Call forwarding refers to a service of forwarding a call to a forward-to-number (e.g., a message box, a mobile phone, a fixed phone) preset by a client when the client cannot receive the call.

Currently, call forwarding generally has two operation modes: an instruction operation mode and a menu setting mode. The instruction operation mode refers to that a user inputs and dials a human-computer interaction instruction on a dialing interface to realize different types of call forwarding operations. The man-machine interaction instruction comprises four basic codes and combinations of symbols, #, and the like, and the four basic codes correspond to four call forwarding types respectively. The four basic codes are specifically: 21-corresponding unconditional forwarding, 61-corresponding no-response forwarding, 62-corresponding unreachable forwarding and 67-corresponding busy forwarding, wherein the menu setting mode means that a user fills a forwarding number in a phone type setting menu of the mobile phone for setting. Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein.

The application scenario of the embodiment of the invention is the setting of call forwarding on the intelligent terminal equipment side. Call forwarding refers to the transfer of calls to other numbers. Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the intelligent terminal device includes: a call forwarding function module 10, a contact list component 20 and a communication module 40. The address book component 20 is configured to store a communication number, where the communication number may be a communication number stored in the address book of the intelligent terminal device in advance, or may be a communication number in a call record. Taking the operation interface of the intelligent terminal device as the touch panel as an example, the user selects any communication number stored in the address book component 20 by inputting a specific touch action on the touch panel, so as to display the setting attribute of the communication number. Step 630: and when the authentication is passed, setting the call forwarding function of the intelligent terminal equipment.

When the authentication is passed, the communication network side equipment establishes a one-way route between the intelligent terminal equipment and the call forwarding number, and sets an activation condition of the one-way route according to the call forwarding type. Namely, when the call forwarding condition corresponding to the call forwarding type is satisfied, the unidirectional route is activated, and the call to the intelligent terminal device is forwarded to the call forwarding number. Taking the call forwarding without answer as an example, when the call forwarding condition corresponding to the call forwarding is no answer, that is, if the call to the intelligent terminal device is no answer, the call to the intelligent terminal device is forwarded to the call forwarding number.

The embodiment of the invention sets the call forwarding service of the intelligent terminal equipment when the authentication is passed, thereby ensuring the reliability of the setting of the call forwarding service.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium stores at least one executable instruction, and when the executable instruction runs on an intelligent terminal device or a communication network side device, the intelligent terminal device is enabled to execute a call forwarding setting method in any method embodiment described above.

The executable instructions may be specifically configured to enable the intelligent terminal device to perform operations of steps 510 to 520 in fig. 5. And the executable instructions may be specifically configured to cause the communication network side device to perform operations of step 610 to step 630 in fig. 6.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer program, where the computer program can be called by a processor to enable an intelligent terminal device or a communication network side device to execute a call forwarding setting method in any of the above method embodiments.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer program product, which includes a computer program stored on a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer program includes program instructions, and when the program instructions are run on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the setting method of call forwarding in any of the above-mentioned method embodiments.

The algorithms or displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual system, or other apparatus. Various general purpose systems may also be used with the teachings herein. The required structure for constructing such a system will be apparent from the description above. In addition, embodiments of the present invention are not directed to any particular programming language. It is appreciated that a variety of programming languages may be used to implement the teachings of the present invention as described herein, and any descriptions of specific languages are provided above to disclose the best mode of the invention.
