A tampon applicator comprising a barrel including a housing for introduction of a tampon, the housing having a tampon insertion end and a tampon ejection end, and a plunger for pushing a tampon out of the tampon ejection end, characterized in that the barrel is a disposable barrel, the plunger is a reusable plunger, and at least one resilient portion projecting towards its longitudinal centre axis is provided on the inside wall of the barrel.

2. The tampon boost applicator of claim 1, wherein said barrel further comprises a guide tube connected to said tampon insertion end of said housing, said resilient portion being disposed on an inside wall of said guide tube.

3. The tampon aid applicator set forth in claim 2 wherein said guide tube is further provided with a non-slip region on an outer surface thereof, said non-slip region being provided with a non-slip pattern, said non-slip pattern being of any shape.

4. A tampon aid applicator according to claim 2, wherein a withdrawal string port is provided on said guide tube, and wherein a slit is provided in said guide tube in communication with said withdrawal string port, said slit extending to an edge of said guide tube remote from said expulsion end of said tampon.

5. The tampon aid applicator set forth in claim 2 wherein at least a portion of said plunger is extendable into said housing, said resilient portion being adapted to retain said plunger.

6. The tampon aid applicator set forth in claim 5 wherein said resilient portion comprises a resilient snap member, said snap member being abuttable to said plunger.

7. A tampon product set, characterized in that it comprises at least one tampon and at least one of said barrel and said plunger in a tampon boost applicator tool according to any of claims 1-5.

A manufacturing apparatus for packaging the tampon product set of claim 7, comprising a tampon storage container and a tampon transfer track, a catheter storage container and a catheter transfer track, which are in communication with the tampon storage container, and a pushrod storage container and a pushrod transfer track, which are in communication with the tampon storage container, wherein the tampon transfer track, the catheter transfer track and the pushrod transfer track can be in communication with each other, the tampon storage container, the catheter storage container and the pushrod storage container are respectively provided with an outlet port which can be opened and closed independently, and the outlet port of the catheter storage container can be kept open when the outlet port of the pushrod storage container is closed.

The control system for a manufacturing apparatus for a tampon product set according to claim 8, comprising a controller and a plunger storage and discharge module connected to the controller, further comprising a tampon storage and discharge module and a barrel storage and discharge module that are operable simultaneously, at least one of the tampon storage and discharge module and the barrel storage and discharge module being connected to the controller.

The control system for a manufacturing apparatus for a tampon product set of claim 9, further comprising a plunger transport module coupled to the plunger storage and expulsion module, a barrel transport module coupled to the barrel storage and expulsion module, and a barrel transport module coupled to the plunger storage and expulsion module.

Background

The sanitary cotton strip is a female product which can replace a sanitary towel and is a cylinder which is pressed by fibers with stronger water absorption capacity. Existing tampons are classified into finger-pushed type, in which the user pushes the tampon into the body with his fingers during use, and catheter type, in which the tampon is pushed into the body by means of an applicator catheter.

The permeability of the current sanitary cotton strip in European and American markets reaches 70% -80%, but the domestic market share is less than 3%; the sanitary cotton strip can prevent side leakage, has excellent absorption capacity, directly absorbs menstrual blood in vivo, keeps the body clean and dry, and is convenient to move.

However, the tampon is just started in the domestic market, most domestic consumers are not familiar with the use of the tampon, especially for beginners, the use difficulty of the consumers is increased by using the finger-pushing type tampon, even the finger-pushing type tampon is not inserted into a position without a sensitive area at present, the experience of the finger-pushing type tampon to the consumers is not good, and the wide popularization of the tampon market is further influenced. The use of the conduit-type tampon brings great convenience to beginners, and the conduit-type tampon needs to be inserted into a body by means of a boosting applicator when in use.

The boosting applicators on the market at present mostly comprise two parts, namely an outer catheter and a push rod, and are basically auxiliary tools for one-time use. The existing tampon boosters are mainly made of PE, PP and other materials through high-temperature injection molding, so that the disposable tampon boosters pollute the environment in the long term. However, most of the currently mature degradable plastic materials have low heat resistance, high brittleness, poor processability and high price cost, and are not suitable for being applied to the processing of tampon boosters. Therefore, there is a need to develop and produce a tampon application aid with high hygiene cleanliness, safety, convenience, and low cost.

Disclosure of Invention

To overcome the above disadvantages, it is an object of the present invention to provide a tampon booster applicator, a tampon product set and a device for producing the same.

The tampon boost application tool of the present invention comprises a barrel comprising a housing for introducing a tampon, the housing having a tampon insertion end and a tampon ejection end, and a plunger for pushing the tampon out of the tampon ejection end, the barrel being a disposable barrel, the plunger being a reusable plunger, the inside wall of the barrel being further provided with at least one resilient portion protruding towards its longitudinal central axis. The tampon boosting application tool is characterized in that the catheter part to be inserted into the body is made of disposable materials, and the push rod part is made of reusable materials, so that the sanitary cleanliness and the use safety of the product can be ensured, the pollution of the materials of the push rod part to the environment can be reduced, and the processing cost and the use cost of the tampon boosting application tool can be reduced.

Furthermore, the guide tube also comprises a guide tube connected with the tampon plugging end of the shell, and the elastic part is arranged on the inner side wall of the guide tube.

Furthermore, at least one part of the area of the push rod can extend into the shell, and the elastic part is used for limiting the push rod. Therefore, when the push rod is inserted into the catheter by the elastic part, the push rod is not separated from the catheter.

The present invention also provides a tampon product set comprising at least one of the barrel and the plunger of the tampon booster applicator described above. Thus, the present invention provides a two gauge tampon product set: only the tampon and the catheter are arranged, and the tampon, the catheter and the push rod are simultaneously contained, and the push rod is made of reusable materials, so that a consumer can buy a package only with the tampon and the catheter according to needs, and the use cost is reduced, and the pollution of the push rod to the environment is also reduced.

The invention also provides a production device for packaging the tampon product set, which comprises a tampon storage box, a tampon conveying track communicated with the tampon storage box, a catheter conveying track communicated with the catheter storage box, a push rod storage box and a push rod conveying track communicated with the push rod storage box, wherein the tampon conveying track, the catheter conveying track and the push rod conveying track can be communicated with each other, the tampon storage box, the catheter storage box and the push rod storage box are respectively provided with an exhaust port capable of being opened and closed independently, and the exhaust port of the catheter storage box can be kept in an opened state when the exhaust port of the push rod storage box is closed. The invention also provides a control system of the production device of the tampon product set, which comprises a controller, a push rod storage and discharge module connected with the controller, and a tampon storage and discharge module and a catheter storage and discharge module which can be in working states simultaneously, wherein at least one of the tampon storage and discharge module and the catheter storage and discharge module is connected with the controller.

The device further comprises a push rod conveying module connected with the push rod storage and discharge module, a catheter conveying module connected with the catheter storage and discharge module and a catheter conveying module connected with the push rod storage and discharge module.
