1. A portable primer pen is characterized by comprising a cotton core, a pen point and a pen container, wherein the cotton core is used for filling and adsorbing a primer; the pen core is used for leading out the primer.

2. The primer pen of claim 1, wherein the cotton core is disposed in a pen barrel; the cotton core is made of acrylic fiber, polystyrene fiber, polyethylene fiber, wood fiber or polyester fiber.

3. The primer pen of claim 2, wherein the cotton core comprises fibers for adsorbing the primer and a film coated outside the fibers, and the fibers and the film of the cotton core are made of polyester fibers.

4. The primer pen according to claim 1, wherein the rear end of the pen core is in contact with the cotton core for guiding the primer out of the cotton core to the pen core; the material of the pen core is selected from acrylic fiber, polystyrene fiber, polyethylene fiber, wood fiber or polyester fiber.

5. The primer pen according to claim 4, wherein the rear end portion of the pen core is inserted into the cotton core, and the pen core is made of polyester fiber.

The primer pen according to claim 1, further comprising a rubber ring, wherein the rubber ring is fixed in the pen head, the pen core penetrates through a middle through hole of the rubber ring, the diameter of the middle through hole of the rubber ring is consistent with that of the pen core, and the rubber ring is used for fixing the position of the pen core; the material of the rubber ring is selected from polystyrene, ABS plastic, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polyacrylonitrile, polyamide or polyethylene.

The primer pen of claim 6, wherein the rubber ring comprises a base and a petal-shaped structure, the petal-shaped structure is connected with the base, and the top end of the petal-shaped structure, which is far away from the base, is bent inwards; the diameter of the contact part of the refill and the top end of the petal-shaped structure of the rubber ring is smaller than that of other parts; the rubber ring is made of polyethylene.

8. The primer pen according to claim 6, wherein the lead tip protrudes from the tip of the pen tip; the inner wall of the front end of the pen point is provided with a raised vertical stripe which can be used for preventing the pen core from sliding; the pen point is made of ABS materials.

9. The primer pen of claim 1, wherein the barrel is hermetically bonded to the pen tip in the form of threads, and the barrel is made of aluminum alloy.

The primer pen of claim 1, further comprising a cap, the cap being in direct contact with the pen tip; raised stripes are arranged on the periphery of the outer wall of the middle part of the pen head, so that the pen cover can be tightly matched with the pen head and used for protecting the pen head and preventing the primer from leaking; the pen cap is made of ABS materials.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of packaging of functional solvent materials, in particular to the field of packaging of a primer, and particularly relates to a portable primer pen.

Background

The primer is also called a primer treatment agent or a primer type adhesive force treatment agent, can be constructed on the surface of the substrate in a spraying or brushing mode, can wet the substrate, and simultaneously assists in enhancing the bonding force between the substrate and paint or glue to improve the firmness. Common primers are: nylon primer, PP primer, metal primer, and the like.

The function of the primer is distinguished according to different surface treatment processes, the adhesive strength of the adhesive and the base material is mainly improved in the adhesion process, the problems of degumming and the like of the base material difficult to adhere are solved, the primer has good wettability and adhesion capacity, and the combination of the primer and the base material is promoted through a connecting channel of the primer. In addition, in the paint spraying process, the adhesion of the paint and the base material is promoted by improving the surface of the base material and enhancing the interlayer adhesion, so that a firm coating is achieved.

At present, the package of the primer is in a shape of a can or a bottle made of metal materials, and is relatively large, and the primer substance is dipped by a brush and is brushed on the surface of a substrate in a using method. The packaging method and the using method are suitable for large-scale industrial use, but the small-scale use in the DIY industry is inconvenient, other surrounding substrates are polluted, and great waste is easily caused.

Meanwhile, due to the corrosiveness of the primer, when a common packaging material is adopted, the packaging material is easily corroded; meanwhile, the primer easily absorbs the components in the packaging material to swell, so that the packaging becomes fragile, deformed and weakened in strength; in addition, the air tightness problem is easy to generate, and the primer in the package is reduced due to poor air tightness and long-term use.

In order to solve the problems, innovative design of a package which is more convenient and faster, can be used in DIY industry and is specially used for a primer is urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems and make the primer better adapt to the DIY industry, the invention provides a novel primer pen package. The package has the characteristics of convenient carrying and use, primer saving and no pollution to surrounding base materials; is very suitable for DIY industry.

The invention provides a portable primer pen, which comprises a cotton core, a pen point and a pen container, wherein the cotton core is used for filling and adsorbing a primer; the pen core is used for leading out the primer.

The primer is also called a primer treatment agent or a primer type adhesive force treatment agent, can be applied to the surface of the substrate in a spraying or brushing mode, can wet the substrate, and simultaneously assists in enhancing the bonding force between the substrate and paint or glue to improve the firmness.

Further, the primer refers to a nylon primer, a PP primer or a metal primer.

Further, the primer refers to a metal primer, and the main components include ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and the like.

Further, the cotton core is arranged in the pen container; the cotton core is made of acrylic fiber, polystyrene fiber, polyethylene fiber, wood fiber or polyester fiber.

The cotton core is fluffy fiber, and the material thereof has the following characteristics: 1, the paint has good compatibility with a primer and is not corroded and dissolved; 2, certain absorbability to the primer.

Through a large number of experimental researches, the adsorbability and the compatibility of cotton cores with different densities to a primer are investigated from a large number of fiber materials, and acrylic fibers, polystyrene fibers, polyethylene fibers, wood fibers or polyester fibers and the like are selected for preparing the cotton cores.

Further, the cotton core comprises fibers for adsorbing the primer and a film coated outside the fibers, and the fibers and the film of the cotton core are made of polyester fibers.

