed ceramic jewelry chain is beautiful and has good stability.
