1. An absorption core body is obtained by folding or extruding after water-absorbent fibers are carded into a longitudinally consistent mesh surface through a carding process or a carding process;

4. A disposable absorption product comprises a barrier surface layer, an absorption core layer and a leakage-proof bottom film layer which are contacted in sequence;

the absorbent core layer is the absorbent core of claim 1 or 2.

5. The disposable absorbent article of claim 4, wherein the barrier surface layer is provided with an edge protection layer in the width direction;

the sum of the width of the edge protection layer and the width of the barrier surface layer is less than or equal to the width of the leakage-proof bottom film layer.

6. The disposable absorbent article of claim 4 wherein the barrier facing layer is a nonwoven material having a thickness of 0.2 to 1.0 mm.

7. The disposable absorbent article of claim 4, characterized in that the leak-proof backsheet layer is a PE film or a PE breathable film.

8. The disposable absorbent article of claim 4, wherein a reinforcing absorbent core is further disposed between the barrier facing layer and the containment backsheet layer;

the reinforced absorption core is SAP high-molecular water-absorbent resin material or the absorption core of claim 1 or 2;

the volume of the reinforced absorption core body is 10-30% of the volume of the absorption core body.

9. The disposable absorbent article of claim 4 wherein the absorbent core has a raised structure that conforms to the curve of the human body, the raised structure having a height of 3 to 6 mm.

10. A method of making a disposable absorbent article comprising the steps of:

A) carding the water-absorbing fibers into a longitudinally consistent net surface by using a carding machine or a carding machine, and folding or extruding to obtain an absorbing core body;

B) and (3) compounding the shaped absorption core body with the barrier surface layer and the leakage-proof bottom film layer to obtain the disposable absorption product.

Technical Field

Background

Various absorption products sold in the market at present, including absorption products for women in menstrual period, infant absorption products, medical absorption products and the like, tend to be more and more complete in function, and have higher and more high quality requirements.

The absorption bodies of the disposable absorption products in the existing market are mostly fluff pulp which is crushed into short fibers by a crusher rotating at a high speed, and the short fibers are mixed with SAP high-molecular water-absorbent resin and form a composite core body by air-laying, and the main materials of the absorption core body of the combination of common dust-free paper and water-absorbent paper are the fluff pulp and the high-molecular water-absorbent resin. A novel absorption material appears on the prior working diaper, the main materials are hot air non-woven fabrics made of polyester fibers, fluff pulp and high molecular water-absorbent resin, and the novel absorption material still contains the fluff pulp and the high molecular water-absorbent resin. The existing market also has a water absorption core body which is a liquid sanitary towel absorption core body, the absorption core body is made of a porous material by adopting a polyurethane foaming technology, the porous material absorbs through physical adsorption of pores, the absorption capacity is general, and the water absorption core body can only be used on sanitary towels with small absorption capacity and can not be used on products such as paper diapers, adult incontinence and the like.

Therefore, the main raw material of the disposable sanitary product with stronger absorption capacity is fluff pulp, the fluff pulp is cellulose fiber with absorption performance, the main raw material is coniferous wood, forest resources in China are deficient, and the coniferous wood is more deficient. However, the fluff pulp for domestic production of absorbent articles comes from north america and south america, which makes china have no advantage in this respect and is restricted by the countries in the americas, and therefore, development of alternative absorbent materials for fluff pulp materials is of great importance to the development of the industry.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an absorption core, a disposable absorption product and a preparation method thereof.

The invention provides an absorption core, which is obtained by folding or extruding water-absorbent fibers after being carded into a longitudinally consistent mesh surface by a carding or cotton carding process;

the length of the water-absorbing fiber is 35-76 mm, and the fineness of the water-absorbing fiber is 1.1-6.6 dtex; the water-absorbing fiber is viscose fiber and/or cotton fiber.

Preferably, the water-absorbing fibers further comprise SAF super water-absorbing fibers; the addition amount of the SAF super absorbent fiber is 10-20 wt%.

Preferably, the absorbent core is strip-shaped or sheet-shaped;

the thickness of the absorption core body is 0.7-1.5 mm.

The invention provides a disposable absorption product, which comprises a barrier surface layer, an absorption core layer and a leakage-proof bottom film layer which are contacted in sequence;

the absorbent core layer is an absorbent core as described above.

Preferably, the barrier surface layer is provided with an edge protection layer in the width direction;

the sum of the width of the edge protection layer and the width of the barrier surface layer is less than or equal to the width of the leakage-proof bottom film layer.

Preferably, the barrier surface layer is made of non-woven fabric materials, and the thickness of the barrier surface layer is 0.2-1.0 mm.

Preferably, the leakproof bottom film layer is a PE film or a PE breathable film.

Preferably, a reinforced absorption core body is further arranged between the barrier surface layer and the leakage-proof bottom film layer;

the reinforced absorption core is SAP high-molecular water-absorbent resin material or the absorption core of claim 1 or 2;

Detailed Description

The invention provides an absorption core, which is obtained by folding or extruding water-absorbent fibers after being carded into a longitudinally consistent mesh surface by a carding or cotton carding process;

the length of the water-absorbing fiber is 35-76 mm, and the fineness of the water-absorbing fiber is 1.1-6.6 dtex; the water-absorbing fiber is viscose fiber and/or cotton fiber.

