The lifting mechanism 34 may have various structures as long as the above functions are achieved, and the lifting mechanism 34 may be manually implemented, and may be a shaft with a flange section, and the top plate 32 is lifted and lowered by rotating the shaft. The lifting mechanism 34 can also be realized in an electric mode, and can be an electric telescopic rod, and the lifting of the top plate 32 is realized through the lifting of the electric telescopic rod.

The rotating device 3 is a device for turning the housing 20, and the rotating device 3 may have various structures as long as the above functions are achieved, specifically, the rotating device 3 provided in this embodiment is a rotating shaft, and two ends of the rotating shaft are respectively connected to the housing 20 and the tool holder 16. The present invention provides another embodiment, specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the housing 20 is a square column-shaped plate, a tool post 16 is disposed on one side surface of the housing 20, the tool post 16 includes a bottom plate 37, the bottom plate 37 is fixed in the middle of the side surface of the housing 20, and a ginger slice thickness adjusting plate 38 is disposed on the side surface of the bottom plate 37.

The top of the shell 20 is provided with a blade rotating shaft 39, the end part of the blade rotating shaft 39 is provided with a blade fixing device 40, the bottom of the front end of the blade 5 is provided with a semicircular groove 41, the semicircular groove 41 is sleeved on the blade rotating shaft 39, the puncture base 14 is a sector plate, the right angle of the puncture base 14 is hinged with a right angle of the upper surface of the shell 20, the compaction device 21 is a compaction rod 42, one end part of the compaction rod 42 is an arc surface, the other end part of the compaction rod 42 is a puncture outfit 26, and the puncture outfit 26 is provided with a plurality of puncture. Preferably, a handle is provided on the side of the housing 20 opposite the blade holder 16 for easy use.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the distance between the knife blade 5 and the knife seat 16 is adjusted through the articulated shaft 7, the thickness of the ginger slices 24 is adjusted, the ginger 23 to be cut is placed between the knife seat 16 and the knife blade 5, one end of the ginger is enabled to prop against the edge of the knife seat 16, and the knife handle 17 is moved up and down to cut the ginger slices 24. The ginger 24 is cut and spread between the puncture outfit 26 and the puncture base 14, the pressing handle 15 is pressed downwards, the puncture needle 27 is contacted with the ginger 24, and the ginger 24 is punched. After the ginger slices 24 are punched, the ginger slices 24 are put into the ginger slice grooves 35 of the collecting plate 36.

Putting moxa into a moxa column cavity 22, putting a cover plate 8 into the upper surface of a shell 20, pressing the cover plate 8 downwards, connecting the cover plate 8 with the shell 20 through a buckle, turning over the shell 20 through a rotating shaft to enable the cover plate 8 to face downwards, opening the buckle, taking down the cover plate 8, putting a collecting plate 36 into the bottom surface of the moxa column cavity 22, opening a lifting mechanism 34 to drive a top plate 32 to ascend to enable a thimble 31 to be exposed and enter the moxa column cavity 22, separating a moxa column 29 from the moxa column cavity 22, enabling the moxa column 29 to fall into ginger slices 24 in a ginger slice groove 35, and finishing ginger-separated moxibustion.

The embodiment shown in fig. 8 is used by fitting the semicircular groove 41 of the blade 5 on the outer surface of the blade rotating shaft 39, adjusting the vertical distance between the blade 5 and the side surface of the housing 20, placing the whole ginger 23 on the top surface of the housing 20, cutting the blade 5 into ginger pieces 24, screwing the puncture base 14 out of the top surface of the housing 20, placing the ginger pieces 24 on the puncture base 14, and perforating the ginger pieces 24 by the puncture needle 27 at the end of the compacting rod 42. Meanwhile, moxa is placed into the moxa cone cavity 22, is compacted through the arc surface at the end of the compacting rod 42, the cutter blade 5 is taken down, the shell 20 is turned over, and the moxa cone 29 in the moxa cone cavity 22 is ejected out.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

1. the ginger slice making part, the ginger slice punching part and the moxa column making part are designed into an integral structure, the occupied area is small, the storage and the turnover are convenient, tools are convenient to take and use when the ginger slice making part, the ginger slice punching part and the moxa column making part are manufactured, time and labor are saved, and the ginger slice moxibustion making efficiency is improved.

2. According to the integrated device, the cutter holder is hinged with the cutter blades, the cutter blades are opened and closed by taking the hinged point as an axis, ginger slices are cut, the thickness of each ginger slice is fixed, the cut thickness of each ginger slice is consistent, accurate management is achieved on the basis of accurate manufacturing, fingers are prevented from being cut by an operator, the use is safe, the cutter blades are detachably connected with the cutter holder, the cutter blades are prevented from hurting people in the turning process of the moxa cone, the cutter blades are convenient to replace, and the service life of the integrated device is prolonged.

3. According to the invention, the thread direction of the hinged hole of the cutter holder and the thread direction of the connecting through hole of the cutter holder are set to be opposite, the cutter holder and the cutter blade move relatively or oppositely in the rotation process of the articulated shaft through the external thread of the articulated shaft, so that the distance between the cutter blade and the cutter holder is adjusted, the thickness of the ginger slices is adjusted according to actual requirements, and the danger that the curative effect is influenced by the excessively thick ginger slices and the ginger slices are scalded due to the excessively thin ginger slices is avoided.

4. According to the invention, the plurality of moxa column cavities are arranged on the shell, so that a plurality of moxa columns can be formed at one time, the quantity of the moxa columns can be reasonably controlled and distributed according to actual requirements, the application range is wide, and the practicability is high.

6. According to the invention, the rotating device is used for connecting the shell and the tool apron, the moxa cone cavity in the shell is arranged in a conical shape, the large-circular-surface end is provided with the compaction device, the large-circular-surface end faces upwards in real time of compaction, and the high compaction degree of moxa is ensured. The small circular face end is provided with the ejection device, and when the moxa cone is ejected, the small circular face end faces upwards, so that the completeness is high after the moxa cone is ejected.