Further, the rear end of the pen core is in contact with the cotton core and used for guiding the primer out of the cotton core to the pen core; the material of the pen core is selected from acrylic fiber, polystyrene fiber, polyethylene fiber, wood fiber or polyester fiber.

The pen core is also made of high-density fiber materials, and a large number of gaps are filled. The gaps lead the primer liquid out of the cotton core onto the substrate; on the other hand, the large amount of fibers prevent the primer liquid from flowing out of the pen container too fast, so that the service life of the product is shortened. In addition, the high-density fibers of the pen core must also have good corrosion resistance so as to ensure that the fibers are not dissolved/corroded by the primer solution, thereby prolonging the service life. This material also does not affect the performance of the primer.

Through a large number of experimental researches, the adsorbability of the pen core to a primer, the drinking time, the writing stability, the service life and the compatibility of the pen core are investigated from a large number of fiber materials, and acrylic fiber, polystyrene fiber, polyethylene fiber, wood fiber or polyester fiber and the like are selected for preparing the pen core.

Since the lead needs to lead out the primer from the cotton core, the material of the lead and the material of the cotton core must have similar adsorption performance to the primer. Therefore, when in use, the primer seeps out of the cotton core to the pen core under the action of gravity as the pen core is contacted with the cotton core; when the use is stopped, the primer can be returned to the cotton core from the pen core.

Furthermore, the rear end part of the pen core is inserted into the cotton core, and the pen core is made of polyester fibers.

The primer pen further comprises a rubber ring, the rubber ring is fixed in the pen head, the pen core penetrates through a through hole in the middle of the rubber ring, the diameter of the through hole in the middle of the rubber ring is consistent with that of the pen core, and the rubber ring is used for fixing the position of the pen core; the rubber ring is made of polystyrene, ABS plastic (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer), polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polyacrylonitrile, polyamide or polyethylene.

The rubber ring is made of elastic hard materials, and the materials of the rubber ring have the following characteristics: 1, the paint has good compatibility with a primer and is not corroded and dissolved; 2, good rigidity to fix the position of the pen core; 3, moderate elasticity to maintain good sealing property with the metal pen container.

Through a large number of experimental researches, the fixity and the air tightness of the rubber ring to the pen core and the pen point of the primer are investigated from a large number of elastic hard materials, and polystyrene, ABS plastic (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer), polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polyacrylonitrile, polyamide or polyethylene and the like are selected for preparing the rubber ring.

Furthermore, the rubber ring comprises a base and a petal-shaped structure, the petal-shaped structure is connected with the base, and the top end of the petal-shaped structure far away from the base is bent inwards; the diameter of the contact part of the refill and the top end of the petal-shaped structure of the rubber ring is smaller than that of other parts; the rubber ring is made of polyethylene.

The top end of the petal-shaped structure of the rubber ring is bent inwards and is matched with the small diameter part near the middle section of the refill, so that the rubber ring can be tightly matched and fixed with the refill to prevent sliding.

Further, the front end of the pen core extends out of the top of the pen point; the inner wall of the front end of the pen point is provided with a raised vertical stripe which can be used for preventing the pen core from sliding; the pen point is made of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer).

Raised vertical stripes are arranged on the periphery of the inner wall of the front end of the pen point at intervals, and the pen core can be clamped by the vertical stripes, so that the pen core is prevented from sliding in the using process and the using effect is prevented from being influenced.

The pen point is made of ABS material, and other plastics or composite materials can be adopted. These materials have the following characteristics: 1, the paint has good compatibility with the primer, is not corroded and dissolved, and does not influence the performance of the primer; 2, excellent engineering mechanics, and good matching with the pen container material, so as to ensure that the primer cannot leak out.

Further, the pen container and the pen point are combined in a threaded mode in an airtight mode, and the pen container is made of an aluminum alloy material.

The inner wall of the rear end of the pen point is provided with threads, and the outer wall of the front end of the pen container is provided with threads matched with the threads, so that the pen container and the pen point are combined in a thread mode in an airtight mode, and the leakage of a primer is further prevented.

The pen container is made of aluminum alloy materials, and other metals or composite materials can be adopted. These materials have the following characteristics: 1, the air tightness is excellent, and the primer cannot leak out of the pen container; 2, the paint has good compatibility with the primer, is not corroded and dissolved, and does not influence the performance of the primer.

Further, the primer pen also comprises a pen cover, and the pen cover is in direct contact with the pen point; raised stripes are arranged on the periphery of the outer wall of the middle part of the pen head, so that the pen cover can be tightly matched with the pen head and used for protecting the pen head and preventing the primer from leaking; the pen cap is made of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer).

The convex pattern on the outer wall of the middle part of the pen point ensures that the pen cover and the pen point are clamped together in an airtight manner, and the primer is more effectively prevented from leaking.

The pen cap is made of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer), and other plastics or composite materials can be adopted. These materials have the following characteristics: 1, the paint has good compatibility with the primer, is not corroded and dissolved, and does not influence the performance of the primer; 2, excellent engineering mechanics, and good matching with the pen container material, so as to ensure that the primer cannot leak out.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a brand-new primer pen package, which comprises a cotton core, a pen point, a rubber ring, a pen cover, a pen container and the like, wherein a specific structure is designed according to the special performance of a primer, and the package is prepared from specific materials. The package has the characteristics of convenient carrying and use, primer saving and no pollution to surrounding base materials; meanwhile, the packaging material has good compatibility with the primer, is not corroded or dissolved, does not influence the performance of the primer, ensures good air tightness and ensures that the primer cannot leak out. The package is very suitable for DIY industry and is specially used for packaging the primer.