In the present invention, the water-absorbing fiber can be any fiber having water-absorbing effect, such as natural animal and plant fibers, viscose fibers, acetate fibers, etc., and is preferably viscose fibers and/or cotton fibers, if applied to disposable absorbent articles.

The water-absorbing fiber is long fiber, the water absorption performance of the fiber is superior to that of common fluff pulp short fiber, and the longitudinal conduction and diffusion performance of the long fiber is stronger. The length of the fiber is preferably 35-76 mm, more preferably 38-51 mm, and the fineness of the fiber is preferably 1.1-6.6 dtex, more preferably 2.2-4.4 dtex, namely 2-4 denier.

In the invention, the absorbent core can be strip-shaped or sheet-shaped, and the thickness of the absorbent core is preferably 0.7-1.5mm, more preferably 0.8-1.2 mm, and most preferably 0.9-1.0 mm.

In the invention, the absorbent core is formed by carding the absorbent fibers by a carding machine or a carding machine so that the absorbent fibers have the same direction along the longitudinal direction, namely, the absorbent fibers are arranged and distributed in the length direction.

The method preferably adds partial SAF super absorbent fibers in the carding process, and the addition amount of the SAF super absorbent fibers is preferably 10-20 wt% of the total mass of the absorbent fibers, and more preferably 13-15 wt%, because the strength of the SAF super absorbent fibers after water absorption is very low.

The invention also provides a disposable absorption product, which comprises a barrier surface layer, an absorption core layer and a leakage-proof bottom film layer which are contacted in sequence;

the absorbent core is an absorbent core as described above.

In the present invention, the disposable absorbent articles include, but are not limited to, baby diapers, adult incontinence products, disposable breast pads, sanitary napkins, pantiliners, diaper pads, nursing pads, and the like. In the invention, the barrier surface layer is made of non-woven fabric materials, preferably hot air non-woven fabric and pure cotton non-woven fabric, and the thickness of the barrier surface layer is preferably 0.2-1.0 mm, more preferably 0.4-0.8 mm, and most preferably 0.5-0.6 mm;

the leakproof bottom film layer is preferably a breathable PE film or a PE film.

In the present invention, the absorbent core layer penetrates through the middle portion of the disposable absorbent article.

In the invention, the barrier surface layer is provided with an edge protection layer in the width direction;

the sum of the width of the edge protection layer and the width of the barrier surface layer is less than or equal to the width of the leakage-proof bottom film layer.

Preferably, a reinforced absorption core body is arranged between the barrier surface layer and the leakage-proof bottom film layer; the present invention preferably disposes the reinforced absorbent core between the absorbent core and the barrier facing; the reinforced absorbent core may be the absorbent core described above, that is, two or more layers of the absorbent core are disposed between the barrier surface layer and the leakproof bottom film layer, or may be an absorbent core made of other materials, such as an absorbent core made of SAP polymeric water-absorbent resin material, and the volume of the reinforced absorbent core is preferably 10 to 30% of the volume of the absorbent core, more preferably 15 to 25%, and most preferably 20%.

In the invention, the absorption core body and/or the reinforced absorption core body are/is provided with a convex structure which is fit with the curve of a human body, and the height of the convex structure is 3-6 mm.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the disposable absorbent product, which comprises the following steps:

A) carding the water-absorbing fibers into a longitudinally consistent net surface by using a carding machine or a carding machine, and folding or extruding to obtain an absorbing core body;

B) and (3) compounding the shaped absorption core body with the barrier surface layer and the leakage-proof bottom film layer to obtain the disposable absorption product.

In the invention, the process of carding the water-absorbent fibers mainly comprises the steps of opening and picking the water-absorbent fibers, then inputting the water-absorbent fibers into a carding machine or a carding machine, carding by adopting the conventional process of the carding machine or the carding machine to ensure that the water-absorbent fibers in the invention become uniform net surfaces, wherein the width of the carded net surfaces is higher than the width of a core body in order to accelerate the production speed, the net surfaces are folded or extruded to form an absorption core body of a disposable absorption product, and finally, an online continuous production working unit is formed by compacting treatment to finally form the absorption core body of the disposable absorption product. The process can be produced in line with equipment of the disposable absorbent product, and can also be processed into the absorbent core in an off-line mode to produce the disposable absorbent product.

In the invention, the steps of carding, folding/extruding, compacting and the like are all carried out by adopting the processes of carding, folding/extruding and compacting in the textile industry or the non-woven fabric industry.

The obtained absorption core body is compounded with the barrier surface layer and the leakage-proof bottom film layer to obtain the disposable absorption product, the compounding method is a commonly used compounding method for a person skilled in the art, and the details of the invention are not repeated herein.

Experimental results show that the absorption rate of the existing fluff pulp is about 9-10 times, the water absorption rate of a porous material made by a polyurethane foaming technology is lower, generally 7-8 times, and the water absorption rate of the invention can reach 10-19 times.

For further illustration of the present invention, an absorbent core, a disposable absorbent article and a process for making the same according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
